【目的】 探索材料冶金领域国际一流期刊Acta Materialia的办刊策略,为提升我国科技期刊的学术质量和影响力提供参考。【方法】 以Acta Materialia为研究对象,通过文献查阅和数据库统计,分析了Acta Materialia享有较高学术地位和学术威望的原因,总结其办刊特色和运行机制,得出对我国科技期刊的启示,并将其应用于《材料科学技术(英文版)》(Journal of Materials Science & Technology,JMST)的办刊实践中。【结果】 坚持办刊特色和内容高质量的方针、全球化的办刊视野和编辑出版分离的办刊模式是Acta Materialia取得成功的重要因素,将其运行机制应用到JMST的办刊实践中,编辑出版分离、缩短稿件发表周期、提高编辑队伍素质和建立国际专业的编辑体系等措施能够显著提高JMST的办刊能力和期刊影响力。【结论】 针对我国科技期刊存在的问题,将国外优秀期刊的成功办刊模式和经验应用到办刊实践中,可以显著提升我国科技期刊对优质稿件的吸引力,从而提高期刊影响力,打造国际精品期刊。 相似文献

【目的】通过对《中国化学快报》办刊经验的总结和遇到问题的剖析,探讨中国英文科技期刊的发展之路。【方法】对《中国化学快报》近年的发展历程进行研究,从中发现中国英文科技期刊发展过程的共性问题,并进行提炼总结。【结果】中国英文科技期刊的生存环境已得到较大改善,但在评价体系等大政策的影响下,优质稿件匮乏、人才流失严重、国际显示度低等共性问题依然存在。【结论】在大政策暂时无法突破的现状下,加强内功修炼,寻找适合自身发展的办刊道路,尽快提高中国英文科技期刊的办刊水平。 相似文献

【目的】基于Light:Science&Applications合作办刊和Light:Advanced Manufacturing的创办历程和成效,为我国英文期刊从“借船出海”向“造船出海”转型提供参考,助力国产期刊自主自强可持续发展。【方法】结合两刊的创刊经历,总结经验,从学术影响力提升、服务我国科技进步、期刊运营体验等方面对比分析合作办刊与自主创刊的利与弊,提出对我国科技期刊从“中国产品”迈向“中国品牌”的几点思考。【结果】目前与国际出版商合作办刊的模式已较为成熟,在国际上取得令人瞩目的成绩;自主创刊道阻且长,仍处于摸索和加强建设阶段,但已初见成效。【结论】建设具有自主知识产权的高水平英文科技期刊和学术出版平台是我国科技期刊可持续发展的关键,也是我国科技期刊自强不息的必经之路,期刊界需要坚持不懈、努力前行。 相似文献

【目的】 揭示Nature非学术栏目在期刊中的作用及作用方式,以探索我国科技期刊科学办刊途径,从而促进我国科技期刊学术影响力的提高。【方法】 以不同年份出版的4期Nature作为研究对象,分析非学术栏目的构成、文章内容和目标读者,并统计文章的字数、被引频次和自引次数。【结果】 非学术栏目的主要功能是以科普方式宣传、解读学术论文,次要功能是构建Nature的良好生态,而不是凭自身获取被引频次和自引次数来提高期刊影响因子。【结论】 非学术栏目以科普短文形式宣传、解读了Nature的学术论文,我国科技期刊应学习Nature宣传学术论文的方式方法,其中Nature的120 words/180汉字的科普短文宣传法简单有效,易于模仿应用。 相似文献

【目的】 探索我国英文科技期刊如何更好地利用Web of Science(WoS)数据库平台做好期刊的学术影响力指标跟踪及国际化程度评估。【方法】 以Journal of Bionic Engineering及同领域的竞争期刊为例,探讨运用WoS的自动统计分析功能进行科技期刊学术影响力指标跟踪和期刊国际化程度评估的新方法。【结果】 利用WoS的自动统计分析功能可以快速、准确地做好科技期刊的学术影响力指标跟踪及期刊国际化程度评估,帮助期刊编辑部查找不足,从而适时地调整办刊策略。【结论】 高效运用WoS等网络新兴工具可以更好地为我国科技期刊的国际化助力。 相似文献

【目的】 利用《中国学术期刊国际引证年报》评价江苏省科技期刊的国际化发展现状和态势,为促进和提高江苏省科技期刊的国际影响力提供参考。【方法】 统计江苏省2012—2016年入选“中国最具国际影响力学术期刊” “中国国际影响力优秀学术期刊”的期刊数量以及排名,调研上述期刊的国际化发展情况。【结果】 近年来江苏省入选“国际品牌学术期刊”的期刊数量不增反减,并且部分入选期刊的排名呈现下降趋势。【结论】 建议江苏省科技期刊借鉴优秀期刊办刊经验,约组高水平论文、扩大传播渠道、申请国际数据库收录、加入国际开放获取平台、举办国际会议,通过提高国际显示度,进一步推动江苏省中英文科技期刊的国际化。 相似文献

摘 要 【目的】以岩土工程类英文科技期刊为研究重点,针对新创期刊的特点并结合实际办刊经验,探讨如何提升我国英文科技期刊的国际影响力,重点考察期刊显示度、认可度和知名度（品牌）等,并注重分析与讨论其各要点。【方法】 以《岩石力学与岩土工程学报》（英）为例,分析其目前进展与存在的问题,找出与其他知名期刊存在的差距,并给出一些建议和举措以提升期刊的国际显示度。【结果】期刊社要做好“两手抓”——论文和引用,要保持足够的耐心和信心,脚踏实地,为创办国际精品期刊做好基础性工作,进而提升国际影响力和知名度。【结论】所提供的举措与经验可为其他一些新办或没有被国际知名数据库收录的英文学术期刊提供一定借鉴。 相似文献

摘 要 【目的】探讨科技期刊国际化发展的新举措,以期对我国科技期刊国际影响力的提高提供参考。【方法】采用文献研究、比较研究和归纳分析的方法,以《能源化学（英文）》发展沿革的历史为切入点,对我国科技期刊提高国际影响力的具体方法进行了分析和探讨。【结果】 经过近八年努力,期刊在Journal Citation Reports(JCR)的Energy & Fuels和Chemistry (Applied) 分类中位于Q2区;自2011年起,SCI影响因子逐年提高,2013年升至1.788,连续四年在中国化学类及能源类期刊中名列前茅。【结论】学术期刊应该深化期刊改革,立足国内,放眼国际,以提高稿件质量为核心,优化办刊流程,不断提高期刊的国际影响力。 相似文献
