当前我国中小学教师教育技术能力培训实践中存在四个突出问题:不利于情感分享和能力培养、学员的学习兴趣不高、后续跟踪指导和支持比较薄弱、缺乏促进群体共同发展的培训机制。网络学习共同体作为一种基于网络技术的虚拟学习环境,对教育技术能力培训具有重要的应用价值。结合培训实践,文章对基于网络学习共同体的中小学教师教育技术能力培训的模式和过程进行了研究和探索,并对培训过程进行了总结和反思。  相似文献

本文以吉林省长春市周边的五个县农村中小学教师教育技术初级能力培训为研究案例,采用定量与定性研究相结合的方法。运用远程教育的相关理论,针对农村中小学教师的实际情况,重点对网络远程培训的课程资源、学习支持服务、学习评价、培训效果等方面存在的问题进行分析,并提出了有针对性的改善建议和对策。以期望为提升农村中小学教师网络远程培训的质量以及有效性提供理论和实践支持。  相似文献

教育技术的魅力在于为教学创造新的可能性。教育技术培训本身作为一种教学活动,更需展现这种技术带来的潜能。因此,利用网络通信技术实现可能的多样培训模式,成为教师教育技术能力建设项目的一个重要组成部分。2006年5月,受教育部师范教育司重托,华东师大承担了全国中小学教师教育技术能力建设项目之远程培训课程开发与试验任务,试图展现技术带来的不限时空、资源共享、交流互动等优势。经过试点应用,我们对远程培训的组织、开展、实施积累了一些经验。  相似文献

按照国内远程教育的基本需求,本文首先提出融合传统远程教育和网络教学各自优点的混合式学习模式,并介绍了混合的过程阶段、主要类型和策略.显然,远程教育中的学习系统设计需要与远程教育过程保持一致性,因此,我们进一步设计和开发了混合式学习系统解决方案,该系统包括教务管理系统、网络学习平台、教学资源系统、虚拟社区系统、学习评估系统和质量管理系统等六大部分.最后,我们以网络学习平台为例,给出了混合式学习的设计过程方法,并通过数据分析总结了其在实践中的应用效果.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Self-directed learning and creativity are critical workplace competences that are important to foster in formal educational settings. Previous studies have identified a relationship between self-directed learning and creativity, but the specific nature of this relationship is unclear. The purpose of the present theoretical paper is to examine through a literature review the possibility that creative learning outcomes can be supported through a self-directed learning process. The importance of considering self-directed learning in the context of adult learning – as a pragmatic learning process – is outlined. A conclusion is drawn that (1) creative learning outcomes are potentially supported through self-directed learning, and (2) in the process, teachers can provide support to learners in three distinct different ways. A variety of pragmatic educational activities that may enable self-directed learning and creative learning outcomes are discussed, including experiential learning; workplace simulations; and problem-, case-, and (e-) portfolio-based learning. In these activities, teacher support seems advantageous for many learners. The three distinct dimensions of teacher support identified in the present paper are important to consider in further empirical studies on self-directed learning.  相似文献

网上授课在全球各教育机构尤其是开放和远程学习机构呈迅猛发展的态势。网上学习为远程学习者提供了大量的师生互动、生生互动的机会。他们分享感受,共同协作。通过学习者之间的交互学习,网上学习较独立学习能产生更好的学习效果。斯里兰卡开放大学教育系利用Moodle学习系统开设了“作为教育技术人员的教师教育者”网上课程。课程设计使用协作学习模式,为远程学习者提供了大量积极参与学习过程的机会。学习者借助学习资源和教师的引导完成学习和评估任务,通过讨论会的方式进行协作学习并共同分享感受。本文采用个案研究的方法,对设计者、教师以及学生在网上学习环境中共同加强社区构建所实施的具体策略和技术进行了调查,并进一步探索了社区建设对远程学习者即网上学习的初学者的影响。本文同时讨论了建构网上学习社区的发展进程并强调了设计者、教师和学习者在成功创建网上学习社区中所起的作用。  相似文献

Most of the curriculum design models within the technical-scientific approach utilise the rational and sequential process of designing and inter-relating the various elements of the design process. While this procedure may be efficient and adequate for conventional education in which the designers are professional science educators, there is doubt if it satisfies the particular needs of distance education. The experience accumulated through a multi-disciplinary team approach to distance learning courseware development for higher education at the University of Southern Queensland Distance Education Centre motivated this study which primarily focused on a search for an alternative approach to curriculum development with a more satisfactory functional value. Using selected units in Engineering as a focus, an experiment was designed in which a variant of the classical Wheeler model was used. This paper reports the results of this experiment. The implications for contemporary curriculum development initiatives in science especially within distance education settings are pointed out. 教师等助学者作为学习共同体的组成部分对学习者学习具有重要作用,也扮演着重要角色。对网络学习共同体中助学者的问卷调查发现,助学者对目前远程教育机构提供的学习资源、采用的学习方式和监控方式等情况总体评价良好,但学习者学习效果有待进一步改善。在了解学习者学习需求基础上,通过远程教育机构为学习者提供丰富的学习资源,并加强课程选择设计、政府建立各远程教育机构资源共建共享机制、企业加强对开放学习的激励等可以改进学习者学习效果,发挥远程教育在终身学习型社会建设中的作用。  相似文献

Ability to update skills constitutes a key element in the process of improving adults' performance. Professional skills are usually updated through engagement in active learning by connecting prior experiences to new ones and also sharing information with others through reflection and hands-on activities. Such learning processes can be achieved through experiential learning. Experiential learning can lead to creation of retrievable knowledge, which can be applied to their daily professional activity. Results of this study indicated that experiential learning needs to be rooted in the culture and values of the social environment in which adults live. Further, individual characteristics may influence the impact of experiential learning on adult professionals' abilities to reach higher levels of performance. A random sample of 126 farmers was selected. Data were collected through a questionnaire and were examined by quantitative as well as qualitative data analysis techniques.  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) virtual worlds are a new technology that holds some promise as constructivist learning environments for distance education. This investigation presents an evaluative case study of the pedagogical implications of using one 3D virtual world, Active Worlds, for synchronous distance education. The research design for this qualitative study focuses on the pedagogical affordances and constraints. Methods employed in the data collection include participatory observations, class logs, and formal and informal interviews with the instructor of a synchronous distance learning course offered through Active Worlds University. Findings reveal that although Active Worlds provides tools that support constructivist learning environments, the affordances and constraints of the tools (discourse, experiential, and resource) may, to varying degrees, impact the pragmatic use of this medium. While this initial investigation reveals that this technology supports constructivist learning environments, more research needs to be conducted to fully explore the potential of 3D virtual worlds as both distance and traditional classroom learning environments.  相似文献

Case studies are a useful means of capturing and sharing experiential knowledge by allowing researchers to explore the social, organisational and political contexts of a specific case. Although accounts of action learning are often reported using a case study approach, it is not common to see individual case studies being used as a learning practice within action learning sets. Drawing on a network action learning (NAL) project, this paper explores how the process of coaching, articulating, authoring, sharing and editing case studies provided a vehicle for learning and research within a NAL set. The intended contribution of this paper to the theory of action learning is to extend the range of learning practices to include the case study within the NAL set. It discusses how case studies act as boundary objects, which are artefacts that can be used to cross boundaries between groups in order to facilitate learning that might not otherwise occur.  相似文献
