目的探讨原花青素对运动训练大鼠心肌组织丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、一氧化氮和一氧化氮舍酶表达的影响。方法SD雄性健康大鼠30只,随机分为3组:安静对照组10只、运动对照组10只、运动加药组10只;后两组进行为期8w的跑台训练,建立大强度耐力训练模型。结果与运动对照组相比,运动加药组大鼠各项指标均有不同程度的改善,自由基损伤得到有效抑制。结论原花青素对运动训练导致的心肌自由基过度产生有明显的抑制作用。  相似文献

目的探讨ebselen对运动训练大鼠GST、LDH和CAT表达的影响.方法 SD雄性健康大鼠30只,随机分为3组:安静对照组10只、运动对照组10只、运动加药组10只;后两组进行为期8 W的跑台训练,建立太强度耐力训练模型.测定上述相应指标.结果运动服药组大鼠GSF、CAT表达提高,LDH表达下降.结论 Ebselen时保护运动大鼠细胞膜的完整性有积极意义,对提高机体抗氧化能力具有一定意义.  相似文献

目的:探讨有氧耐力训练对运动热应激大鼠肾脏组织NO、NOS及自由基代谢的影响。方法:对大鼠进行为期6w的递增负荷运动训练,并在运动末次施加热应激,测定大鼠肾脏组织NO、NOS、MDA和SOD含量或活性。结果:(1)运动加热应激使大鼠肾脏组织NO、NOS、iNOS和MDA显著高于安静组和急性运动组,SOD和SOD/MDA显著低于安静组和急性运动组;(2)训练安静组与安静对照组相比,MDA均显著下降,NO、NOS均显著上升;(3)训练后运动热应激大鼠肾脏组织NO、NOS、iNOS、MDA显著下降,SOD显著上升。结论:(1)在热环境下运动,机体NO、NOS和自由基代谢增加,抗氧化酶活性下降;(2)在常温下进行有氧耐力训练练,可以适当提高机体的耐热性,降低运动热应激对机体的损伤。  相似文献

女贞子提取物对大鼠心肌的保护作用及对运动能力的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的:通过女贞子提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌的保护作用,探讨女贞子提取物对大鼠运动能力影响的机制。方法:24只SD大鼠随机分安静组、运动组和运动+女贞子组,每组8只。运动组进行6周大强度跑台训练,运动+女贞子组除大强度跑台训练外,每天灌服400 mg/kg女贞子提取物,体积为2 ml。安静组和训练对照组灌胃同体积0.5%Tween-80溶液。6周后安静组在安静时、运动组和运动+女贞子组进行一次力竭性运动后取材,测定心肌抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性和GSH、MDA含量。结果:运动+女贞子组大鼠心肌抗氧化酶活性与运动组比较均有显著升高(P<0.05),GSH含量显著高于运动组(P<0.05),MDA含量显著低于运动组(P<0.05),血清AST/GOT活性低于运动组(P<0.05),运动至力竭的时间明显延长。结论:补充女贞子提取物可以调节大鼠心肌中抗氧化酶活性,对心肌有很好的保护作用,防止氧损伤,维护心脏的正常结构和功能,提高运动能力。  相似文献

目的:探讨白藜芦醇对大强度运动后大鼠肾脏功能的保护作用。方法:将24 只两月龄SD 大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动组、运动+ 白藜芦 醇组,每组8 只,运动组在活动跑台上进行大强度跑台训练。实验持续8 周后,测试肾脏各项指标。结果:大强度运动可造成大鼠肾脏中MDA、总 NOS、iNOS、NO 显著升高,总SOD、CuZn- SOD、GSH- Px、cNOS、Na+K+- ATPase、Ca2+- ATPase 显著下降。补充白藜芦醇可使大鼠运动后肾脏中MDA、 总NOS、iNOS、NO 下降,总SOD、CuZn- SOD、Mn- SOD、GSH- Px、cNOS、Na+,K+- ATPase、Ca2+- ATPase 水平升高。结论:白藜芦醇可增强肾脏的抗氧化 能力,保持肾脏酶活性。提示白藜芦醇对大强度运动后肾脏功能有良好保护作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨ebselen对运动训练大鼠肝细胞凋亡表达、自由基代谢等指标的影响,为其在运动医学领域的应用提供实验依据。方法:30只SD雄性健康大鼠,随机分为3组:安静对照组(A)、运动对照组(B)和运动加药组(C),每组10只。将ebselen溶于5%的DMSO生理盐水溶液中,用量为50mg/kg/d,灌胃给运动加药组,其他两组灌服给同等量的DMSO生理盐水作为对照。建立为期8周的大强度耐力训练模型。常规方法检测大鼠肝脏MDA、TAOC、SOD、GSH-Px等指标,免疫组化法检测凋亡蛋白Bcl-2、Bax的表达;TUNEL检测肝细胞凋亡指数;透射电子显微镜观察肝细胞超微结构的改变。实验数据由SPSS11.0统计软件进行处理。结果:与安静组相比,运动组大鼠肝脏内MDA含量显著升高,抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px均下降,T-AOC下降,细胞凋亡指数AI显著增高,Bax/Bcl-2比值下降,肝细胞超微结构损伤明显;加入ebselen进行干预后,大鼠抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px均有所升高,MDA含量显著下降,总抗氧化能力显著升高,细胞凋亡指数AI下降,Bax/Bcl-2比值上升,肝细胞超微结构损伤被有效抑制。结论:Ebselen对运动训练导致的肝细胞损伤有明显的保护作用,机制可能与ebselen可以抑制运动诱导的肝细胞凋亡、提高大鼠肝脏抗氧化酶表达等有关。  相似文献

探讨运动对大鼠大脑皮层SOD、MDA、NO及NOS活性变化情况的结果表明,中等和大强度训练后大鼠安静时大脑皮层的NO含量以及NOS、SOD活性较未训练对照组显著上升,MDA无明显变化;训练运动后即刻组的NO含量以及NOS、SOD活性较训练对照组有所增加,但无显著性意义;一次性力竭运动组运动后即刻大脑皮层的SOD活性有所下降,MDA、NOS稍有升高,无显著性意义,NO含量显著下降.研究结果提示:训练可以提高大鼠大脑皮层NO的基础含量以及NOS、SOD活性;一次性力竭运动大鼠大脑皮层NOS活性升高而NO含量下降.  相似文献

目的:探讨补充刺五加提取物对大强度耐力运动大鼠不同组织中NO、NOS含量的影响。方法:采用大强度耐力运动训练,通过补充刺五加提取物对比实验,观察大强度耐力运动后大鼠不同组织中NO、NOS含量的变化。结果:运动服药组心肌组织和肝脏组织中NO含量高于运动组,有显著性差异。运动服药组心肌组织中总NOS酶活性高于运动组,有显著性差异;运动服药组脑组织和肝脏组织中总NOS酶活性明显低于运动组,有显著性差异;运动组和运动服药组肾组织中总NOS酶活性无明显差异。结论:补充刺五加提取物可以使运动大鼠体内心肌组织和肝脏组织中一氧化氮(NO)的含量升高,改善运动大鼠心脏和肝脏中血管收缩状态,使血管舒张,血供增加。  相似文献

采用大鼠 8周递增负荷游泳训练模型 ,观察不同运动负荷方式对大鼠心脏超微结构的影响 ,以及血浆和心肌中舒血管因子一氧化氮NO、一氧化氮合酶NOS的变化 ,探讨不同运动负荷对大鼠的影响 ,并对其产生机制进行初步探讨。研究结果表明有氧训练能够使心肌的超微结构改善 ,提高心肌的cNOS活性、血浆NO水平 ,促进内皮组织舒张反应 ;大强度长时间的训练使心肌微细损伤出现 ,内皮组织损伤 ,但血浆NO水平变化不大。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of heavy resistance, explosive resistance, and muscle endurance training on neuromuscular, endurance, and high-intensity running performance in recreational endurance runners. Twenty-seven male runners were divided into one of three groups: heavy resistance, explosive resistance or muscle endurance training. After 6 weeks of preparatory training, the groups underwent an 8-week resistance training programme as a supplement to endurance training. Before and after the 8-week training period, maximal strength (one-repetition maximum), electromyographic activity of the leg extensors, countermovement jump height, maximal speed in the maximal anaerobic running test, maximal endurance performance, maximal oxygen uptake ([V·]O(?max)), and running economy were assessed. Maximal strength improved in the heavy (P = 0.034, effect size ES = 0.38) and explosive resistance training groups (P = 0.003, ES = 0.67) with increases in leg muscle activation (heavy: P = 0.032, ES = 0.38; explosive: P = 0.002, ES = 0.77). Only the heavy resistance training group improved maximal running speed in the maximal anaerobic running test (P = 0.012, ES = 0.52) and jump height (P = 0.006, ES = 0.59). Maximal endurance running performance was improved in all groups (heavy: P = 0.005, ES = 0.56; explosive: P = 0.034, ES = 0.39; muscle endurance: P = 0.001, ES = 0.94), with small though not statistically significant improvements in [V·]O(?max) (heavy: ES = 0.08; explosive: ES = 0.29; muscle endurance: ES = 0.65) and running economy (ES in all groups < 0.08). All three modes of strength training used concurrently with endurance training were effective in improving treadmill running endurance performance. However, both heavy and explosive strength training were beneficial in improving neuromuscular characteristics, and heavy resistance training in particular contributed to improvements in high-intensity running characteristics. Thus, endurance runners should include heavy resistance training in their training programmes to enhance endurance performance, such as improving sprinting ability at the end of a race.  相似文献

为了探讨不同方式的运动训练对血浆NO含量和NOS活性的影响 ,选用了 3 6只雄性SD大白鼠 ,随机分成 3组进行实验。结果发现 :训练 8周后 ,安静状态时 ,耐力训练组和静力训练组血浆中NO含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两训练组NOS活性均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,静力训练组和耐力训练组的心系数均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。静力训练组的NO含量和NOS活性高于训练组 ,但未达到显著性水平。说明有氧耐力训练和静力性练习均可提高机体安静状态下血浆中NO含量和NOS活性。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同强度耐力运动训练对大鼠心肌ATP敏感性钾通道表达的影响。方法:40只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组、大强度组、中强度组和小强度组。建立大鼠运动模型,采用RT-PCR技术与Western blot技术,检测大鼠心肌KATP各亚基的表达。结果:RT-PCR结果显示,大强度组和中等强度组Kir6.1的基因表达明显高于对照组;大强度组、中等强度组及小强度组Kir6.2的基因表达显著高于对照组;大强度组、中等强度组及小强度组SUR2的基因表达均显著高于对照组;在大鼠心肌组织中未能检测到SUR1的基因表达。Western blot结果与PCR结果基本相同,但小强度组Kir6.1蛋白表达也明显高于对照组。结论:各种强度的长期耐力运动训练可增加KATP的表达。  相似文献
