目的采用微波消解技术和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定青钱柳原叶、茶叶及其茶汤中29种元素.方法用微波消解法处理茶叶,在线加入钪和铑作为内标校正样品基体效应和仪器对测试过程的影响.结果方法检出限低,线性范围宽,线性系数均在0.999以上,加标回收率在90%-106%之间,用标准物质验证准确度好,可以用来检测青钱柳叶中的无机元素.结论青钱柳叶中富含K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ba、Rb、Sr、Se等与人体生理功能息息相关的无机元素,而重金属元素Pb、Cd、As、Cr等符合限量标准. 相似文献

采用微波消解法处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对茶树上槲寄生中18种微量元素进行分析.对样品前处理方法进行了研究,从消解体系、酸用量、消解程序等方面对微波消解条件进行了优化.结果表明：在优化实验条件下,方法检出限为0.033 63～26.59μg/L,相对标准偏差（RSD,n=6）为1.54%～7.57%,加标回收率为90.17%～109.7%.该方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确度好和同时测定多种元素等优点. 相似文献

研究了采用微波消解方法处理南果梨样品,以火焰原子吸收法测定南果梨中的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn的方法.优化了火焰原子吸收的工作参数,考查了消解方法对测定结果的影响.实验结果表明,以微波消解方法对南果梨样品进行预处理,消解时间短,准确度高,5种元素的相对标准偏差RDS均小于7%,回收率为95.6%~103.6%.该方法用于南果梨中多种元素的元素测定,结果令人满意. 相似文献

采用微波消解法消解样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法分别测定了四种不同产地菊花中的Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg、Cu、Ni的含量;探讨了微波消解预处理的条件,优化了FAAS测定参数,七种金属元素标准曲线相关系数在0.9907-0.9999之间,平均加标回收率在97.2%-103.5%之间,RSD(n=4)在2.2%-4.9%之间。该方法具有较好的精密度和准确性。测定结果发现不同产地的菊花中金属元素存在显著差异。 相似文献

采用火焰原子吸收法对猪内脏中的铜进行了研究.研究结果表明,在取样量0.5g左右、预消解时间0.5h、VHNO3∶VH2O2=1∶1、消解时间3min、中高火微波消解功率的条件下消解效果良好.测定铜的RSD为0.47%-1.69%,VHNO3∶VH2O2样品的加标回收率为96.0%-105.0%,此法具有成本低廉、操作简单等优点,有利于铜的准确、快速测定. 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. This paper looks at the way drama works to bring a model of an arts curriculum into reality. He also shows how drama is valuable when discussed as a separate, autonomous subject in the school curriculum as opposed to one subsumed within English.
