本案例的求助者由于一些生活事件,加上本身依赖性较大,使得她近期一直处于抑郁的情绪中。心理咨询师通过以来访者为中心疗法与求助者建立并始终保持良好的咨询关系,并用箱庭疗法帮助其提高自我认知,增加其信心。咨询一共经历4次,最后基本达到咨询目标,达到比较好的咨询效果。 相似文献

一例因考试失败而导致焦虑情绪的咨询过程,咨询师根据来访者的情况采用了认知行为疗法,经过咨询,求助者认识到自己的不良情绪是由于自己的不合理的认知造成的,并在咨询师的帮助下,改变了不合理的认知模式和行为,其焦虑情绪基本得到缓解,睡眠问题基本解决,能正确对待当前的学习和考试。通过咨询反馈,发现咨询已基本达到预期目标。 相似文献

在国家心理咨询师吴剑先生的《心理咨询师的价值参与》一文中,他写到：“心理咨询情境中价值参与是指咨询师试图用自己的价值观去影响来访者的价值取向或选择的行为。价值参与程度,由浅入深划分为：价值中立,价值澄清,价值引导,价值灌输四种形式。（1）价值中立,它强调咨询师对求助者的非指导性,要求咨询师对求助者提出的问题坚持中立,不给予直接回答,也不给予任何规劝,而是让求助者自主决策,主张将最基本的责任放在求助者的身上,而咨询师处于被动地位,只作为跟随者;（2）价值澄清,咨询师在咨询过程中帮助来访者澄清其价值追求,帮助来访者了解和体察自身价值观之间存在的矛盾及其行为的代价与后果;（3）价值引导,是咨询师在必要的时候引导（而非代替）来访者做出选择,有时甚至引导（同样不是代替）来访者做出相应的改变;（4）价值灌输是咨询师对来访者的价值观作好坏、正误判断,通过灌输或者操纵的方式作价值的裁判,甚至代替来访者做出决定。” 相似文献

心理咨询语言具有程式化、全面性、目的性、适应性、迂回性、启发性等特点,为了达到某种咨询效果,咨询师的语言或遵循或违背合作、礼貌等语用原则。咨询初期,咨询师要善于使用共情、自我暴露等语用策略,帮助来访者消除距离感,敞开自己的心扉,以建立良好的咨访关系。咨询中后期,咨询师则要巧妙地使用隐喻以及一系列技术性语用策略,高效地引导来访者找到问题症结,并帮助其予以解决。咨询师在咨询过程中所使用的语用策略,形成了独特的语用功效,保证了咨询工作的顺利开展,对最终的咨询效果起到了决定性的作用。 相似文献

心里咨询中的阻抗本质上是求助者对于自我暴露与自我变化的抵抗,而在具体的咨询过程中,阻抗因人、环境等实际情况不同而表现各异,比较难以准确辨别。因而准确地识别阻抗并加以有效地处理,可增进咨询师与求助者之间的心理沟通,促使求助者对其特定思想和行为方式的深入领悟。本文研究了学生心理咨询过程中阻抗的表现,并提出了相应的应对方法。 相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
