供给侧结构性改革下企业摆脱产业链"低端锁定"的问题至关重要。整合了资源基础观与产业链理论,从企业能力为视角探讨了企业产能利用、技术能力与市场能力影响企业脱嵌产业链的过程机理。采用二项选择、生存分析与排序选择模型,以企业调研数据为研究样本系统地阐述了企业产业链脱嵌行为。结果发现企业产能利用能力越高越不倾向于脱嵌产业链,同时脱嵌产业链程度也越低。然而,上述关系受到企业技术能力与市场能力的负向调节。  相似文献

针对外部技术扩散模式对企业成长的影响问题,本文基于327家高新技术企业的调查问卷数据,将产品创新效果和技术吸收能力分别作为中介变量和调节变量,探索了外部技术扩散模式、产品创新效果与企业成长之间的关系。结果显示,与交流扩散相比,转让扩散不但更能显著促进企业快速成长,而且更能显著提高产品创新速度;与转让扩散相比,交流扩散更能显著促进产品创新程度的提高;产品创新程度在交流扩散与企业成长之间具有中介作用;产品创新速度在转让扩散与企业成长之间具有中介作用;企业技术吸收能力越强,产品创新速度的中介作用越强。研究结论为管理者在促进企业成长时有效地采用和配置不同的外部技术扩散模式提供了决策参考。  相似文献

迭代式创新作为新创企业技术微调的敏捷战略模式,对于新创企业的生存发展和维持竞争优势具有重要意义,相关研究受到理论界和实践界的广泛关注。文章整合调节焦点理论和吸收能力理论,以160名实验被试,探究创业预期实现、创业者调节焦点和创业者吸收能力对迭代式创新的作用机制。研究表明:创业预期实现对迭代式创新具有显著影响;创业者调节焦点在创业预期实现与迭代式创新之间起中介作用;创业者吸收能力在创业者调节焦点与迭代式创新之间起调节作用。研究结论对于推动迭代式创新研究有着突出的理论贡献,同时为新创企业迭代式创新提供必要的实践指导。  相似文献

本文以中国中小企业为对象,研究了股权集中度与企业创新可持续性之间的关系,并进一步讨论了产品市场竞争和产权性质的情境效应。实证结果表明:企业股权集中程度越高,企业创新持续投资越低;在产品市场竞争激烈的情况下,股权集中度与企业创新可持续性之间的负向关系越强;同时与非民营企业相比,民营企业中股权集中度与企业创新可持续性负向影响更强。  相似文献

基于双E组织创新理论,按照市场与业务两种坐标将"走出去"的中国企业创新战略分为强改进(Ⅰ型创新战略)与强探索(Ⅱ型创新战略)两类,对336家在美中资企业的实证研究结果表明:吸收能力与企业采取的创新战略成正相关关系,这种正相关关系同时受华商社团邻近程度的调节作用:邻近程度负向调节企业的Ⅰ型创新战略,正向调节Ⅱ型创新战略。深入探讨了理论模型与实证研究结论的意义,结合近年来美国华商社团与"走出去"中国企业的特点,对研究结论进行了阐释。最后对现有的研究局限与未来可能的拓展进行了讨论。  相似文献

新创企业的成长一直都是创业实践和学术研究中的关注焦点。本文基于社会网络嵌入理论与双元创新理论,构建并检验了众创空间孵育情境下双重网络关系嵌入、双元创新与新创企业成长的关系及内在作用机制。利用众创空间178家新创企业数据进行实证研究,结果发现:商业性网络关系嵌入与支持性网络关系嵌入均积极促进众创空间新创企业成长,且后者的促进作用更强;利用性创新与探索性创新均能促进新创企业成长,且在商业性网络关系嵌入与支持性网络关系嵌入对新创企业成长的影响中起中介作用;值得注意的是,商业性网络关系嵌入更多地通过利用性创新中介影响新创企业成长,而支持性网络关系嵌入则更多地通过探索性创新中介影响新创企业成长。  相似文献

以创业拼凑理论为基础,采用中国民营科技型中小企业调查数据,实证检验了吸收能力、创业拼凑和创新绩效的关系,探讨了吸收能力对创新绩效的影响机制。结果发现:(1)吸收能力与创业拼凑和创新绩效都有显著的正相关关系。(2)企业员工社会责任(善待员工)正向调节吸收能力与创业拼凑的关系,企业员工社会责任承担水平越高,吸收能力与创业拼凑的正向关系越强。(3)创业拼凑在吸收能力和创新绩效的关系中起部分中介作用,最后为企业管理者实践提出了管理启示。  相似文献

以高技术企业为研究对象,讨论处于不同年龄阶段,针对不同成长速度下,高技术企业创新投入对企业成长的影响作用,对以往研究做出补充。研究发现:高技术企业研发投入对企业成长呈现倒U型关系;在高技术企业中,企业研发投入对于高成长速度的企业促进作用更强,且对于企业成长速度十分缓慢或衰退的企业,高技术企业研发投入并不能有效促进企业成长;对于高技术企业,企业年龄在企业创新对企业成长的影响关系中起到负向调节的作用,并且随着企业成长速度的加快,企业年龄在企业创新与企业成长关系中起到的负向调节作用越来越大。这意味着高技术企业需要适度的进行创新,同时应根据企业特征做出研发策略的调整。  相似文献

本研究从主体差异性的不同维度的角度, 深入分析了不同合作主体差异性对学习意愿和吸收能力对知识转移直接效应的调节作用。通过对211家参与产学研合作的企业调查数据进行统计分析,结果表明, 产学研合作主体目标差异对于学习意愿和吸收能力与知识转移之间的关系存在负向调节效应,主体合作目标差异程度越大,企业学习意愿和吸收能力对知识转移的促进作用越低;合作主体知识技术差异对吸收能力与知识转移的关系具有显著的倒U型影响,高程度的知识技术差异减弱吸收能力对知识转移的影响,而知识技术差异程度过低也将负向调节吸收能力对知识转移的影响。基于以上研究结果, 本文提出了一系列的管理启示。  相似文献

本文以2012-2015年间中国上市家族企业的面板数据为样本,实证检验家族企业的所有权程度与创新绩效的关系,考察了独立董事、政企关系以及区域市场化程度对二者的调节作用。研究结果表明,家族企业的所有权程度对创新绩效的影响存在倒U型的关系,家族所有权通过研发投入的中介机制对创新绩效产生影响;独立董事的数量和结构均负向调节家族企业的所有权程度影响研发投入的关系;政企关系对于家族企业的研发投入和创新绩效的调节作用不显著;区域市场化程度正向调节家族企业的研发投入和创新绩效;高市场化程度越会削弱政企关系对家族企业的研发投入和创新绩效之间的正向调节作用。通过发现研发投入的中介机制以及独立董事、政企关系和区域市场化程度的调节机制,本文为家族所有权程度与创新绩效的关系以及影响因素做了新的理论诠释。  相似文献

   制造业服务化是世界制造业发展趋势。以供给侧结构性改革为背景,针对制造业服务化探讨了企业人均能源消耗、产业链升级、创新能力对企业生产率的共同影响机制。研究发现:制造业服务化与企业生产率正相关,但受到企业人均能源消耗的负向调节作用。同时,产业结构调整与企业创新能力强化了制造业服务化与企业生产率之间的正向关系。结论对供给侧结构性改革下的中国企业转型升级具有理论价值与实践启示。  相似文献

Digital entrepreneurship is one of the most important and impactful forms of entrepreneurship. However, the majority of digital start-ups fail to scale, despite their potential to achieve growth. Moreover, what constitutes growth is significantly different for start-ups as compared with established firms: they have limited financial performance, and their growth cannot be accurately measured by metrics such as customers, revenues, profits, and turnover at the early stages of the new venture creation process or before the start-up has reached sustainability. Therefore, the first objective of this research is to contribute to the definition of growth by examining less tangible dimensions of growth. Moreover, the second objective is to identify the characteristics of early-stage digital start-ups experiencing growth. Based on a mixed-methods approach, which combines an adapted Delphi study, a questionnaire-based survey, and a comparative case study, our results suggest that growing digital start-ups exhibit a set of characteristics that include: an agile culture combining clan with adhocracy; the ability to nurture their absorptive, innovative, and adaptive capabilities effectively; and a human capital with adequate entrepreneurial skills, emotional attachment to and fitness with the start-up.  相似文献

In the innovation process of firms, suppliers increasingly play a key role as external sources of ideas. Although the beneficial impact of supplier integration has been acknowledged, there is also evidence that not all such innovation efforts are successful, particularly regarding the identification of truly innovative solutions. Therefore, in recent years, large firms have begun to move beyond their existing supply base, drawing on innovation ideas from start-ups, that is, with young firms with whom they have no pre-existing bonds. Yet there is no empirical evidence regarding whether start-ups’ ideas actually outperform those of established suppliers. We address this question by presenting a unique, real-world comparison of 314 supplier and start-up ideas – ideas that were identified, evaluated, and followed up over the course of an open innovation initiative conducted by a large automotive manufacturer. We find that start-ups’ ideas are characterized by a higher degree of novelty and to some extent higher benefit for end customers but, on the downside, are less likely to be implemented than suppliers’ ideas. Overall, our study adds new dimensions to the discourse on open innovation and provides valuable insights regarding the outcome of supplier and start-up involvement in the front end of the innovation process.  相似文献

Despite the widely acknowledged role of start-ups in economic development, little is known about their innovative activities compared with those of established firms. Drawing on a sample of 12,209 UK firms, we differentiate between services and manufacturing firms and, using a matching estimator approach, demonstrate that start-ups differ significantly from established firms in their innovation activities. We find that in services, being a start-up increases the likelihood of product innovations. However, in manufacturing, we find no significant differences in the likelihood of product innovation between start-ups and established firms. When examining the returns to innovation, we find that start-ups have a significant advantage both in services and in manufacturing. We explore the implications of these results for theory and policy.  相似文献

大企业的规模优势并不是产业获得持续创新动力实现创新升级的必要条件。本文在大企业作为产业创新源的讨论中引入了企业规模质量的概念,将我国产业创新升级普遍存在的低产业化、大而不强和传统产业升级问题抽象为企业规模阈值问题,并将三种规模阈值的突破作为企业规模质量的内涵。在此基础上,本文建立了大企业对产业创新升级引领作用的多个关系假设,以来自国家级和部分省市的201份创新型企业样本,验证了企业规模质量对产业创新升级的直接作用、协同创新的不完全中介作用,以及企业家精神在大企业中发挥的调节作用。研究结论确立了规模阈值突破作为研究产业创新源问题的新视角,得出了大企业规模质量对产业创新升级引领作用的内在机制,并就突破规模阈值的产业升级阶段性,以及大企业引领产业创新升级的二元性特征进行了延伸讨论。  相似文献

In this paper, we explore the impact of a firm's workers’ replacements on innovation performance by using rich matched employer–employee panel data for the Veneto region of Italy. We take the well-known resource-based theory of the firm as our departure point, and develop a set of hypotheses which we test empirically with negative binomial regressions. We find that workers’ replacements significantly dampen innovation performance, coherently with the idea that they generate losses in the tacit knowledge base of the firm. We also find that workers’ replacements are especially detrimental to large and young firms, possibly because large companies benefit comparatively less from ‘diaspora’ effects and because innovative capabilities in young firms are mostly dependent on specific human capital. Finally, our results show that firms’ location in industrial districts significantly mitigates the negative impact of workers’ replacements, and that a similar picture emerges when firms are more exposed to knowledge spillovers, particularly of related knowledge.  相似文献

This article empirically investigates the relationship between innovation activities of firms, their use of appropriation instruments and their absorptive capacity. We study a wide range of manufacturing and service industries, not just high-tech, and a wide range of innovation activities, not just R&D. We use multilevel logit models for complex samples to disentangle industry from firm-specific effects. We find that within an industry, firms that invest in appropriation instruments to reduce outgoing spillovers tend to conduct more R&D and downstream activities than firms that do not. Acquisition of technology is not related to the use of appropriation instruments. The effects of incoming spillovers (measured through absorptive capacity) on innovation activities of firms are industry specific and stronger for firms that invest in appropriation instruments. For this type of firm, both the capability to scan the external environment for technology and the capability to integrate new technology are related to the innovation activities. For firms that do not invest in appropriation instruments, only scanning capabilities are related.  相似文献

本文依据创新、经济地理学和全球价值链等领域的观点,从理论上建构本地和超本地业务网络与集群企业升级的关系,提出两个竞争性假设。然后,本文调用动态能力理论,从吸收能力的角度探讨业务网络推动集群企业升级的内在机制。以浙江省171家集群企业为调研对象,实证研究表明超本地业务网络在集群企业升级中扮演着相对重要的角色,同时吸收能力在超本地业务网络和集群企业升级之间起到了完全中介作用。本文加入了有关本地与超本地网络相对重要性的讨论,并为此争论提供了经验证据。同时,本文也解释了业务网络影响集群企业升级的内在机制,揭示了现象背后的逻辑。  相似文献

研究利用天津市高新技术产业园区227家企业的数据开展分析,结果显示,组织结构柔性、创新战略作为前因变量影响吸收能力,根据"组织结构—战略"匹配理论,两者的交互作用也能促进吸收能力形成;同时,吸收能力提升创新绩效,吸收能力在前因变量和创新绩效中起着部分中介作用,研究表明了企业"战略—结构—能力"与绩效的关系:企业需要以创新战略为导向,构建柔性化、有利于创新的组织结构,并有效开展内外部知识获取评估、应用吸收和商业化,从而提升创新绩效。  相似文献
