乌兰察布地区胡萝卜优化施肥方案初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本试验通过正交旋转回归设计在乌兰察布地区选取氮、磷、钾和有机肥为参试变量,以胡萝卜产量为目标函数,建立了胡萝卜产量与参试因子间的数学模型,得出了各变量与产量的主次关系及各因素对产量的效应。最后,通过模拟寻优获得了本试验地条件下胡萝卜产量高于6000kg/667m2的施肥方案:N(8.06-8.72kg/667m2)、P2O5(3.89-4.26kg/667m2)、K2O(19.10-20.45kg/667m2)、有机肥(6346-6907kg/667m2)。  相似文献

以马铃薯、牛奶等为原料,以开菲尔粒、酵母为发酵剂,通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了发酵剂的发酵条件和马铃薯乳酒的加工工艺参数.结果表明:发酵剂的最佳发酵条件为开菲尔粒用量1 g、酵母用量0.2 g、白砂糖用量6 g、发酵温度26℃、发酵20 h;马铃薯乳酒的最佳加工工艺条件为发酵剂用量3 g、白砂糖用量10 g、马铃薯泥用量20 g、发酵12 h.  相似文献

我曾在农科部门工作,现为贵刊1997年第9期“马铃薯茎尖脱毒组培”一文作些补充。马铃薯病毒是长期影响马铃薯生产的主要原因。目前,国内用马铃薯茎尖脱毒培养无病毒试管苗,再种植获得脱毒种薯,已大大提高了马铃薯的产量。这一方法的工艺流程包括室内和室外两部分。室内主要通过茎尖脱毒经组织培养后获得脱毒苗,室外主要将试管苗移栽到苗圃,获得种薯。这一方法中,对苗圃建设要求较严格,且涉及试管苗成活率问题。马铃薯结薯的条件是先长出气生根,气生根在黑暗条件下,诱导结薯。利用这一原理,将试管苗移栽到室外苗圃获得种薯这一环…  相似文献

通过试验研究了增施钾肥不同处理对马铃薯产量及相关性状的贡献作用。试验表明,增施钾肥的不同处理均提高了块茎产量、淀粉含量和商品率,说明钾肥对马铃薯产量与品质的贡献作用显著;同时表明,增施钾肥提高了块茎膨大后期的叶绿素含量、净同化率和根系活力,说明钾肥对马铃薯净同化率等生理指标的贡献作用显著。对不同处理的产量、品质指标、生理指标进行相关分析表明,增施钾肥对块茎产量、品质指标和相关生理指标的贡献作用一致,其中产量与大中薯率、净同化率关系最密切,说明增施钾肥主要是通过光合能力提高,促进块茎膨大实现产量提高。  相似文献

在马铃薯淀粉生产中,水力旋流器是淀粉分离的核心设备,影响旋流器分离性能的因素很多,本文选择评价水力旋流器分离性能的两个重要指标,分股比和底流淀粉浓度,通过对影响这两个指标的三个因素即底流口直径、进料压力和进料浓度进行正交实验,对实验所得结果拟合成曲线并通过图表示出来.通过对实验结果的分析获知分离马铃薯淀粉的水力旋流器的分股比和底流淀粉浓度随着各参数变化的规律即单因素数学模型,得出一定条件下最佳分离状态的各参数值.  相似文献

通过二年进行微肥浸种栽培试验,研究了微肥浸种对马铃薯块茎产量、商品率和叶片光合强度的影响。结果证明,微肥浸种提高了马铃薯块茎产量、商品率和叶片光合强度,并延长了马铃薯的生育期。微肥浸种不同处理效果不同,以0.08%的MnSO4、ZnSO4混合液浸种效果最佳。  相似文献

利用模糊数学法将试验结果模糊化,使用夹角余弦赋权法计算各指标的权重,依据正交试验的模糊运算法则用模糊综合评判模型得到模糊综合评价值,得到丝蛋白多肽最优制备工艺条件.同时测定了此工艺条件下产品丝蛋白多肽的表面活性性能,与其他丝蛋白基表面活性物质进行了对比.结果表明:丝蛋白多肽表面活性性能更加优越,模糊数学理论在丝蛋白基表面活性剂制备中是可行的.  相似文献

This set of papers synthesizes contemporary psychological research to identify and operationally specify major influences on abilities, interests, and skills in mathematics. Three models are then presented which hypothesize causation of the sex-related differences in mathematics that exist: (1) a four-factor model which explores mediating factors of autonomous learning behaviors which exist between socialization influences and learning; (2) a detailed socialization model of election of mathematics courses; and (3) a model of internal barriers which prevent females from fully developing mathematical skills. The models all suggest that causation of sex-related differences in mathematics are complex and multivariate. Social conditions affect the educational environment of a female as well as the personal belief system of each learner. Directions for research built on these models are indicated.  相似文献

By means of an international comparison, the research presented in the article aims to identify supporting and hindering school level factors for the use of ICT in secondary school mathematics lessons. The relationship between ICT use and the performance of Grade 9 students in mathematics is examined and further integrated into a multi-level model including school level factors. Against the background of a theoretical allocation (1) the IT equipment of schools, (2) school leadership, (3) aspects of school goals and educational strategies as well as (4) teachers’ attitudes will be analyzed by means of a multi-level regression model as well as a multi-level path model including the mathematics achievement of students as measured in the context of PISA 2012. Representative school and student data from five countries, namely Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Singapore are taken into consideration, as the integration of ICT in teaching and learning is firmly emphasized in these countries (overall 24,579 students in 1263 schools). By modeling the complex structure, school characteristics are examined with respect to their effect on the use of ICT for mathematics teaching. Moreover, the relation between different factors and students’ mathematics achievement will be synchronously assessed in the different educational systems. The results show that characteristics at school level do play a major role in the integration of ICT into teaching and learning and turn out to be relevant across the educational systems. In addition to further in-depth country-specific findings, the results point to cross-national future challenges in the field of using technologies to enhance teaching and learning.  相似文献

为了提高橘皮精油的提取效率,对超声辅助溶剂法提取橘皮精油的工艺进行了优化。以橘皮精油得率为指标,通过单因素试验选择适合的水平,通过正交试验优化提取工艺。优化的提取工艺条件为:浸泡时间40min、超声功率110W,超声时间60min,料液比(g/mL)1:8,在此条件下橘皮精油平均得率可达到2.23%。  相似文献

Contemporary scholars describe mathematical modeling as a transformation of a real-world problem to a mathematical problem and back again. This paper treats a critical issue in the modeling process: how modelers determine if the transformation from the real world to mathematics was carried out well. I present an empirically derived typology of validating activities explaining how validating functions to ensure a mathematical model will yield a reasonably accurate prediction. The typology arose from analysis of four engineering undergraduates’ production of 276 instances of validating. The nuances of validating suggest that creating and maintaining relationships between reality and mathematics is more complex than a transformation and that we should afford a more prominent role to validation in the modeling process.  相似文献

采用四因素三水平正交试验研究了秧龄、播量、密度和氮肥运筹对杂交中稻"新两优6号"产量的影响.结果表明:秧龄、播量、密度和氮肥运筹对水稻产量均有一定程度的影响,对产量影响程度依次为栽插密度 (B)>秧龄 (D) >氮肥运筹 (A) >播种量 (C).本试验四因子的最优组合为A2B1C3D2,产量为15208.50kg /hm2.  相似文献

数学焦虑作为一种消极的数学学习体验已成为数学教育中的一个热点问题.对数学焦虑与数学成绩、数学兴趣、自我效能、性别差异和年级差异的关系进行调查,结果发现:数学成绩与数学焦虑显著相关;数学兴趣、自我效能均与数学焦虑呈显著负相关;男、女生在数学焦虑上存在显著差异,女生焦虑水平比男生高;中学各个年级的数学焦虑水平没有显著差异,初三学生的焦虑水平在中学阶段是最高的.  相似文献
