光栅投射技术在逆向工程中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Acquisition of physical data with high precision is a key step in reverse engineering ( RE). It is an important stimulative for the progress of reverse engineering with which various digitizing devices are invented, developed and made applicable. This paper introduces a three dimensional optical measurement method based on digital fringe projection technique in RE to improve the technique through its application. A practical example is presented and the result demonstrates the applicability and feasibility of the measurement system as well as the reliability and validity of relevant methods and algorithms.  相似文献

A new on-line titration method and device based on a new technique-continuous flow titration is described.By the means of electronically controlled switching of a solenoid valve,the main component of the system,the equivalent point of the titration is easily determined.Several kinds of mixing tools were examined.whereby a self-made mixing chamer with minimum volume gave best results and was therefore used in the dveice,The error of the titration is within 0.2% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is below 1.2%,The results show no difference compared with a commercial device,meanwhile the new on-line titration system is cheaper and fully automated and thus easy to hand and less slovent consumption.  相似文献

A new steganographic approach for 24-bit color images that can resist the RQP(raw-quick-pairs)steganalysis is described.The technique is based on modification of color triplets such that the existing color palette is not excessively expanded or even reduced.In this way,numbers of unique colors and pairs of close-colors in the image do not rise significantly.This invalidates the RQP analysis.Experimental results are presented to support the argument.  相似文献

The transformative use of ICT (information and communication technology) in the educational setting is demanding continually assessing bottlenecks and conducive conditions with the aim of consolidating the pre-conditions and to dry the drawbacks from their root. As a result, this qualitative research approach employed to explore enablers and barriers of using ICT in initial teacher preparation in the context of JU (Jimma University), Ethiopia. The study employed in-depth interviews with student teachers and teacher educators. Participants' perception of ICT as a vehicle for quality learning and multiple access to ICT use pointed as supportive conditions. Whereas, mismatch of methodologies being used in teacher education and schools, resource constraints, marginalizing teacher education program, unsuccessful experience of learning via ICT, and lack of clear directive and expertise on the use of ICT were some of the major issues forwarded by the participants. Redesigning of the teacher education program in the way of using ICT is clearly indicated, the system that forces and reinforces the use of ICT in place is among the recommendations forwarded.  相似文献

The present article approaches some of the educational implications borne by humanity with technological progress We begin by pointing out significant data that classify what is considered relevant. Then, confronting the future is discussed by analyzing the attitudes necessary to promote the goals. Confronted with these challenges, three possible focuses are suggested in accordance to the novel realities issued from science and technology: The first is the revitalization of humanism; The second is, the society of knowledge calls for both "radicalism and responsibility", which is also a response to our own decisions, without avoiding their consequences nor discharging them in others; The third is, understanding the true and full significance of solidarity. Finally, some approaches and educational suggestions are highlighted allowing parents, professors and students the greatest opportunity for profiting from the limitless resources that science and technology provide us for personal growth.  相似文献

The "emerging educational institutional decision-making matrix" is developed to allow educational institutions to adopt a rigorous and consistent methodology of determining which of the myriad of emerging educational technologies will be the most compelling for the institution, particularly ensuring that it is the educational or pedagogical but not the technological imperative that drives the technology integration agenda. The matrix is designed to be used after some initial research into an emerging technology. Once a technology is put through the matrix, a member of options are available: (1) shelving the technology; (2) putting the technology on hold and maintaining a watching brief until the technology matures in the market; and (3) researching the product further by conducting a trial or placing in testing sandpit. After further research, the technology can be tested as a pilot to determine how well or otherwise, the technology works within the institution. If an emerging technology has more than one product associated with it, a second and third step in the matrix has been developed, and the second step assigns a rating to each of the categories within the matrix. With many products containing similar features, a third step has been developed to compare products on a feature level.  相似文献

A novel time-frequency domain interference excision technique is proposed. The technique is based on adaptive biorthogonal local discrete cosine transform (BLDCT). It uses a redundant library of biorthogonal local discrete cosine bases and an efficient concave cost function to match the transform basis to the interfering signal. The main advantage of the algorithm over conventional transform domain excision algorithms is that the basis functions are not fixed but can be adapted to the time-frequency structure of the interfering signal. It is well suited to transform domain compression and suppression of various types of interference. Compared to the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) that provides logarithmic division of the frequency bands, the adaptive BLDCT can provide more flexible frequency resolution. Thus it is more insensitive to variations of jamming frequency. Simulation results demonstrate the improved bit error rate (BER) performance and the increased robustness of the receiver.  相似文献

A major challenge to designing online learning is the development of appropriate means to facilitate the social environment that is critical for higher order learning in many disciplines. Education is the backbone for the development of society. With the advent of technology, it is becoming necessary and being used for the advancement of society. Technology is being used for education as being used in other important fields of life. Usage of technology for education can play a big part in bringing improvement in education For this purpose, this research aims to explore the usage and effects of technology for education. While using the survey method, a questionnaire was constructed for data collection. The sample of the study consists of graduate and postgraduate students from both ODL and regular universities and the sample size would be of 300 respondents (150 from each type of university) who were selected by using simple random sampling. The present study concluded that technology is widely used by both regular and ODL students. This study further concluded that ODL students are more dependent on technology as compared to regular students.  相似文献

It is very important to develop student teachers' skills and knowledge during the pre-service teacher education process. In this study, the effectiveness of the approach in which student teachers' gained skills of developing and using TGMs (teacher-guided materials) based on integration of technology on physics education in STMC-Ⅱ (Special Teaching Methods Course-Ⅱ) for pre-service physics teachers was evaluated. The study was conducted with 33 physics student teachers in KTU (Karadeniz Technical University). Student teachers were required to develop and present TGMs, which were based on principles of special teaching approaches and techniques and integration of technology through instruction. The data of the study were gained from semi-structured interviews conducted with 14 student teachers, observations of the lessons conducted by each student teacher and document analysis of the student teachers' diaries collected during the term. The student teachers stated that STMC-11 was a very helpful experience to gain teaching skills. It is believed that all these activities, which are designed and performed in the classroom by student teachers during STMC-Ⅱ course, will not only prepare them for their teaching but also help them gain basic experiences that they will need in their future career. At the end of the process, it is concluded that all the student teachers gained nearly the whole defined aims--skills and knowledge of the STMC-Ⅱ. The implementation process should be organized very well to have advance of gaining many skills together. A new method to detect multiple outliers in multivariate data is proposed. It is a combination of minimum subsets, resampling and self-organizing map (SOM) algorithm introduced by Kohonen,which provides a robust way with neural network. In this method, the number and organization of the neurons are selected by the characteristics of the spectra, e. g., the spectra data are often changed linearly with the concentration of the components and are often measured repeatedly, etc. So the spatial distribution of the neurons can be arranged by this characteristic. With this method, all the outliers in the spectra can be detected, which cannot be solved by the traditional method, and the speed of computation is higher than that of the traditional neural network method. The results of the simulation and the experiment show that this method is simple, effective, intuitionistic and all the outliers in the spectra can be detected in a short time. It is useful when associated with the regression model in the near infra-red research.  相似文献

Co-training is a semi-supervised learning method, which employs two complementary learners to label the unlabeled data for each other and to predict the test sample together. Previous studies show that redundant information can help improve the ratio of prediction accuracy between semi-supervised learning methods and supervised learning methods. However, redundant information often practically hurts the performance of learning machines. This paper investigates what redundant features have effect on the semi-supervised learning methods, e.g. co-training, and how to remove the redundant features as well as the irrelevant features. Here, FESCOT (feature selection for co-training) is proposed to improve the generalization performance of co-training with feature selection. Experimental results on artificial and real world data sets show that FESCOT helps to remove irrelevant and redundant features that hurt the performance of the co-training method.  相似文献

A non-contact method and system for measuring spinning yarn tension is developed using an image processing technique and based on the theory of yarn balloon dynamics. The theoretical basis of the measurement is the relationship among yarn tension, balloon shape, and spinning parameters. The yarn tension is determined according to the geometric parameters of the balloon, which are measured from an image of the balloon. The digital image is captured with a CCD sensor, and processed in a computer using a wavelet transform technique. A measuring system is developed, and experiments are carried out. The results show that the proposed non-contact method is effective in the on-line measurement of spinning yarn tension for improving the degree of automation of the spinning machine.  相似文献

With the analysis on regulating system in 200 MW steam turbine, the necessity of appending the fast-opening function to the original system is set forth and a new type of fast-opening mechanism is devised. The mathematical model of system is built up. With the use of AMESIM software, the displacement curve of the piston, the force curve of the cartridge valve spool, the pressure curve and the flux curve in the regulation process are obtained based on simulation. The performances of three fast-opening systems composed of cartridge valves with different diameters are compared. Based on the analysis on factors that affect the execution time of fast-opening, the dead zone of the fast-opening system is put forward. To overcome the defect, different operation modes are adopted for different zones. The result shows that with the increase of the valve diameter, the regulating time in the dead zone significantly exceeds the fast-opening time in the whole journey. Accordingly, the optimization operation tactic in the dead zone and the qualification conditions are brought forward. The fast-opening system composed of 32 mm cartridge valves is taken as an example with use of the tactic. The simulation result shows that the maximum regulating time is shortened by 509 ms.  相似文献
