More and more enterprises are outsourcing activities that are neither cost efficient if done in-house nor central to their businesses. Most of the studies in outsourcing decision making focus on vendor selection. However, little research has been done about location selection, which is also a critical step in offshore service outsourcing. The purpose of this paper is to offer a new method to deal with the destination selection problem in China. We employed the additive SE-DEA model to overcome the drawbacks of traditional DEA and SE-DEA methods, and calculated the relative efficiency of 20 service outsourcing model cities （excluding Xiamen）. Based on two years of longitudinal study, we made a comparison of the 20 cities. Finally we classified the model cities by combining them with the service outsourcing ability dimension and also gave some selection suggestions and development suggestions for outsourcers＇ outsourcing service and the model cities, respectively. 相似文献

The implementation of group work in China is aroused by the teaching reform and proposal of the New Curriculum Standard, in order to improve the language teaching and learning. However, in many cases group work is far less effective and desirable than it should have been. The effectiveness of group work depends on many factors in real language classroom setting. This paper mainly focuses on the factor of teacher’s role. With the swift growth of China’s economy in recent years, the number of multinational corporations in China is increasing rapidly, and during their process of management, the strategy of human resources localization is widely used. Though there are a lot of scholars who have done research on advantages, negative effects and implementation of this strategy, there are still not enough studies have been made about the enlightenments for China. Therefore, this study aims at representing more modern and advanced opinions by stating superiority and inferior of multinational corporations’ human resources localization strategy on the basis of predecessors’ studies. This study is based on multinational corporation human resources localization theories, research on certain multinational corporations located in China, and data and information from relative journals, books,newspapers and internet. The conclusion of this paper is as below: though human resources localization strategy has obvious advantages, the management shall control the"degree"in case of"over-localization"; secondly, as Chinese corporations, it is necessary to possess their own core technology instead of being a manufacturer only; and last, Chinese corporations should learn from foreign multinationals that balancing between globalization and localization, to maximize the benefits. 相似文献

As China’s energy intensity fluctuated in recent years, it is necessary to examine whether this fluctuation happened at a regional level. This paper establishes a decomposition model by using the structural decomposition analysis (SDA) method at a regional level. Then this model is employed to empirically analyze the changes of Beijing’s energy intensity. The conclusions are as follows: during 2002-2010, except petroleum, the energy intensity decreased and the changes were mostly attributed to the technology changes, while the final use variation actually increased the energy intensity; comparing different periods of 2002-2010, the decline rates of energy intensity for coal and hydropower were decreasing, resulting from the production technology being more energy-intensive than before; the energy intensity changes of petroleum firstly increased substantially and then decreased moderately. 相似文献

The convergence criterion of Newton’s method to find the zeros of a map f from a Lie group to its corresponding Lie algebra is established under the assumption that f satisfies the classical Lipschitz condition, and that the radius of convergence ball is also obtained. Furthermore, the radii of the uniqueness balls of the zeros of f are estimated. Owren and Welfert (2000) stated that if the initial point is close sufficiently to a zero of f, then Newton’s method on Lie group converges to the zero; while this paper provides a Kantorovich’s criterion for the convergence of Newton’s method, not requiring the existence of a zero as a priori. 相似文献

Due to historic reasons China encounters some special difficulties in ESI(electricity system industry) restructureing,An easy and simple electricity value equivalent(es-EVE) method for day-ahead pool purchase pricing of China is therefore presented in this paper.The es-EVE method is different from two-part and one-part tariffs.It is more like the UK‘s method in form,but revised for China with some new concepts and procedure.The main contributions of it include:(1) Find two kinds of eigenvalue,namely EVEs,in an optimization model.(2) Define new concepts of virtual units units and feasible region,(3) Twice merit orderings are employed successively to find marginal price.They are simple maximum and minimum comparison procedures and so on.The special economic significance of the method for China is discussed.and some suggestion for ESI Restructuring based on es-EVE method are provided.A case study is offered at the end of the paper. 相似文献

In spite of having undergone one Century＇s vicissitude, China＇s educational management studies are still lagging behind those abroad. Two research lines, one being induction and generalization, another being deduction and transplantation, have been roughly evolved over these studies. Both of them have reached the level of empirical science. Since 1980s, they have developed in an unprecedented way. However, there are still some problems existing in this field. The first one is tha（a clan of multi-echeloned and multi-typed educational management studies has been multiplied in the way of trying to jump over certain developing phases and to obtain instant success and quick profits. The second one is the concept of what is educational management studies is still unclear, thus leading to ambiguous ideas or even confusions on this issue. The third one is that the study on educational management and the study on educational economy are forced to be tied together and become one by human forces, thus hampering the development of either field. Recently, a great tide of English teaching reform swept across China, advocating the innovation of educational concept and teaching mode. However, the phenomenon of rigid uniformity in teaching process is still commonly seen, neglecting the individual discrepancy of students. The individual discrepancy is manifested by both the congenital heredity and the acquired disposition. Supported by the Chinese traditional theory of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and Vygotsky’s "the zone of proximal development" theory, this paper illustrates the importance of paying attention to the individual discrepancy from the perspective of students’ growing background and personality. This paper investigates the wave attenuation properties of the double trapezoidal submerged breakwaters on the flat-bed by conducting physical experiments subjected to linear and cnoidal incident waves.The method of Goda’s two points is used to separate the heights of incident,reflected and transmitted waves based on the experimental data.The possible factors affecting the wave attenuation properties of the double trapezoidal submerged breakwaters(i.e.,the relative submerged water depth,relative breakwater spacing,wave steepness and relative wave height) are investigated with respect to the reflection and transmission coefficients.The results show that there is a range,within which the breakwater spacing has little impact on the reflection coefficient,and the transmission coefficient tends to be a constant.The influence of the wave steepness is reduced while the breakwater spacing is too large or too small.Within the range of the relative wave height tested in this study,the reflection and transmission coefficients increase and decrease with the relative wave height,respectively.The double trapezoidal submerged breakwaters model indicates a good attenuation effect for larger wave steepness,big relative wave height and within the range of the relative breakwater spacing between 12.5 and 14 according to linear and cnoidal waves.The changes of wave energy spectra between the double submerged breakwaters on the flat-bed are investigated by the fast Fourier transform(FFT) method,showing that wave energy dissipation can be reached more effectively when the relative breakwater spacing is 12.5. 相似文献

Coursebook is an essential part in English language teaching. Evaluating a coursebook is very helpful task for teachers’ development. This paper reviews three methods of evaluating coursebook, which are the impressionistic method, the checklist method, and the in-depth method. Then the author adopts the hybrid of these three methods mentioned to evaluate a coursebook - Cambridge English for the Media - used by some Chinese students in a one-year exchange programme in UK. Questionnaire and semi- structured interviews are carried out with the students to get their views about the coursebook. At the end, this paper compares teacher’s view with the learners’based on the data from the questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The results of this study show that there are conflicts between the teacher’s views and the students’on the coursebook. 相似文献

The growth and evolution of the knowledge network in supply chain can be characterized by dynamic growth clustering and non-homogeneous degree distribution.The networks with the above characteristics are also known as scale-free networks.In this paper,the knowledge network model in supply chain is established,in which the preferential attachment mechanism based on the node strength is adopted to simulate the growth and evolution of the network.The nodes in the network have a certain preference in the choice of a knowledge partner.On the basis of the network model,the robustness of the three network models based on different preferential attachment strategies is investigated.The robustness is also referred to as tolerances when the nodes are subjected to random destruction and malicious damage.The simulation results of this study show that the improved network has higher connectivity and stability. 相似文献

As a typical car-dependent city, Los Angeles (LA) is extensively used as an example in research to illustrate car influences on city form. Focusing on the features of LA’s geologic conditions and civil circumstances, we argued that the relationship between LA’s low-density pattern and car dependence is more involved than previously deemed simple causality. The low density should be primarily credited to the spacious requirement of the mining industry, frequent earthquakes and multiethnic population of the city. Oil reserves in LA fueled its economic boom and fast urbanization that coincided with the start of mass production of cheap cars, and cars became medium-priced consumables for average families. Politicians preference for short construction-period projects enabled fast establishment of LA’s highway infrastructure. The popularity of car use in return faciliatated further development of the low-density pattern of the city. The low-density urban form and car dependence created environmental and social problems for LA. Looking at P. R. China’s motorization and urban development, we found that the trajectory of Beijing’s motorization between 1978 and 2003 coincides with that of the U.S. in the 1910s and 1920s. Lessons from LA’s urban and transportation development should be suggestive to China’s urban and transportation planning. 相似文献

Chickering＇s seven vectors theory developed in America in this category is the most useful for student development in student affairs. There has been no systematic research on Chickering＇s theory in Mainland China, even some existing in Taiwan. However, based on the summary of scattered references, two trends on development for Chinese university students are found for future research： one is that there is some research related to every vector respectively. The other is that a growing trend with rising grades from some aspects connected to some psychosocial vectors is shown on university students.
