[目的/意义]云图书馆集合了新兴的信息技术,提供了更广更海量的信息资源,而其IT能力直接决定了云图书馆的服务质量,因而对其IT能力进行系统分析和评价就显得十分必要。[方法/过程]从云图书馆基本运作流程角度论述移动互联网环境下云图书馆IT能力的内涵并对其特征进行解析,同时对其组成结构进行维度划分,运用改进型的可拓评价方法对其进行综合性评价。[结果/结论]可拓评价方法可以综合评价云图书馆IT能力;根据评价结果可针对性地对图书馆IT能力指标进行改进,以提升其整体IT能力。 相似文献

云计算是信息技术进步最新的发展成果。虽然现有文献从各个角度探讨了云计算帮助企业提高竞争优势的作用,但大部分只是定性的推理和判断,且普遍缺乏实证数据支撑。目前的研究仍然不清楚云计算是如何产生作用进而提升竞争优势,以及企业自身的特点和所处的外部环境是否会影响到云计算产生作用的差异。本文从IT 能力的理论出发,认为云计算的应用可以使企业产生新的调度和部署 IT 资源的新 IT 能力———“云计算应用能力”,并将其划分为灵活能力和整合能力两个维度。利用国内市场最大的公共云计算服务———阿里云的184份企业级用户的调研数据,采用偏最小二乘(PLS)结构方程模型进行实证分析云计算应用能力对企业竞争优势的影响以及企业生命周期和市场动荡性的调节作用。 相似文献

提出信息技术(IT)吸纳能力的概念,指出IT吸纳能力是促进信息系统(IS)成功的重要因素.将IT吸纳能力划分为采纳能力、实施能力和融合能力三个维度,深入分析了它们对IS成功的作用机理.利用169家企业的调研数据,运用结构方程模型方法进行检验,结果发现IT吸纳能力的三个维度对IS成功都有正向影响,但各自的作用机理不同,并证明了IT融合能力对IS成功的影响力比采纳能力、实施能力大.结论说明企业要充分重视IT采纳和实施后如何促进信息技术与组织融合的问题. 相似文献

Managers predict the sales of new entertainment products prior to their release using comparables, such as similar books from the same author or movies with the same actors. In this study, the authors analyze whether diffusion models for media products provide helpful support in the management task of predicting prelaunch sales of the first distribution channel for three different product categories. They compare the performance of predictions based on (a) simple success factor regressions (OLS) and (b) diffusion models against real management predictions. Based on samples covering the German music, film, and the literary market, we show that model-based forecasts outperform the forecasts of management teams for the majority of the products. In contrast, management is superior in forecasting top sellers. This is due to unobserved factors arising from more management attention attached towards super stars. The authors do not find substantial prediction differences between simple success factor regressions and more complex diffusion models. Thus, managers interested in total sales estimates can easily rely on OLS based success factor predictions. Advertising and product differentiation factors with respect to quality (e.g., star power, critics, or country of origin) are across all 3 industries highly relevant for sales predictions, whereas others variables (e.g., price, distribution power, season, or competition) differ across industries. 相似文献

Abstract This study examined the degrees of product diversification of media conglomerates since the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and tested the impact of product diversification of the firms on their financial health. The strategy of related product diversification enables firms to gain market power and synergy effect, then improves financial performance. Based on that assumption, for a sample of 26 media firms from 1996 to 2002, this study conducted a regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The results showed two contradictory curvilinear models. First, revenue, EBITDA and sales growth rates revealed a U‐shaped relationship with diversification. That is, performance decreased as firms shifted from concentrated business strategies to related diversification, but performance increased as firms changed from related diversification to unrelated diversification. On the other hand, financial efficiency variables measuring management effectiveness or profitability (ROS, ROA and ROE) and stock market evaluation (earnings per share) showed an inverted U‐shape relationship. Thus, the unrelated diversification led to a decrease in financial efficiency. 相似文献

This study examines the potential of application service providers (ASPs) to transform electronic government (e-government) services at the local level. The ASP model helps local governments overcome barriers to offering next wave e-government services such as a shortage of skilled IT staff and limited financial resources. The realization of full potential, however, requires first the adoption of an ASP model. Five conditions that favor the decision to use an ASP are (1) strong top management support, (2) promise of large efficiency gains, (3) enough IT capability on the part of the government unit to identify key piece of technology, (4) less burdensome outsourcing rules and procedures, and (5) a variety of high quality and reliable ASPs from which to choose locally. To ensure the success of an ASP project, local governments need to build in-house IT capability to evaluate an ASP and to develop proper performance measures. Management should focus on serving citizens and businesses and develop the capability to negotiate as well as manage service-level contracts with ASPs. Continual top management support is necessary for dealing with possible initial resistance and ensuring interdepartmental communication and cooperation. 相似文献

E-governments have become a popular topic in recent decades and have attracted widespread attention on a global scale. Previous research mainly investigating the direct impact of IT infrastructure on e-government performance lacks in the context of other organizational resources and contingency factors. This study uses a panel data from Chinese prefectural cities and further exams the effect of interaction between IT infrastructure and other organizational resources (financial and human resources) on e-government performance through the moderating role of environmental uncertainty (environmental turbulence and complexity) based on resource-based and contingency views. Interaction between IT infrastructure and financial resources has a positive effect on e-government, while the interaction between IT infrastructure and human resources has a negative effect on e-government performance. Additionally, the effect of the interaction between IT infrastructure and organizational resources (financial and human resources) on e-government performance increases with a decrease in environmental turbulence and with an increase in environmental complexity. This article helps practitioners recognize the importance of IT infrastructure in developing e-government performance and provide actionable insights on financial and human resource allocation, while considering IT infrastructure. The paper offers evidences for government managers seeking resource combination to address turbulent and complex environments. 相似文献
