采用自动电位滴定法测定焊剂中氯离子的质量分数,对试样的处理、酸度的影响、线性范围、标准回收、精密度和准确度等进行探究.结果表明:对样品11次测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.27%~2.35%,标准回收率为99.00%~100.80%;所用方法的准确度和精密度较好,适合于焊剂中0.02%~1.00%氯离子的测定. 相似文献

采用硫酸溶解试样,以铜离子为催化剂,以硫脲为还原剂,基于钼(V)与硫氰酸盐生成橙红色络合物,建立了钛及钛合金中钼量的硫氰酸盐分光光度法.对试验条件如催化剂、还原剂、显色剂溶液用量进行了优化,同时考察了最大吸收波长、溶解酸种类、共存离子、显色体系酸度对钼测定的影响.在最佳试验条件下,钼含量在0.10%～16.0%范围内与其吸光度值成线性关系.按照试验方法开展了加标回收试验,回收率为96.4%～103.1%;并对6种钛合金试样进行钼含量测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.7%～2.0%,测试结果与ICP-AES法测定一致. 相似文献

为优选钙片中钙含量测定方法,对EDTA法、高锰酸钾法和分光光度法测定钙片中钙,从测定过程、与标示值比较和置信区间的比较三个方面进行了实验研究,结果表明3种方法均可用于钙片中钙含量的测定。综合测量结果准确度和方法的精密度因素,得出定量分析中试样的处理过程对测定结果产生的影响不容忽视。 EDTA法较其他两种方法具有操作简便、快速等优点,尤其是用直接称量取样的方法获得测量试样避免了稀释过程量器体积产生的误差,测定值较分光光度法和高锰酸钾法更接近标示值,可作为补钙药物中钙含量测定的首选方法。 相似文献
