本文基于TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment,技术-组织-环境)模型,构建企业用户云计算采纳理论模型,并将影响采纳的关键因素归纳为技术因素、组织因素、环境因素以及企业用户最为关注的风险因素。研究结果表明,技术因素中的任务技术适配度和技术组织兼容度以及环境因素中的规范压力都对云计算的采纳意愿有显著的正向影响,而风险因素中的安全风险和隐私担忧则对云计算的采纳意愿有显著的负向影响。在云计算采纳的场景下,组织维度的两个因素(高层主管态度和资源就绪程度)都不是重要因素,同时技术因素中的相对优势和技术复杂性,以及环境因素中的模仿压力和强制压力都对企业用户云计算采纳没有显著影响。 相似文献

信息系统的成功使用已成为提高企业绩效的关键要素,如何提升跨组织信息系统(IOS)在企业内外使用程度为企业带来价值已成为亟需解决的重要问题。文章基于IT管理气候的构念、企业知识理论和信息技术吸收理论,对IOS在成员企业内采纳后吸收阶段的影响因素进行了研究,构建了组织IT管理气候和组织知识应用过程对IOS吸收的理论模型。运用偏最小二乘（PLS）结构方程模型方法检验了模型的路径和假设。结果表明IT管理气候和知识应用过程对IOS吸收具有显著的正向影响,并且知识应用过程在组织IT管理气候对IOS吸收影响中起完全中介的作用。研究结论将丰富信息系统采纳吸收理论,对实施企业有效地吸收IOS具有指导作用。 相似文献
