随着我国室内装修的普及,大量含有甲醛的建筑材料、装饰材料纷纷进入室内,这使得室内空气产生了十分严重的甲醛污染,严重危害人体健康.本文对室内空气中甲醛的来源及甲醛污染对人体健康的危害进行了分析,介绍了室内甲醛含量的检测方法.选取50户装修时间为1年的居室为研究对象,利用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定室内空气中甲醛含量,调查装修后居室空气中甲醛污染现状及其污染因素,着重从3个不同的角度对本市部分居民住宅进行了抽样检测研究.  相似文献

The modification of the traditional interior wall paint was carried out by means of adding nano-TiO_2 as a functional pigment.By regulating the dosage of dispersant,the nano-particles can be dispersed in paint homogeneously.With two aspects of experiments:dosage of nano-TiO_2 and pigment volume concentration (PVC),the paint formulation can be optimized and its properties,such as hardness,scrub resistance,storage stability,contrast ratio and gloss can be improved.Finally an interior wall paint with high performance and air purification was prepared.Its character of formaldehyde degradation would be discussed in the next article.  相似文献

A novel nano-TiO2-xNx composite was used as photocatalyst and added to the interior wall paint. The average diameter of nano-TiO2-xNx was about 20 nm. The majority crystal component of the sample was anatase and its optical absorption edge was shifted from 387 nm to 520 nm significantly. Nano-composite paint containing different dosage of nano- TiO2-xNx was investigated to study the properties of formaldehyde decomposition in the air. Testing results show that the formaldehyde decomposition ratio of that nano-paint can almost reach above 80%, especially for that of the paint containing 3% (w/w) nano-TiO2-xNx which exceeded 90%. The primary investigation on the reaction kinetics of photocatalytic formaldehyde decomposition indicated that the experiment data well fit the model of first-order reaction kinetics.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of supply air rate and temperature on formaldehyde emission characteristics in an environment chamber. A three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) chamber model for simulating formaldehyde emission in twelve different cases was developed for obtaining formaldehyde concentration by the area-weighted average method. Laboratory experiments were conducted in an environment chamber to validate the simulation results of twelve different cases and the formaldehyde concentration was measured by continuous sampling. The results show that there was good agreement between the model prediction and the experimental values within 4.3% difference for each case. The CFD simulation results varied in the range from 0.21 mg/m3 to 0.94 mg/m3, and the measuring results in the range from 0.17 mg/m3 to 0.87 mg/m3. The variation trend of formaldehyde concentration with supply air rate and temperature variation for CFD simulation and experiment measuring was consistent. With the existence of steady formaldehyde emission sources, formaldehyde concentration generally increased with the increase of temperature, and it decreased with the increase of air supply rate. We also provided some reasonable suggestions to reduce formaldehyde concentration and to improve indoor air quality for newly decorated rooms.  相似文献
