置身于全球化竞争的大环境下,高校唯有积极引入前瞻性与创新性的管理制度,才能实现永续经营的目标。平衡计分卡作为组织革新的工具,将组织策略凝聚成共识,并转化为经营上的具体行动和指标,从而创造组织的竞争优势。在探讨高校与企业实施平衡计分卡要素差异的基础上,对企业平衡计分卡框架进行适度修正和改造,从相关利益者、内部流程、创新与学习、财务四个角度,构建出适合高校的平衡计分卡指标体系,可以为当前高校在实施平衡计分卡过程中遇到的问题提供相应的解决对策。  相似文献

This article presents an experimental pedagogical framework for providing technical professionals with practice on writing skills focusing on the development of their metacognitive rhetorical awareness. Federal legislation in the United States currently mandates that technology be integrated into school curricula because of the popular belief that learning is enhanced through the use of technology. The challenge for educators is to understand how best to teach with technology while developing the technological expertise of their students. The growing frustration of developing countries with their relatively slow rate of economic progress, their increasing dependence on imports of technology despite genuine efforts for endogenous developemt, and the flight of their skilled manpower for employment in developed countries have combined to focus attention of their educational planners on the ‘appropriateness’ of their engineering education programmes. Since technology is nation- and culture-specific, it is argued that all educational programmes in the field of engineering and technology should be specifically designed to meet the needs of the country concerned. Formulation of such programmes may, however, inhibit mobility of engineers across national boundaries, hamper transferof technology and decelerate global economic and technological development. The paper examines the observable differences in the characteristics of developing and developed countries, the technological framework and projections of economic growth of developing countries and the special features of the engineering educational system needed to respond to their needs. Implications of recent advances in information technology, biotechnology and manufacturing technology on engineering education planning are analysed. The compatibility of socially relevant engineering education with that of internationally comparable standards is examined in detail. It is shown that it is possible to develop programmes in developing countries which are intellectually challenging, meet international standards of achievement and at the same tiem equip students with competence in technology assessment, with awareness of pitfalls of technology transfer and with experience in use of technological solutions for current social and economic problems. It is argued that such programmes while essential for developing countries will be equally useful to developed countries and would accelerate international appreciation of problems of development. The reversal of brain-drain is proposed through the creation of challenging opportunities at home coupled with the utiltisation of intellectual and financial resources of emigré nationals abroad.  相似文献

This paper describes, chronologically, the deliberations of a school staff in their decision-making to place technology education in their school. The outcome of these deliberations is a curriculum model whereby objectives of technology awareness, technological literacy, technological capability and transferable skills are integrated with all subjects in the school. The desired outcome is that students at this school will gain a technological education by, for example, attending classes in English, Home Economics, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science and Art. The implementation process is ongoing, is being evaluated and has already experienced senior staff changes and industrial disruption without loss of vigour or intent. This design-based research project is concerned with the design, development and deployment of interactive technological learning environments to support contemporary education. The use of technologies in education often replicates instructivist positions and practices. However, the use of Cultural Historical Activity Theory (C), authentic learning (A), and educational technologies as tools (T) to mediate learning provides an integrated CAT framework to design and use learning experiences that transform not only individuals but also their world view. The work reports on the design, redesign, and evaluation of an honors course on the use of information communication technologies in teaching and learning. Analyses identified a number of design principles useful in conceiving learning tasks to support the theoretical framework. The CAT framework fosters the use of learning mediation through the use of educational tools that support collective knowledge construction of individuals and their communities, rather than replicate the use of technology for instruction.  相似文献

Grounded in a constructionist paradigm, this study examined elementary school teachers' learning while creating technology‐rich instructional materials. Sixteen teachers at an elementary school were interviewed about their experience. Using the components of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge as an analytical framework, inductive qualitative analysis indicated that these professional learning activities led to teachers' growth primarily in technological knowledge, technological pedagogical knowledge and content knowledge. These findings as well as implications for designing professional learning activities for teachers are also shared.  相似文献

This ethnographic research study investigated three elementary teachers’ perceived self-efficacy beliefs and their attitudes toward mobile technology-enhanced instruction. Using technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) as a guiding theory, the authors sought to determine whether and how the three knowledge components that form the foundation of the TPACK framework– technological, pedagogical or content knowledge – have similar levels of influence on teachers’ language arts teaching practices. They also examined how each teacher incorporated iPad technologically enhanced pedagogical practices and made connections to their beliefs about the role of technology and education. Data collection consisted of classroom observation field notes, teacher interviews and teacher blogs. Findings reveal that the teachers’ attitudes toward the integration of iPad technology formed a basis for how they approached their pedagogy. Compared to their technological and content knowledge, teachers’ pedagogical knowledge and years of teaching experience strongly influenced their decisions regarding mobile technology integration. By the end of the study, all teachers identified stronger connections and awareness in relation to the components of TPACK. The implications of these findings will provide insight relevant to the development of professional development opportunities for teachers regarding TPACK that could ultimately lead to more successful technology integration by teachers.  相似文献

Promoting open reflection and exploration on group dynamics is delicate work and is often considered ‘not very business-like’ in a business context. How to approach this work is a constant balance and struggle for action learning practitioners. In this account of practice, we present central elements in our action learning framework – Action Lab® – where the design builds on Business Driven Action Learning. We share core ideas and assumptions behind our action learning approach, which is informed by a systems psychodynamic understanding of groups. This account of practice aims at sharing and discussing ideas and distinctive work modes for creating double awareness – i.e. how to maintain a balanced awareness of task and process and how to increase self and social awareness – in a performance-driven business contexts.  相似文献

地方普通本科院校转型动因是国家发展应用技术类型本科教育及劳动力市场的需求,在现实转型中,一直存在转型进度缓慢、成效不足等问题。基于新制度主义理论,从行动者"文化-认知"的视角来看,家长和学生对应用技术类型本科教育缺乏文化认同,教师对应用技术类型本科教育缺乏身份认同,企业对校企合作缺乏文化自觉,高校管理者对传统本科教育存在观念及制度上的双重路径依赖。这些因素导致现存政策遭受合法性质疑,同时也掣肘了地方普通本科院校的转型发展。转型困境的突围既需要政府与师生、家长、企业等行动者之间进行"观念"和"话语"的持续互动,以消解其在"文化-认知"上的分歧与冲突,形成良性的制度环境,也需要学校组织管理者突破"路径依赖"陷入的"锁定"困境,摆脱原有的观念、规则、程序或惯例的束缚,创活转型动力。  相似文献

将区块链技术应用于管理的公司越来越多,但是,目前的区块链技术应用能否提升企业的营运效率还有待经验数据的证明。采用2012-2019年A股上市公司财务数据进行实证回归,比较企业在使用区块链技术前后营运效率变化。研究表明,过去几年,区块链技术尚不能促进企业营运效率的提升,但对规模巨大或成长性较高的公司,确实已具有较为明显的促进作用。研究结论证明区块链技术对于不同公司的应用作用存在差异,公司应根据自身情况调整和优化区块链技术的应用。  相似文献
