技术创新能力是企业发展技术的核心能力,企业要想超过或战胜技术领先者,必须提高技术创新能力.企业技术创新竞争力是技术研发竞争力、技术垄断竞争力和技术利用竞争力等三种能力的统一和有机融合而形成的舍力,这三种能力构成了技术创新竞争力的新内涵,文章分别从这三方面研究湖北企业技术创新竞争力及其提升政策,具有极其重要的理论与实践意义. 相似文献

为增强新型研发机构的研发核心竞争力,便于政府分类管理和支持新型研发机构发展,组合运用因子分析法和系统聚类法,尝试构建新型研发机构分类评价指标体系,并对福建省147家新型研发机构开展实证研究。结果显示:基于研发基础实力、学术吸引力、研发认可度、研发效益水平可初步划分综合水平高、较高、中等、一般等4类新型研发机构;综合水平中等以上的福建省20家新型研发机构主要是事业单位、国企以及少数非国企大型企业,大部分新型研发机构的综合水平仍然较低;尽管福建省的高水平新型研发机构比重偏低,但省内院地合作与校地合作共建新型研发机构的模式凸显了资源优势和建设。 相似文献

本文以江苏省大中型工业企业研发机构为研究对象,构建了适用于大中型工业企业研发机构的评价指标体系,运用指标鉴别力对大中型工业企业研发机构竞争力指标进行筛选,借助因子分析方法和回归分析法得出江苏省各省辖市研发机构在RD投入、实施、环境、产出的排名表及聚类图,为江苏省大中型工业企业定位自身研发机构的竞争力现状、把握未来努力的方向提供了参考。 相似文献

以创新驱动发展为研究视角,界定承载研发创新功能的新型研发机构的内涵和形成动因,研究不同信息条件下新型研发机构的作用机理。通过建立数理分析模型发现,在完全信息条件下,通过组织间合作建立新型研发机构,各参与方能够获得经济收益和非经济收益,即使在没有经济收益的极端情况下,参与方也可以获得非经济收益,如学习能力、创新能力、管理能力的提升。在不完全信息条件下,创新研发风险越高,通过各方合作建立新型研发机构,获得的研发创新收益越大。并提出相关建议,以提高新型研发机构的创新能力。 相似文献
