研究方案极大综合属性值下的多属性群决策问题.采用区间数熵值法确定属性权重;利用各加权评价专家评分落差构造评分区间,区间及两端点平均值作为属性值取值约束条件,建立方案综合属性值下的单目标线性规划模型,提出一种新的多属性群决策算法,并把该算法用在教师教学评价当中,决策结果验证了算法的可行性.  相似文献

针对属性值为梯形模糊数,属性权重未知,决策者对方案有梯形模糊数互补判断矩阵的模糊多属性群决策问题,提出一种群决策方法.给出了由综合属性值得到方案间相互比较的梯形模糊数互补判断矩阵的转化方法.借助梯形模糊数间距离的顶点法表示,建立模糊规划模型,最小化两类梯形模糊数互补判断矩阵间的偏差.求解模型,得到属性的精确权重.进而根据综合属性值对方案排序.最后给出一个数值例子验证所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对机床结构件多设计方案优选决策这一包含多层次、多指标,定性和定量因素并存的综合决策问题,提出了利用三标度AHP多层模糊评价法对机床结构件进行优选设计。以龙门机床立柱结构件为研究对象,在综合考虑其材料选用、结构设计及优化的基础上,得到了4种不同的立柱结构件作为备选方案。利用有限元分析软件对备选方案进行了静力学分析、模态分析和热分析,得到了影响立柱综合性能的3大要素14个性能指标作为优选设计的原始数据。建立了机床结构件三标度AHP多层模糊评价模型,代数数据计算求解,定量的找出了最优方案。经课题组人员分析比较并结合专家意见,认为采用三标度AHP多层模糊评价法找出的最优方案符合工程实际,方法有效可行。  相似文献

针对多属性决策问题,提出了一种新的不完备信息下的多属性决策方案。该方案假设属性值采用区间灰数形式来表达信息的不确定性和模糊性,针对属性值的经济属性进行数据预处理,然后将属性权重值进行集结得到方案集的决策矩阵,通过对灰色关联度分析方法进行拓展,提出了基于区间灰数的绝对关联分析,计算各方案与最优方案的绝对关联度,并以此对方案进行排序并择优,通过实例说明了所提方案的可行性。  相似文献

Comprehensive examinations mark one of the final student assessments within doctoral programs. Despite the presumed importance of this process, little is known about how it is carried out within the field of criminology and criminal justice. This study examined the structure of comprehensive exams in relevant doctoral programs. The findings reveal considerable variation in how programs organize comprehensive exams. This variation might suggest that programs vary in the objectives they associate with the comprehensive exam process, though other explanations are possible. The discipline may need to open a dialogue on the goals and objectives driving these processes to better understand their fit within doctoral education.  相似文献

Black students are underrepresented in doctoral programs in social work, and the disparity calls for greater attention to the preparation of such students for doctoral programs. Toward this goal, this article examines the sociocultural influences on the matriculation of Black students in social work who are the first in their family to pursue a doctoral degree. The author expands on the general concept of first-generation college students to capture a more inclusive population of students who may be equally disadvantaged in doctoral programs in social work. The author also identifies strategies social work faculty and administrators can use to facilitate the entry and achievement of Black students in the doctoral pipeline.  相似文献

Quality preparation of doctoral students is a key to the survival of physical education teacher education. Past research has revealed a shortage of students graduating with a doctoral degree in physical education and a general reluctance of teachers to leave their jobs to pursue an advanced degree. As the number of universities preparing new physical education teacher education assistant professors decreases, those in the profession are concerned for the future of teacher education. Unlike other professions that prepare more doctoral students than the market can accommodate, this is not the case for physical education teacher education doctoral programs. This article will provide summary information on supply and demand, which will be used to identify trends and recommendations for the future. This article will explore the status of doctoral programs in the United States and whether university programs will be able to prepare a sufficient number of professors to replace the aging physical education teacher education professoriate.  相似文献

Abstract

One of the most problematic issues in the field of social work is the gap between practice and research. This paper describes the roles of the social work clinical practitioner and the social work researcher, and explores the role discontinuity that occurs as social work doctoral students' transition between these roles. A model illustrating the three possible routes that are taken during this role transition is introduced. Understanding the process of change that occurs as social work doctoral students shift roles has important implications for social work. Investigating these two roles can help doctoral programs support students during the difficult transition. Discovering how doctoral students bridge the gap between practice and research in their own experience may provide insight into how the field of social work as a whole can successfully address this gap.  相似文献

Research suggests that new doctoral graduates face increased publication pressure to achieve tenure: doctoral programs may have also increased this expectation. We examined whether faculty graduating before and after the year 2000 differed significantly in total publications, peer-reviewed publications, and first-authored publications as of the year they graduated with their doctoral degrees along with peer-reviewed publications as of tenure. A sample of 197 curriculum vitae was retrieved from educational psychology departmental websites across the 24 universities; vitae were coded for year the faculty member completed his/her doctorate and total number of publications, number of peer-reviewed publications and number of first-authored, peer-reviewed publications. Results indicated that faculty who graduated in the year 2000 and beyond had a significantly greater number of total publications—more peer-reviewed publications, more first-authored, peer-reviewed publications as of the year they graduated with their doctoral degrees, along with more peer-reviewed publications as of tenure. Publication productivity among doctoral graduates of educational psychology programs at research universities before and after the year 2000.  相似文献

This paper summarizes recent events concerning the evaluation of doctoral programs in kinesiology and physical education. An overview is provided of issues related to the evaluation process used by the National Research Council (NRC). The American Academy of Kinesiology and Physical Education (AAKPE) has developed a proposal to have our field included in the upcoming evaluation of doctoral programs conducted by the NRC currently scheduled for 2007. Also described is an overview of the plan by the AAKPE to conduct its own evaluation of doctoral programs in 2005. Finally, a listing of the 62 identified doctoral programs in our field is presented along with some program characteristics.  相似文献

Graduates of social work doctoral programs are an integral part of social work education and, as faculty, training of BSW and MSW students. Missing from the literature are theoretical frameworks that advance the study of “what works and for whom” in social work doctoral education. Building upon the existing literature, this article proposes a conceptual framework for enhancing doctoral students’ experiences, as well as doctoral education programs. In this article, we will explore the current landscape of teacher education programs in general, and specifically, physical education teacher education (PETE) from the national level down to the local level. Furthermore, we will explore the impact that the elimination of undergraduate PETE programs can have on PETE doctoral programs, including the teaching, research, and engagement of their faculty. Socialization has become a common framework through which to understand the doctoral student experience; however, the framework has predominately been used as a lens through which to understand traditional, single-discipline doctoral student experiences. Interdisciplinary doctoral programs are becoming increasingly common in both the United States and elsewhere but relatively little empirical research exists about this distinct experience. Through multiple interviews with 18 doctoral students and their 35 faculty members, we discuss differences in the socialization process for these students in regard to knowledge acquisition, investment, and involvement. ABSTRACT

This report describes using a student portfolio approach to the structure and conduct of doctoral-level comprehensive examinations in the field of social work. Portfolios have been used as the primary method (one exception in over 40 students) to conducting social work comprehensive examinations at the author's former university, and this doctoral program appears to be unique in this regard among North American social work programs. The approach to organizing the written and oral components of comprehensive examinations using a portfolio is described, along with some of the advantages and disadvantages of this technique. Other doctoral programs are encouraged to include this method as one option in evaluating student readiness to conduct dissertation research and attainment of pedagogical objectives.  相似文献
