地方高校研究生教育应以培养应用型创新人才作为基本目标,而产学研合作教育是为实现应用型创新人才培养目标的有效机制。当前,我国地方高校产学研合作教育普遍存在合作机制与形式松散简单、课程保障机制缺乏、师资力量难以适应需求、考核评价机制不健全等突出问题。为实现地方高校培养应用型创新人才的基本目标,应从优化政府促进功能、完善产学研合作教育课程保障、加强师资建设、创新教育教学评价机制和健全利益分配等方面优化地方高校研究生产学研合作教育培养机制。 相似文献

全媒体背景下对新闻传播类高校的人才培养模式提出了新要求。地方高校新闻传播类专业存在人才培养理念落后,课程设置与社会需求不吻合、实践教学体系与媒体需求脱节、教学质量考核和评价体系不完善等问题。地方高校新闻传播类专业人才培养模式改革的思路有优化通识教育课程体系、强化以"能力内敛"为特征的实践课程体系、建立多元化的考核评价体系以及加强新闻理想教育等。 相似文献

开展安全教育是地方高校维护校园安全和稳定的重要保障,也是促进学生健康成长成才的迫切需要。文章对地方高校安全教育现状进行了分析,发现目前地方高校存在学生安全意识淡薄、教育方式单一、课程体系不完善、师资力量薄弱及考核评价缺位等突出问题;结合“三全育人”理念,从核心理念引领、课程教学改革及文化氛围营造等方面提出了相关建议,以期为地方高校安全教育工作提供借鉴与启示。 相似文献

课程思政是地方高校落实立德树人根本任务的理念创新，成果导向教育理念作为一种先进的教育理念，二者具有高度的契合性。以行政管理专业为例，借鉴泰勒的课程开发目标模式，以“确定目标—选择内容—实施方式—专业评价”为分析框架，地方高校课程思政建设的主要内容涉及人才培养体系、课程体系、教学体系、评价体系。基于成果导向教育理念，地方高校课程思政建设应从明确人才培养目标、加强教师队伍建设、挖掘课程思政元素、创新课堂教学方法、完善考核评价体系等五个方面推进。 相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
