科技型中小企业技术创新问题日益受到理论界和实践界的高度关注。通过深度访谈,运用多案例研究方法,选取4家科技型中小企业技术创新驱动的案例,对驱动科技型中小企业技术创新的因素进行研究。结果表明,企业家精神、研发能力、市场需求与竞争、政府政策与法规是科技型中小企业技术创新的4个关键驱动因素。在此基础上,构建了科技型中小企业技术创新驱动因素模型,并指出了理论贡献和进一步研究方向。 相似文献

Departing from a number of theoretical perspectives from which rationales for science, technology and innovation (STI) policy can be extracted, this paper discusses three questions. First, what rationales for public intervention can be derived from different economic theories, including theories usually associated with spatial dynamics and territorial relationships? Second, what policy instruments or policy-mixes can be associated with the various rationales? Which knowledge is most important in the completion of innovative processes? In which contexts does such knowledge develop? The combination of an in-depth case study, theory and reasoning formed the platform from which conclusions could be drawn. One conclusion is that the strategic knowledge necessary for innovation not only concerns technology. It is rather about business intelligence, funding, marketing and other non-technical areas. Moreover, the production and development of frontline knowledge and research is not the sole province of universities. In many areas, companies are far ahead of universities. A holistic innovation policy is defined in this article as a policy that integrates all public actions that influence or may influence innovation processes. The Swedish National Innovation Council (NIC) was created by the Swedish Prime Minister, Stefan Löfven, in February 2015. It is personally chaired by the prime minister. Another atypical characteristic of the Swedish NIC is that it has a dominant and wide focus on innovation policy. In other countries, such councils focus predominantly on science and/or research policy and treat innovation policy, if at all, as an “appendix” to research policy. The purpose of this article is to answer the following four questions:1. Has Swedish innovation policy recently become more holistic?2. Has the Swedish National Innovation Council (NIC) had a role in the transition towards a holistic innovation policy?3. Have conceptual specifications and advancements played a role in the changes in Swedish innovation policy?4. Do creativity methods consistently produce a significant net effect on innovation? Are the impacts of creativity methods related to operating context? Based on an ambidexterity perspective, we examine the effectiveness of different creativity methods on overcoming the tensions of the innovation process at individual and team levels. Drawing on European Union Community Innovation Survey (CIS2010) data collected from 23,537 firms, we estimate causal effects of creativity on innovation through a multivalued treatment effect methodology. Our results show that implementing ambidexterity in creativity methods increases the firm´s propensity to innovate and to introduce a market novelty. However, the effect on firm turnover is not always clear. Also, we detect that ambidexterity is more effective in firms that are large in size, have high levels of R&D investment and operate in manufacturing sectors. We discuss the implications of these findings for practice and for future research. 相似文献

Some ideas have dramatically more impact than others – they may overturn existing paradigms or launch new areas of scientific inquiry. Where do such high impact ideas come from? Are some search processes significantly more likely to lead to breakthrough idea generation than others? In this research, we compare “high impact” papers from the social sciences with random-but-matched articles published in the same journals in the same years. We find that search scope, search depth, and atypical connections between different research domains significantly increase a paper's impact, even when controlling for the experience and prior publishing success of the author(s). 相似文献
