21世纪国家竞争力的核心和动力是国家科技竞争力,而形成国家科技竞争力的主体是企业技术创新能力。因而,评价和分析企业技术创新能力具有重要的理论和现实意义。文中提出了工业企业技术创新能力的评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法对包括福建省在内的东南沿海11个省市的工业企业创新能力进行综合评价。通过与其他省市的比较,分析出制约福建省企业技术创新能力的主要因素,提出提升福建省工业企业技术创新能力的对策措施。 相似文献

本文利用夏普里值分解方法,定量考察了2006-2008年间科技活动人员、科技经费、外商直接投资、城市化程度、市场竞争程度等因素对我国省域间技术创新能力水平的差距及其演变的贡献.研究结果表明:省域间技术创新能力的差距有拉大的趋势;科技活动人员对技术创新能力不均衡具有扩大效应,而科技经费对技术创新能力的不均衡有比较大的负效应;市场竞争程度、FDI、城市化程度也是2006-2008年间技术创新能力差距变化的重要原因,但是其贡献程度略有下降.据此对增强各地区的技术创新能力,缩小差距,提出了相关的政策和建议. 相似文献

本研究从宏观角度,对鲁粤苏浙四省规模以上工业企业技术创新差异及成因进行了分析,研究认为:山东省规模以上工业企业与其它三省相比,技术创新投入、产出以及效率方面都存在较大差距;政府研发投入带动能力、投入结构、企业开展研发活动以及政策环境等方面存在的差异,对四省规模以上工业企业技术创新能力的差距具有重要影响作用。 相似文献
