英国“入职与发展档案”制度具有重视教师专业发展的主动性与连续性、重视教师个人主动发展与集体合作相结合等特点。目前我国幼儿教师的专业发展面临诸多困境,借鉴英国这一制度的有意经验,积极发挥幼儿教师专业发展的主动性,重视其连续性,积极培育幼儿教师专业发展的共同体,加强政府与社会的支持,是克服这诸多困境的有效对策。  相似文献

在我国,小学新入职教师作为基础教育的重要力量之一,其专业发展的要求不但是促进自身发展的前提,也是学校重新审视新入职教师的现状、重视新入职教师的成长、并有针对性地组织对新入职教师的职业培训的动力源泉。目前,社会在极大程度上只是一味地要求新入职教师尽快适应工作环境、进入工作角色,但是却缺乏对新入职教师专业发展方面的关注。要想促进教师专业发展,建立一个高素质的教师专业发展群体,极其需要社会、行政部门、学校等各方面力量的支持。本文拟通过对小学新入职教师对专业发展现状的研究,促进教育机构着眼教师专业发展现状,有针对性地制定小学新入职教师培养策略,推动这些教师在自身专业发展。  相似文献

通过谈话法、问卷法、档案研究法和查阅文献法,对贵州某职业技术学院新入职教师进行调研分析。结果表明,新入职教师要经历高期待、高热情、不相信现实、抑郁、直面现实五个心理发展阶段。针对出现的问题,提出了加大建设专门培养职业院校教师机构的力度、有针对性地对职业院校新入职教师进行岗前培训、实行严格的"老带新"制度、重视职业院校新入职教师的心理健康教育、以适当的待遇留住优秀的职业院校新入职教师的建议。  相似文献

普通教师标准是英国新教师在一年的入职培训结束时应达到的要求,它明确了新教师完成入职培训时应具有的专业品质、专业知识和理解、专业技能素质。普通教师标准是指导英国新教师入职培训的具体过程,即新教师专业发展目标的设定、行动计划的制定、评估新教师的表现三个环节的核心。我国亟待形成以新教师入职标准为核心、以教学实践为基础、以新教师的专业反思为关键、以参与机构和人员的合作为保障的教师入职培训制度。  相似文献

This paper reports research on the needs of newly qualified teachers in post-primary schools in Northern Ireland. The views and experiences of newly qualified teachers who were awarded qualified teacher status in 1997 were sought on the effectiveness of their Initial Teacher Education programme, and on teaching and support in their induction year. The results showed that they were generally satisfied with initial training and enjoyed the rewards of seeing pupils learn, but they had concerns about discipline and the pressure of time. The Head of Department emerged as a crucial figure and the role of teacher tutor was important. The Career Entry Profile was not extensively used by either the newly qualified teachers or members of senior management to set targets. An ideal induction programme should include greater internal and external support tailored closely to newly qualified teachers.  相似文献

This paper describes the attributes of good mathematics teachers in the UK. These are derived from the material provided by 80 schools to applicants for mathematics teaching posts in the UK. The assumption is made that schools are trying to recruit the very best teacher and hence will have listed those attributes that they believe good teachers to have. Many of the attributes sought are not specifically about the teaching of mathematics. Indeed much about competency in the teaching of mathematics is assumed and not made explicit. The requirements of schools are compared and contrasted with the Standards detailed in current Initial Teacher Training requirements and the Career Entry Profile used by newly qualified teachers.  相似文献

Currently a sound and reliable measure of a student-athlete's career development does not exist. The purpose of this study was to develop a psychometrically sound instrument that measures the career situation of student-athletes. Participants for the study were 204 (138 male and 66 female) student-athletes from a large midwestern Division I university. A primary axis factor analysis using promax rotation revealed that five factors, named: Career Development Self-efficacy, Career versus Sport Identity, Locus of Control, Barriers to Career Development, and Sport to Work Relationship, accounted for 81.39% of the common variance in the data. The internal reliability of each factor of the Student-athlete Career Situation Inventory (SACSI) was established using Cronbach's alpha (.70 to .80). The criterion validity of the SACSI was investigated by regressing career experiences and gains on the five factors of the SACSI, resulting in significant squared multiple correlations (.17, .28).  相似文献

This study evaluated the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale—Short Form (CDMSE-SF; Betz, Klein, & Taylor, 1996) using the Career Commitment Scale (CCS; Farmer, 1985) as a criterion measure. Responses from 165 undergraduates in a Southern university revealed high internal consistency for the CDMSE-SF, and moderate correlation between the CDMSE-SF and CCS. However, no gender or ethnic differences were found in this correlation. Females scored higher than males on the CCS. Blacks scored higher than Whites on both measures. Implications for practice and research are discussed.  相似文献
