“金字塔”型朋辈心理辅导模式的研究与实践   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
随着人们对心理健康认识的逐步提高,对心理健康教育的需求日趋紧迫,在我国目前心理健康教育师资紧缺的情况下,在各高校中开展了"金字塔"模式的朋辈心理辅导,即从专业心理咨询师、班级心理辅导员、寝室长到班级团体心理辅导,逐级开展。本文阐述了朋辈心理辅导"金字塔"型实施模式及其优越性,以期为高校中的朋辈心理辅导工作添砖加瓦。  相似文献

以宿舍为辅导单位、以人际关系和自我发展为主题的心理咨询老师——辅导员——朋辈组长——新生宿舍的层级式朋辈团体辅导是将团体心理辅导和朋辈辅导技术运用于新生入学适应教育的一个探索,具体流程包括:确定团辅主题和方案、推选朋辈组长、开展相关培训、活动开展和活动总结等几个步骤。实践表明,这一辅导方式较好地解决了高校心理师资不足的问题,有助于实现团体心理辅导培训的高效化、标准化、全员化和深入化。  相似文献

The present study examined the role of interpersonal variables (psychological safety, value diversity, interdependence, and trust) and conceptions of peer assessment in vocational education. An intervention was conducted (N = 45) with a control group (N = 17), which indicated change in psychological safety, value diversity, and trust in the peer as an assessor. Furthermore, when comparing the intervention and control group, peer assessment contributed to psychological safety and lower value diversity. Perceived learning was predicted by value diversity and conceptions. Conceptions were predicted by psychological safety, value diversity, and trust in the self and in the peer as an assessor.  相似文献

The need for a theoretical analysis of the peer tutoring process has been recognized by reviewers of the research in this area. This paper addresses itself to this need by discussing the process of peer tutoring from the various psychological, educational, and social perspectives. The main areas covered in the paper are: definitions of the peer tutoring process, the psychological and educational processes in peer tutoring as a learning and teaching experience, and the conceptualization of peer tutoring in terms of a cooperative social system and as a group reward structure. This theoretical discussion provides both the researcher and practitioner with a framework for studying and implementing peer tutoring for enhancing specific academic and social goals.  相似文献

The use of peer counselors with various populations has had a major impact on many areas of mental health service provision, including services to the elderly. Training older persons to serve as peer counselors requires specific attention to characteristics of older adult learners. This paper offers practical suggestions for the design and implementation of peer counseling programs for older adults. These suggestions include both general principles to serve as a guide in developing a program, such as selection of trainees, setting training goals, and providing follow‐up training and supervision, and specific recommendations on conducting effective training, including group size, number and length of sessions, educational format, and leadership qualities.  相似文献

This study explores the implementation of peer assessment with a group of students studying physics at Advanced level in a post-secondary school in Malta. The study that draws on action research methodology looks at how the views of students regarding peer assessment evolve as they engage with peer assessment. The research involved the actual implementation of an apprenticeship model of peer assessment and looked at the issues faced by the students. The results of the study show that students were very much immersed in a traditional assessment culture and needed to be trained to develop peer assessment skills. Student concerns related to fairness, regarding their abilities as assessors and dependence on the teacher as ‘expert’ remained unchanged as the students engaged with peer assessment. Successful implementation of peer assessment therefore requires a re-examination of the role of student and teachers as assessors within a safe learning environment.  相似文献

Abstract

This study reports the academic benefits of peer tutoring in algebra for middle school students. A total of 380 students enrolled in grades 7th and 8th participated in the study. Two peer tutoring sessions took place during each week (10?weeks). Interactions between peers lasted 20 to 25?minutes for each session. The typology of tutoring was fixed and same-age. A pretest posttest with control group design was used. Statistical significant improvements were reported in the academic achievement variable after the implementation of the peer tutoring program for 7th and 8th grade courses separately and altogether. Over 87% of the students in the experimental group improved their marks. The overall effect size for the experience was reported to be medium (Hedge’s g?=?0.48). The main conclusion of this study is that fixed and same-age peer tutoring in algebra may be very beneficial for middle school students.  相似文献

通过对1120名大学生的问卷调查,结果显示,大学生对辅导员工作和自我能力发展的满意度较低,遭遇心理困惑时,首选的倾诉对象是朋友、同学,而不是辅导员,所以我们提出朋辈群体心理辅导,作为大学生心理健康教育的重要途径。  相似文献
