运动技术是指完成特定体育动作的方法,是运动员竞技能力水平的重要决定因素。比赛战术是比赛中为战胜对手或为表现出期望的比赛结果而采取的计谋和行动。随着竞技水平不断提高所带来的认识的复杂性和观众欣赏水平及关注程度的不断提升所带来的求知欲的迫切性,促使体育科学研究者不断地探索和寻找各种运动技术与战术的原理及其发展规律,开展技术诊断、建立标准技术模式、制定最佳运动技术与战术方案,追求在运动竞赛中获取最理想的运动成绩和健身练习的效果。本文简要介绍运动技战术研究的一般方法和途径。  相似文献

Performance indicators are currently a vogue concept. In this paper some national and international perspectives on the term are described and an analysis made of recent Government publications on the topic. Two current attempts to use performance indicators in TVEI are discussed and a methodology for linking performance indicators to school development is described. The paper concludes that, in order to contribute to quality in education, performance indicators need to be linked to school development plans and to focus on student outcomes and the internal conditions of schools.  相似文献

This study uses data drawn from three recent cohorts of undergraduates at the University of Sussex to investigate the key determinants of degree performance. The primary theme of the study is an examination of the gender dimension to degree performance. The average ‘good’ degree rate for female students was found to be superior to the male rate. The modest raw gender differential in first class degree rates favoured women but was found to be attributable to their better endowments, particularly pre-entry qualifications. The largest differential favouring women was in the II:i classification, where almost all of the difference was attributable to differentials in coefficient treatment rather than endowments (or characteristics). The analysis undertaken also allowed the investigation of a number of sub-themes relating to the effects on degree performance of, inter alia, pre-entry qualifications, ethnicity, socio-economic background and health disability. The largest effects were reserved for the role of pre-entry qualifications with more modest effects detected for ethnicity and socio-economic background.  相似文献

This paper outlines a technique for identifyingand representing pathways of studentprogression through a degree course. Considerable attention over the last decade indeveloping performance indicators of studentprogress, retention and completion in highereducation, has neglected indicators ofindividual student progression. Common studentoutcome performance indicators are based oncohort or census-like counts. A new techniqueis proposed for longitudinal analysis ofindividual student enrolment and unit of studycompletions, to create pathways at the studentlevel. The frequency of individual pathwaysindicate the common patterns of studentprogression at the course level. Pathwaypatterns convey important information aboutchanges in programs of study, and associationswith student characteristics. Pathway patternscomplement current student outcome performanceindicators. The pathway technique is simple,accurate, practical and applicable not only tostaff and students in making informed decisionsregarding the teaching and learning environmentbut also to universities and governments inplanning and policy development.  相似文献

This paper applies data envelopment analysis (DEA) to explore the quantitative relative efficiency of 18 classes of freshmen students studying a course of English conversation in a university of Taiwan from the academic year 2004-2006. A diagram of teaching performance improvement mechanism is designed to identify key performance indicators for evaluation in order to help teachers concentrate their efforts on the formulated teaching suggestions. The sensitivity study highlights the priority of the richness of course contents over the other evaluated indicators. The performance improvement mechanism can help decision-makers to design educational policies.  相似文献

In recent years, measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of higher edu cation has become a major issue. National governments are now demanding greater public accountability for funds invested in the sector, resulting in the emergence of various performance indicators relating to both teaching and research. The Course Experience Questionnaire (CEQ) was developed to measure the perceived quality of teaching in degree programmes. It evolved from research that identified curriculum, teaching and assessment as key determinants of students' approaches to learning and, in turn, the quality of their learning outcomes. The CEQ data are intended for use in making comparisons within fields of study over time and/or across institutions. However, no European study has reported on its suitability to evaluate teaching within an accounting programme. This paper outlines the development of the CEQ and confirms its reliability and construct validity for use in the accounting discipline in an Irish context.  相似文献

This article is a practical application of the technique of factor analysis. Its uniqueness lies in the nature of the variables we set out to study (determinants of the quality of university teaching), the data collection instrument designed for the study (scale assessment questionnaire) and the basic goal of this study, which is simply to seek the views of a representative sample of university students on the elements that form a system of indicators for assessing teaching skills in order to establish a profile of the role of university professor.  相似文献

为了解决服务器运行过程中由于性能故障造成服务质量下降的问题,提出一种基于决策树的日志分析方法,以服务器日志文件中记录服务器关键性能指标的数据为研究对象,利用决策树中常用的ID3、C4.5和CART 3种算法预测服务器未来性能指标发展趋势。实验结果表明,在实际运行过程中,C4.5算法对服务器性能指标数据预测的准确率和召回率最好,分别达到了92.23%和95.37%,在3种决策树算法中拥有最高的准确率与召回率,且相比传统开发人员从日志文件中寻找故障的方法,准确率提高了20%左右,因此能够更好地预测服务器系统性能指标发展趋势。通过该方法可提前感知系统运行状况,并及时作出调整,从而有效降低实际生产过程中服务器故障发生概率,提高服务质量。  相似文献

The present study focuses on performance analysis and performance management in teacher training in France. After a brief summary of the French system of secondary-teacher training, determinants affecting performance are analyzed. The analysis shows that three determinants – the number of external competitors, the size of a department and the number of posts to be filled by recruitment examinations – are crucial to the performance of a training department. The analysis reveals, however, that although a department’s performance may be related to its size, efficiency and inefficiency limits have to be taken into account in growth strategies.  相似文献
