Information management during the product lifecycle has received a great deal of attention over the last few years, mainly because firms work in a complex business environment characterized by information overload, high levels of competitiveness and the acceleration of technological change. In this context, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software has been evolving rapidly and, today, powerful tools in the market enable high levels of information to be managed. However, commercial PLM software is mostly oriented towards large-sized firms, which poses a big challenge for small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs). To address this issue, SMEs can develop their own Product Lifecycle Information Management (PLIM) Frameworks for managing data and information throughout the product lifecycle processes. 探讨编写模型方法无数据的必要性和可行性,综合方法无数据标准的基本框架和适用的方法无数据管理模型,并研究了基于方法无数据的模型管理模式。本文认为模型方法无数据应当包括标识翻译片、适用领域、模型参数、运行条件、性能、原理、模型实现和管理信息等8个方面的内容。方法无数据可以采用文本文件、关系数据库和面对象数据库管理;基于方法无数据建立构模语言可方便的实现资源与环境应用模型的运行管理。  相似文献

The system presented in this article aims to improve information access through the use of semantic annotation utilizing a non-traditional approach. Instead of applying semantic annotations to enhance the internal information access mechanisms, we use them to empower the user of an information access system through an innovative named entity-based user interface – NameSieve. NameSieve was built to support an intelligence analyst during the process of exploratory search, an advanced type of search requiring multiple iterations of retrieval interleaved with browsing and analyzing the retrieved information. The proposed approach was implemented in the NameSieve system so that the system can transparently present a summary of search results in the form of entity “clouds.” Therefore, these clouds allow the analyst to further explore the results in a novel manner, acting together as a faceted browsing interface. We ran a user study (with ten subjects) to examine the effect of NameSieve, and the study results reported in the paper demonstrate that this new way of applying semantic annotation information was actively used and was evaluated positively by the subjects. As access to information becomes more intensive in society, a great deal of that information is becoming available through diverse channels. Accordingly, users require effective methods for accessing this information. Conversational agents can act as effective and familiar user interfaces. Although conversational agents can analyze the queries of users based on a static process, they cannot manage expressions that are more complex. In this paper, we propose a system that uses semantic Bayesian networks to infer the intentions of the user based on Bayesian networks and their semantic information. Since conversation often contains ambiguous expressions, the managing of context and uncertainty is necessary to support flexible conversational agents. The proposed method uses mixed-initiative interaction (MII) to obtain missing information and clarify spurious concepts in order to understand the intention of users correctly. We applied this to an information retrieval service for websites to verify the usefulness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Stance detection identifies a person’s evaluation of a subject, and is a crucial component for many downstream applications. In application, stance detection requires training a machine learning model on an annotated dataset and applying the model on another to predict stances of text snippets. This cross-dataset model generalization poses three central questions, which we investigate using stance classification models on 7 publicly available English Twitter datasets ranging from 297 to 48,284 instances. (1) Are stance classification models generalizable across datasets? We construct a single dataset model to train/test dataset-against-dataset, finding models do not generalize well (avg F1=0.33). (2) Can we improve the generalizability by aggregating datasets? We find a multi dataset model built on the aggregation of datasets has an improved performance (avg F1=0.69). (3) Given a model built on multiple datasets, how much additional data is required to fine-tune it? We find it challenging to ascertain a minimum number of data points due to the lack of pattern in performance. Investigating possible reasons for the choppy model performance we find that texts are not easily differentiable by stances, nor are annotations consistent within and across datasets. Our observations emphasize the need for an aggregated dataset as well as consistent labels for the generalizability of models.  相似文献

Decision-making is often supported by computer-based models. To become a truly valuable corporate resource, such models must be easy to locate, share, and reuse. We describe a technical approach to model management aimed at establishing a database of computer models which can either be reused without modification or modified and composed with other models to assist with novel decisions.We describe a formalism for representing models and discuss various types of queries supported by the formalism. We discuss important research issues that must be addressed for successful application of the formalism to model management. Further, we argue that the field of information retrieval is the natural referent discipline for the study of model storage and retrieval and advance the argument that retrieving computer based models has an important connection to text retrieval based on documents' structure.  相似文献

随着智慧建造技术发展,设计企业智慧设计实现方法倍受关注。研究符合设计企业设计管理需求的管理平台,解决设计企业设计管理中的数据安全问题,提高建筑设计企业的设计数据安全,是设计企业完成转型升级的必经之路。设计阶段的数据管理是建设项目全生命周期数据管理中的一环,通过对三维协同设计、建筑数据化管理等的现状进行分析研究,就三维模型批注查阅不便、建筑数据格式多样化、数据安全性低等问题,运用DLP手段、数字水印技术、数据编码等计算机技术构建了一个设计管理平台,该平台过滤了设计环节数据采集的恶意信息;阻止了数据处理过程中的数据丢失与被盗;通过数据源的追溯,解决了企业间的纠纷问题。最后,对该平台的建设与应用进行研究分析,提出了可普适推广使用的模式路径。  相似文献

Efficient management of toxicity information as an enterprise asset is increasingly important for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries. Many organisations focus on better information organisation and reuse, in an attempt to reduce the costs of testing and manufacturing in the product development phase. Toxicity information is extracted not only from toxicity data but also from predictive models. Accurate and appropriately shared models can bring a number of benefits if we are able to make effective use of existing expertise. Although usage of existing models may provide high-impact insights into the relationships between chemical attributes and specific toxicological effects, they can also be a source of risk for incorrect decisions. Thus, there is a need to provide a framework for efficient model management. To address this gap, this paper introduces a concept of model governance, that is based upon data governance principles. We extend the data governance processes by adding procedures that allow the evaluation of model use and governance for enterprise purposes. The core aspect of model governance is model representation. We propose six rules that form the basis of a model representation schema, called Minimum Information About a QSAR Model Representation (MIAQMR). As a proof-of-concept of our model governance framework we develop a web application called Model and Data Farm (MADFARM), in which models are described by the MIAQMR-ML markup language.  相似文献

With the increasing rate of adoption and growth of cloud computing services, businesses have been shifting their information technology (IT) infrastructure to the cloud. Although cloud vendors promise high availability and reliability of their cloud services, cloud-related incidents involving outages and service disruptions remain a challenge. Understanding cloud incidents and the ability to predict them would be helpful in deciding how to manage and circumvent future incidents. In this study, we propose a hybrid model that employs machine learning and time series methods to forecast cloud incidents. We evaluate the proposed model using a sample of 2261 incidents collected from two cloud providers namely, Netflix and Hulu. Unique to this study is that our model relies solely on historical data that is independent of the underlying cloud infrastructure. Results suggest that the proposed hybrid model outperforms individual forecasting models: neural network, time series and random forest. Results also reveal important temporal insights from the proposed model and highlights the practical relevance of historical data to forecast and manage cloud incidents.  相似文献

It is traditionally assumed that requirements specification, as a product of requirements engineering, has a high impact on the ensuing software development stages. Therefore, the knowledge management used to construct the requirements specification should be performed in a structured manner to discover, analyze and understand the data–information–knowledge chain, both tacit and explicit, that the interested parties possess. In this article, the results of a literature review are presented, seeking to answer the following questions: (1) What is the meaning of knowledge in requirements engineering? (2) What approaches are proposed to manage knowledge in requirements engineering? (3) Can the efficiency and the efficacy of knowledge management models be evidenced in requirements engineering? Thirty-six works were chosen for analysis out of a total 83 found in our search. The analysis showed that (1) knowledge has a central significance at this stage, but the authors have yet to agree on the best methods to impart and apply that knowledge; (2) no general framework has emerged as a validated approach to manage knowledge for requirements engineering; and (3) the evaluation marks for model efficiency and efficacy are low, consisting mostly of personal interpretations.  相似文献

网络教室和各种电子教室软件的普及使用,给信息技术教师演示教学和机房管理带来了便利。在这种教学环境中,由于教师和学生面对的都是显示器,使得师生之间的眼神、肢体语言等交流逐步减少。离开了面对面的交流,教师通过观察获取反馈信息的手段被逐步淡化。因此,网络没有拉近师生的距离,反而在师生之间筑起了一道无形的墙,其直接后果就是教师更关注于把精心设计的教学内容顺利展现出来,却无法即时与学生进行沟通和反馈,无法对课堂上瞬息万变的事件快速地做出回应。可见,先进的技术在带来各种便利的同时,也衍生出了不少副作用。针对这一现象,立足于教师的自我课堂观察,笔者进行了相关研究,期望广大信息技术教师关注课堂观察,实现有效教学。  相似文献

提出了一种基于光场渲染的动态3D目标重构的方法.目前基于图像建模的方法对于复杂场景难以建模,而基于图像渲染的方法因数据量大不利于动态场景的实时渲染.因此采用了模型和图像相结合的方法,从多视点视频图像中重建动态3D模型,采用光场映射算法对重建的3D模型进行光场采样,然后对样本分解压缩.实验结果表明,在保证真实感的同时,减少了数据量,并可实现动态3D目标的重构.  相似文献
