美国的社区学院与大学的转学衔接日益紧密。美国社区学院学生在转学后常会遇到有关融入新环境、财政补助、课程衔接和学分互认等方面的问题,社区学院和大学通过采取加强课程衔接沟通、建立伙伴关系、设立专门的转学中心、制定共同的转学目标、加强财政补助和指导、完善学分转换政策等措施,帮助社区学院转学生顺利完成转学衔接工作。美国社区学院和大学的转学衔接措施可为当下我国建设“专升本”教育提供启示:坚持“以生为本”的教育理念,加强专科院校和本科院校之间的联系,专科院校和本科院校应积极为“专升本”学生提供专项的支持服务,以及加强专科院校和本科院校之间的课程衔接。 相似文献

随着社会对学历的要求越来越高,我国大学生专升本的比例也越来越高,这种被动性的学历提升使得我国专升本教育中存在的一些问题更加明显。通过对美国社区学院的研究发现,其转学教育机制以学分制的全面实行为前提,以普通教育课程及其编码系统为基础,以学制衔接协议为桥梁,以高等教育认证制度为保障,很好地解决了高等教育资源不足等问题。美国社区学院的转学教育机制对于解决我国专升本教育中存在的问题具有很好的借鉴意义。 相似文献

对国内14个省市高等职业教育"专升本"考试方案的分析发现,我国高等职业教育"专升本"考试存在着招生主体错位、考试内容偏颇、考试形式单一、升本考试与专科教育脱节等问题。同时,我国高职专升本也积累了一些有益经验,如学校自主招生、建立推荐学校和招生学校的合作关系、重视对专业知识和技能的要求、合理实施"中期选拔"等。未来发展中,我国高职专升本考试应赋予职教特色突出的本科院校招生权,拓宽高职生的升本通道,抓好本专科学校课程衔接。 相似文献

实证性研究可以为政策评估和改革提供有效的证据。本文阐述了美国加州大学所开展的诸多本科招生政策评价与研究中的一项研究。加州大学所开展的此项研究从学生特征、家庭社会经济地位以及学校背景等方面对其录取学生的"涵盖性"进行了考查,并阐述了加州大学用于监测招生结果"涵盖性"的指标体系。该研究对中国本科招生改革具有如下启示:(1)负责招生的部门必须配置相关人员持续开展招生政策的评价工作;(2)建立长效性的数据系统,促进考试机构与大学之间的数据分享;(3)加强政策评价与实证性研究工作,为政策完善和改革提供支持;(4)重新思考大学招生所追求的卓越与公平的定位,开发基于学术成就和教育机会的卓越与公平的综合评价机制。 相似文献
