在高校众多的实验室中,运动人体科学实验室是极具特色的一类,此类实验室不仅要为学校的教学和科研服务,还要为更广泛的群体提供健康咨询、运动指导等服务。论文对基于资源共享的高校运动人体科学实验室建设问题进行了研究,首先讨论了此类实验室建设面临的主要问题,然后考察了进行资源共享的必要性和可行性,最后,给出了高校运动人体科学实验室资源共享的实现途径。  相似文献

This article outlines policies from multilateral organisations that advocate sharing best practices between developing nations. The article discusses the degree to which these best practices are implemented by small states as indicated by teachers, academics and policymakers in Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago. For the purpose of this article, a best practice refers to pedagogy, curriculum or programme that contributes to student achievement. Currently, a number of influential multilateral organisations advocate that developing nations should share their best practices in education with each other. Despite encouragement by multilaterals however, best practices are not shared. At best, foreign ideas are used to legitimise local policies. While these policies are intended to help countries reach their Education for All (EFA) goals, they do not account for the differences between islands and their vulnerability towards larger countries. Attempts to innovate the curriculum by implementing foreign ideas failed due to the forces of tradition. It can thus be concluded that resistance – non‐compliance or opposition – to sharing educational best practices, as well as to the implementation of new curricula, stems from echoes of colonialism and globalisation. Although this study focuses on two islands, there are implications for other developing countries and small states as they fall under the same policy auspices of UNESCO and the Commonwealth Secretariat.  相似文献

福州地区大学新区兴建至今,尚没有进行教育资源共享与资源的合理性利用,原因主要有:资源共享规划理念不到位,高校缺乏资源共享的传统,高校之间的利益冲突,资源共享的制度不健全。通过实行公共基础设施、学分互认、教师互聘、实验室、科研平台、图书馆、就业信息等方面教育资源共享,能够使大学新区内各高校节约办学成本、实现学科优势互补、提高教学质量、促进高校管理制度创新,并能够促进高校之间的文化融合。  相似文献

Literacy is considered to be a public good – one that benefits not only literate people, but also others in society through mechanisms of sharing and mediation. But to what extent do the benefits of literacy extend to socially distant groups? This paper applies the sociological concept of social distance to examine how social stratification impacts on the way that literacy is distributed and ‘shared' through mediated practice within and across caste-based groups. The paper presents a case study of physical proximity and social distance in Nepal to examine how literacy is shared in a context where inequalities of literacy and schooling are heavily influenced by gender and caste membership. The findings demonstrate that mediation takes place across caste groups, but less extensively than within caste groups. We conclude that assumptions about how literacy operates as a public good need to be tempered by consideration of the implications of social distance.  相似文献

Using survey responses from a national sample of US teachers, this paper provides insight into 2 questions: (1) Do 3 specific attributes of leadership behavior – the sharing of leadership with teachers, the development of trust relationships among professionals, and the provision of support for instructional improvement – affect teachers' work with each other and their classroom practices? and (2) Do the behaviors of school leaders contribute to student achievement? We tie this investigation of school leader behaviors to 2 additional factors that have also received increasing attention in research because they have been shown to be related to student achievement: professional community and the quality of classroom instruction. Our analysis provides an empirical test of the notion that leadership variables are positively related to student learning. It also suggests that both shared and instructionally focused leadership are complementary approaches for improving schools.  相似文献

开放实验室在培养学生实践能力和创新能力方面有着举足轻重的作用。电子通信类实验室,由于承担课时较多、教学难度大、仪器昂贵易损等原因,在很多高校中难以得到真正的开放。为了更好地促进高校电子通信类实验室开放,该文提出了在实验室规划初期应该考虑资源共享,并利用实验室管理系统提高实验室利用率,设备管理上应该重视重复利用和积极构建虚拟实验室的方案,在解决电子通信类开放实验室实施难度大,经费不足等问题上有一定的借鉴作用。  相似文献

The use of an effective supervision mechanism is crucial between a student and supervisor. The essential knowledge shared and transferred between these two parties must be observed and understood very well in order to ensure that students are produced at good level of quality for future professional knowledge workers. The aim of this study was to conduct an assessment of the impact of individual, organisational and technical factors on knowledge sharing in a research supervision domain. In order to achieve this aim, a specific research model was developed. This model was based on systematically analysing and extracting all the knowledge-sharing impact factors and then choosing the more iterative and adaptable ones, according to research supervision models. These factors categorized to individual, organizational and technological factors. To effectively evaluate the research model, a quantitative research method was adopted. Data was collected by a survey of 150 students from the Faculty of Computing at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The Smart PLS tool was used for data analysis. In sum, the results of this research show that the individual factor in the research supervision domain – namely, the ability of students to share knowledge – in addition to technological factors – specifically, IT systems – have the greatest impact on knowledge sharing in the supervision process. In addition, it was shown that organisational factors including the culture of the university, social networks, and supervisor support have a positive impact on knowledge sharing in research supervision. However, when compared with individual and technical factors, the effect of organisational factors on knowledge sharing in research supervision was not particularly strong in the case of this study. A positive relationship did not exist between the learning strategy and knowledge sharing in research supervision. This study is among the first of its kind to empirically examine the antecedent factors of knowledge sharing in the context of research supervision.  相似文献

针对新工科教育理念新、结构优、融合高、更新快等特点,剖析了机械类学科发展的新方向和实验室管理的新要求,归纳了新工科背景下机械类实验室功能趋向多元、共享度高、产业结合紧密、设备更新加速的建设特点。在此基础上,进一步指出了新工科背景下高校机械类实验室存在的安全教育局限、安全隐患增多、物品管理繁杂、信息安全薄弱等问题,并从安全理念、管理机制、信息化建设、虚拟仿真资源4个方面着手,提出了高校机械类实验室安全管理的新思路和新机制。该机制推广应用后效果显著,可为相关高校实验室建设和安全管理提供参考。  相似文献

实验室的开放符合高校培养创新实践人才的需要,而传统实验室资源管理模式不能满足当前学生对实践资源的获取需求。为了能高效便捷地获得实验室共享资源,对比分析了目前移动端开发技术优缺点,在微信被广泛使用的背景下,提出基于微信小程序的实验室资源共享模式,在小程序云开发技术基础上开发了实验室开放平台。该平台实现了实验课表、共享设备、实验室空间等基础模块的查询功能和实验课内容的共享,并且完成了共享资源的预约交互。满足当前学生用户需求的同时提升了实验室资源管理效能,为实验室资源管理与开放的探索进行了有益的实践。  相似文献

This paper presents evidence from a unique reform model that allowed teachers and other educators in a large urban district to collaborate with one another in the development of an innovation meant to improve student ownership and responsibility. In this longitudinal case study, we describe school stakeholders’ learning about the design, the process of knowledge-transfer to school teams, and how school teams shared their ongoing learning with one another. School implementation teams were initially reluctant to share their learning with one another. By engaging in a shared innovation development process with structures for routine sharing, over time, implementation team members were increasingly interested in sharing their learning with one another. Laboratory experimentation is generally considered central to science-based education. Allowing students to “experience” science through various forms of carefully designed practical work, including experimentation, is often claimed to support their learning and motivate their engagement while fulfilling specific curriculum requirements. However, logistical constraints (most especially related to funding) place significant limitations on the ability of schools to provide and maintain high-quality science laboratory experiences and equipment. One potential solution that has recently been the subject of growing interest is the use of remotely accessible laboratories to either supplant, or more commonly to supplement, conventional hands-on laboratories. Remote laboratories allow students and teachers to use high-speed networks, coupled with cameras, sensors, and controllers, to carry out experiments on real physical laboratory apparatus that is located remotely from the student. Research has shown that when used appropriately this can bring a range of potential benefits, including the ability to share resources across multiple institutions, support access to facilities that would otherwise be inaccessible for cost or technical reasons, and provide augmentation of the experimental experience. Whilst there has been considerable work on evaluating the use of remote laboratories within tertiary education, consideration of their role within secondary school science education is much more limited. This paper describes trials of the use of remote laboratories within secondary schools, reporting on the student and teacher reactions to their interactions with the laboratories. The paper concludes that remote laboratories can be highly beneficial, but considerable care must be taken to ensure that their design and delivery address a number of critical issues identified in this paper.  相似文献

针对高校大型仪器设备共享存在的问题,从经济学的视角界定了仪器设备准公共产品的属性。在分析共享收益和共享成本内容的基础上,构建了仪器设备共享的感知价值模型。本文认为,由于共享的供给方和需求方都会考虑各自的共享感知价值,会对共享价格做出不同的反应,因此存在共享均衡;此外,共享主体都会依据共享效用,决定是否愿意共享或共享的程度。现就高校大型仪器设备的经济学分析的实践应用提出了建议,以期有助于解决目前仪器设备共享中存在的问题。  相似文献
