To elucidate the principles of notable torque and flux ripple during the steady state of the conventional direct torque control (DTC) of induction machines, the factors of influence torque variation are examined. A new torque ripple minimization algorithm is proposed. The novel method eradicated the torque ripple by imposing the required stator voltage vector in each control cycle. The M and T axial components of the stator voltage are accomplished by measuring the stator flux error and the expected incremental value of the torque at every sampling time. The maximum angle rotation allowed is obtained. Experimental results showed that the proposed method combined with the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) could be implemented in most existing digital drive controllers, offering high performance in both steady and transient states of the induction drives at full speed range. The result of the present work imphes that torque fluctuation could be eliminated by imposing proper stator voltage, and the proposed scheme could not only maintain constant switching frequency for the inverter, but also solve the heating problem and current harmonics in traditional induction motor drives.  相似文献

基于双矢量dq同步旋转变换,将基波电压正负序分量进行解耦,电网电压进行双αβ和双矢量dq同步旋转变换,旋转变换后得到的分量进行滞后T/4( T为电压周期)调压控制,实现基波电压正序分量快速检测。仿真结果表明,所提出的电压检测方法可实现在电网不对称故障下能快速检测出电压跌落时刻和幅值,基波电压正序分量输出平滑,验证了所提出电压检测方法的有效性。  相似文献

推导出在高次谐波干扰下,PARK矢量模平方函数的数学表达式,消除直接进行定子电流分析时基波频率对特征频率的影响。但是新增的频率成分很容易被直流分量、2f分量和4f分量淹没,对PARK矢量模平方函数进行傅立叶变换效果很差。采用多分辨率小波分析,对其各层系数进行分解与重构,其中第7层高频系数和第8层高频系数重构后的波形在发生故障时幅值明显大于无故障时的波形,对电机故障有很高的辨识度,是一种有效的方法。  相似文献

Induction motor faults including mechanical and electrical faults are reviewed. The fault diagnosis methods are summarized. To analyze the influence of stator current, torque, speed and rotor current on faulted bars, a time-stepping transient finite element (FE) model of induction motor with bars faulted is created in this paper. With wavelet package analysis method and FFT method, the simulation result of finite element is analyzed. Based on the simulation analysis, the on-line fault diagnosis system of induction motor with bars faulted is developed. With the speed of broken bars motor changed from 1 478 r/min to 1 445 r/min, the FFT power spectra and the wavelet package decoupling factors are given. The comparison result shows that the on-line diagnosis system can detect broken-bar fault efficiently.  相似文献

This paper presents a powerful application of genetic algorithm (GA) for the minimization of the total harmonic current distortion (THCD) in high-power induction motors fed by voltage source inverters, based on an approximate harmonic model. That is, having defined a desired fundamental output voltage, optimal pulse patterns (switching angles) are determined to produce the fundamental output voltage while minimizing the THCD. The complete results for the two cases of three and five switching instants in the first quarter period of pulse width modulation (PWM) waveform are presented. Presence of harmonics in the stator excitation leads to a pulsing-torque component. Considering the fact that if the pulsing-torques are at low frequencies, they can cause troublesome speed fluctuations, shaft fatigue, and unsatisfactory performance in the feedback control system, the 5th, 7th, 1 lth, and 13th current harmonics (in the case of five switching angles) are constrained at some pre-specified values, to mitigate the detrimental effects of low-frequency harmonics. At the same time, the THCD is optimized while the required fundamental output voltage is maintained.  相似文献

根据异步电机的非线性多变量动态数学模型,利用LabVIEW基于数学模型对异步电机进行了仿真研究。通过分析转子断条后电机的等效电路图,得到了故障模型,并将故障诊断方法中的信号处理方法应用于电机故障诊断实例中,对正常电机模型和故障电机模型中的定子电流信号进行处理,且给出了两种信号处理方法的分析结果。仿真表明,此方法对电机故障诊断有一定实效。  相似文献

针对特征信号淹没于噪声信号的情况,采用Morlet小波分析实现了对原始电流特征信号的降噪.同时,采用基于RBF神经网络的最优化插值与具有频谱细化特性的CZT分析,提升了频谱分辨率,充分展现了发生故障时电流特征信号的频谱细节,为电机故障诊断系统提供了可靠的诊断依据.建立了基于改进型BP神经网络的电机故障模糊诊断系统,抽象出了偏心故障的诊断规则.实测结果表明,该系统能够可靠地诊断电机的偏心故障.  相似文献

针对异步电动机直接转矩控制(DTC)系统在低速时由于开关频率不稳定而引起转矩脉动较大的缺点,提出了一种预测控制方法。该方法根据转矩和定子磁链的误差来确定应该施加的参考电压矢量,最后利用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法来合成该矢量,这样即保证了逆变器的开关频率恒定,从而大大降低转矩脉动。仿真结果表明,在低速下定子磁链轨迹近似为圆,转矩脉动不明显。  相似文献

基于定子电流信号进行异步电机故障诊断时,转子断条和匝间短路故障特征频率分量常常被电流的基频分量淹没,利用小波变换的能量谱对其进行诊断十分必要.考虑到小波分析在时域、频域都具有表征信号局部特征的能力,能通过时频窗的灵活变换来突出信号的不同频率成分;同时还有用小波处理非平稳信号的优越性,计算出各频带所占能量,进而获取能量分布的故障特征.实践表明,通过上述分析并从能量分布的角度出发,可以快速、准确地诊断出电机故障,诊断效果好于傅里叶分析;同时也提供了一种思路,为电机故障在线实时诊断提供了理论依据.  相似文献

The conventional fault analysis method based on symmetrical components supposes that the three-phase parameters of un-transposed transmission line are symmetrical in case of fault. The errors caused by the method with the symmetrical distributed parameter circuit model as the equivalent circuit of the un-transposed ultra high voltage (UHV) transmission line were studied under both normal operation and fault, and the corresponding problems arising were pointed out. By contrast with electromagnetic transient and power electronics (EMTPE) simulation results with the asymmetrical distributed parameter circuit model of un-transposed line, it is shown that the conventional method cannot show the existence of negative and zero sequences before fault happening and there are many errors on voltage and current after fault happening which are different with fault types. The error ranges of voltage and current are 2.13%-81.13% and -7.82%-86.15%, respectively.  相似文献

提出了新型的基于线性扩张状态观测器的感应电动机转子磁链估计模型。以两个独立的线性扩张状态观测器观测定子电流,用分别被扩张的两个状态构建闭环转子磁链观测器,根据Lyapunov稳定性理论推导满足转子磁链观测器渐进稳定的反馈增益矩阵和转速估计自适应律。利用Matlab进行了仿真,分析了电机参数变化对磁链观测和转速估计精度的影响,表明了提出的模型对电机参数变化具有强鲁棒性。  相似文献

This paper presents and verifies a new idea for constructing an ultrasonic motor (USM). The stator contains several vibrators fabricated by bonding piezoelectric ceramics (PZTs) to a metal base. When two alternating current (AC) voltages with a 90° phase difference are applied to the PZTs, longitudinal and bending modes are excited in the vibrator. The bending vibrations of the vibrators are stacked to form the torsional vibration of the stator, ultimately generating longitudinal-torsional composite vibration. Both vibrators and the stator are excited to the resonance state. A standing wave is formed by superposition of longitudinal and torsional modes. The proposed motor is an in-plane vibration motor because the vibrations of the stator are in the circumferential plane. The finite element method (FEM) is used to validate the feasibility of the proposed motor. The fabricated stator contains five vibrators. The tested resonance frequencies of longitudinal and torsional modes are 44.42 kHz and 43.83 kHz, respectively. The stall torque is 0.3 N·m and no-load speed is 45 r/min. The highest efficiency is 30%. The applied driving voltage is 100 Vo-p (peak voltage) at 43.9 kHz. The designed motor is a parallel-actuated integral motor. It allows the vibrators to operate synchronously, and overcomes asynchronous issues that occur in traditional multi-vibrator motors.  相似文献

This paper proposes an analysis and a direct power control (DPC) design of a wind turbine driven doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) under unbalanced network voltage conditions. A DFIG model described in the positive and negative synchronous reference frames is presented. Variations of the stator output active and reactive powers are fully deduced in the presence of negative sequence supply voltage and rotor flux. An enhanced DPC scheme is proposed to eliminate stator active power oscillation during network unbalance. The proposed control scheme removes rotor current regulators and the decomposition processing of positive and negative sequence rotor currents. Simulation results using PSCAD/EMTDC are presented on a 2-MW DFIG wind power generation system to validate the feasibility of the proposed control scheme under balanced and unbalanced network conditions.  相似文献

为了提高异步电机故障诊断的准确性,引入了一种基于模拟退火粒子群算法优化BP神经网络(SAPSO-BP算法)的故障诊断方法.根据电机转子振动频谱中所提取的特征参数与故障类型之间的关系数据,利用模拟退火粒子群算法来优化BP神经网络的权、阈值参数,再由优化好的BP网络进行故障诊断.实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的故障模式的识别效果,明显提高了异步电机故障诊断的准确性.  相似文献
