远程教育教师与学生的时空分离使教材成为学生所依赖的主要学习资源。从理论上说,远程教材是学习支持的第一因素,应该是一个“教学包”,具有“教师”的作用,体现引导式模拟对话功能。相关的问卷调查和访谈,显示了学习对远程教材编制设计的特别要求。电大五年制高职教材《电子技术基础》的编制就是在教材中引入模拟对话元素进行设计的一次实践。 相似文献

本文介绍了“小作业包”的设计程式和实践效果。该模式以培养数控技术专业学生的识图绘图、机械制造技术、数控编程技术和检测技术运用能力为主线,以实际零件图纸和加工文件为蓝本,基于实际工作过程设计从易到难的若干“小作业包”,研究编制相应的作业任务书、作业标准和指导书,分别在相应课程中落实。实践结果表明,该模式大大提高了教学效率,提高了学生的知识技术应用能力和就业竞争力。 相似文献

This article details an approach to teaching entrepreneurship to Higher National Diploma (HND) students that combines lecture-based and experiential learning processes to increase student learning, comprehension, and entrepreneurial skills. A UK university redesigned an entrepreneurship course to have students design and implement business plans for a pop-up shop and an event in the local community, while working closely with instructors and outside stakeholders. The lectures used in the lessons were designed to complement the enterprise activities and be immediately applied in group work settings. Data were collected from student reflections and analysed against instructor reflections to highlight both the success and challenges of this approach, as well as any areas of dissonance between student and instructor observations. While the benefits of active and experiential learning processes are highlighted in the literature, this article examines these teaching methods specifically in a HND context, an area in which research on the benefits of these teaching methods for developing entrepreneurial students and for developing students prepared for undergraduate education has been limited. 相似文献

This paper reports data obtained on practicing teachers' thinking as they interacted with a professional development interactive
multimedia (IMM) courseware package. The data were obtained from 11 participating teachers via stimulated-recall interviews.
Two types of thinking are detailed and discussed. The first type is those mediating processes engaged in by teachers during
study sessions that related to the academic and professional content of the IMM package. The second type is those evaluative
thoughts reported by teachers that related to instructional design aspects of the IMM courseware. The latter data were used
to develop a classification system that provides a conceptualization of the major components, as perceived by the participating
teachers, that relate to instructional design.
He has been involved in teaching mathematics education courses at a distance via printed text to inservice teachers and through
interactive multimedia (IMM) courseware to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander teacher education students in their home
communities. His current research interests focus on tertiary students' thinking while studying from IMM materials and their
usage patterns of IMM courseware. He also supervises post graduate students in the area of teaching problem solving in upper
primary and lower secondary school.
Her fields of teaching and research interests concern the cultural contextualization of instructional design of interactive
multimedia (IMM) and the World Wide Web (WWW). Other research interests focus on the mental models, thinking processes, and
teaching-learning strategies used by teachers and learners when interacting with electronic databases, IMM, and the WWW.
His areas of expertise are special education and distance education. His current research interests with respect to interactive
multimedia (IMM) focus on tertiary students' thinking while studying with IMM materials and their usage patterns of IMM courseware.

AbstractThis paper discusses the use of comics in teaching mathematics in the secondary mathematics classroom. We explicate how the use of comics in teaching mathematics can prepare students for the twenty-first century competencies. We developed an alternative teaching package using comics for two lower secondary mathematics topics. This alternative teaching package consists of (1) several sets of comic strips expounding all related mathematical concepts in a lively way; (2) tiered practice questions for learning reinforcement; and (3) a set of proposed lesson outlines with suggestions on how to use the comics for mathematics teaching. We also report how one of the teachers in our study used this teaching package in her mathematics lessons. Her lessons were video-recorded and 11 students were interviewed to help us understand how the mathematics comics lessons were enacted and the students’ perception of comics as instruction. We identified instances in which the teacher tweaked the provided resource to further enhance student learning and incorporated elements of the twenty-first century competencies during her lessons. Through selected student interviews, we also identified instances in which students commented on their gain from the new approach from the perspective of the twenty-first century competencies. 相似文献

新格莱斯会话含义理论从“说话人准则”和“听话人推论”两个方面提出了语言学习的三大原则：数量原则、信息原则、方式原则。这一理论适用的语义场景是日常生活的交际活动。在远程开放教育领域,由于大多数学生都是成人学习者,这一特殊性决定了实施英语听力教学面临较大的挑战和难度。在实际的听力教学中,成人学习者大多只关注听力材料的字面意思,而不能理解话语的言下之意,从而导致对说话者的真实意图产生理解上的错误。运用新格莱斯会话含义理论有助于学习者推断出对话中说话者的真实意图,正好弥合了远程教育英语听力教学的不足。基于行动研究“发现问题——反思——调整教学方案”循环迭代的研究路径,针对远程教育英语听力教学的实践研究表明：在听力教学中有意识地系统培养新格莱斯会话含义理论符合开放学生的学习特点;通过现代技术构建生态化的教学和学习环境,整合真实性的教学资源,设计符合远程开放学生需求的情景化的教学活动,能提高学生对于会话中隐喻含义的推理能力和听力理解能力,最终提高学生的听力水平。 相似文献

课程思政是在知识传授和能力培养中完成价值引导的,是人才培养的必备内容。在专业课教学中如何引入课程思政元素一直是教学的难点。立足于飞行器动力工程专业,以“流体力学基础”为例,对在专业课的教学过程中融入思政元素进行了研究。首先,分析了教学中引入课程思政的难点,并给出了解决难点问题的方法,研究了深入挖掘课程思政元素的途径;其次,以边界层分离为例,说明了专业课教学中融入课程思政的教学设计,做到了将课程思政“如盐在肴”地融入专业课程教学中,达成“将显性教育和隐性教育相统一”,对学生形成正确的价值引领;同时为了更有效地将课程思政融入专业课教学,教师需要注意紧密结合专业内容,并使其有机地融合,将显性教育与隐性教育相统一,形成协同效应。 相似文献
