分析了明朝时期内阁形成、发展和职权增大历程,解析了宦官涉政与权力扩张.指出了贯穿于整个封建时代的宦官在明朝时期的干政现象胜于以往的任何一个朝代,内阁政治和宦官政治双轨辅政是明朝独特的政治现象,在明朝中后期内阁和宦官之间为了行政决策权相互攻讦、倾轧,在政务中又相互依靠,一定程度上有利于明朝政治的发展.但明朝后期,宦官操控了内阁,导致明朝朝政混乱,政治统治愈加黑暗,使明朝逐渐走向灭亡. 相似文献

本文探讨了明朝卫所制度研究中不太为学术界重视的几个零碎问题。认为明朝中后期卫所军饷的主要来源是太仓年例,始于主兵,后及客兵,所耗日重,终难维持。关税补饷、船料充饷和茶叶代饷也是明朝中后期卫所的补充饷源。明朝对东北女真各部的管辖是有效的,奴儿干都司实辖184卫。明政府为民族关系和军事需要而设置的实土卫所和直辖卫所与行政管区不相一致的情况,使卫所制度在一定程度上产生了混乱。 相似文献

明朝中后期商业繁荣,主要体现在市镇的兴起、商帮的出现、频繁的区域性物流等方面。按照常规思路分析,经济发展和商业繁荣的背后,应该是商税征收数额的增加。但是,通过对明朝中后期榷关税收统计所呈现的数据来看,出现了一个怪圈,那就是这一时期商税在国家财政中所占的比重过低。究其原因要归咎于商人千方百计逃税、地方官员督办不力等多个方面,而源头则在于明朝政府的纵商行为,这也正是一直以来我们往往受传统重商思想所遮蔽的问题。由此可见,我们需要重新审视明朝对于商人的实际控制能力。 相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
