在制备不同配比的热镀Al-Zn合金镀层基础上,于不同介质中测定了有关电化学参数.可知铝含量为5%和55%的两种样品具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,而铝含量为25%的样品防腐蚀性能最差.对所得电化学参数的分析证实了上述差别,说明了耐腐蚀性能与铝含量不成线性关系.  相似文献

提出一种基于MoS-2复合金属氧化物的电化学性能研究方法。该方法首先对MoS-2复合金属氧化物的合成进行分析,结合分析的结果对金属氧化物的电化学性能进行分解,利用电化学性能的分解结果完成对MoS-2复合金属氧化物的电化学性能研究。实验结果表明,本文方法不仅改善了复合金属氧化物电化学性能的倍率性能,还提高了复合金属氧化物的电化学性能循环稳定性。  相似文献

研究环保包装材料的制备及性能研究,为缓冲包装设计提供依据,促进环保缓冲材料的发展。采用稻草秸秆和黄豆秸秆的混合纤维和玉米淀粉作为增强材料和基体,加入PVA(聚乙烯醇)、水和发泡剂制备了发泡缓冲材料,通过正交实验设计,对其性能进行测试和综合评估。结果表明:当PVA含量越高,发泡剂含量越低时,制备的缓冲包装材料密度越小,缓冲性能越好。当增强材料为稻草和黄豆秸秆混合纤维时,通过实验获得的环保包装缓冲材料能够满足实验性能要求和能够实现应用。  相似文献

本工作对超级电容器性能进行了研究.电化学测试发现有机体系超级电容器拥有良好的电化学性能.其能量密度可达6.8Wh/Kg,最高功率密度超过1000W/Kg,2.5万次充放电循环后容量保持率在70%以上,循环性能良好,充放电效率高,且内阻小.  相似文献

本文采用共沉淀法制备活性炭复合镍铝水滑石,考察加料方式产物合成的影响,同时对产物进行XRD和电化学测试实验。结果表明一步法得到的活性炭复合水滑石结晶度较好。为了研究水滑石材料的电化学性能,本文采用循环伏安技术考察了样品在6mol/L的Na OH的电解液中的电化学行为,实验结果显示活性炭复合镍铝水滑石有较好的电容性能。  相似文献

研究寒冷地区的屋面保温层厚度与热阻性能关系模型,分析保温层厚度与热阻的优化配比,指导工程施工。提出一种基于屋面保温层厚度与热阻性能自相关特征分析的关系模型构建方法,采用理论计算和试件实验的方法,实现对寒冷地区屋面保温层厚度与热阻性能关系模型的数值分析和实验,得出详实的实验数据,以此指导建筑保温墙的建筑设计和施工。首先分析了寒冷地区屋面保温层的材料特性和结构模型,然后进行了屋面保温层的厚度计算及热阻关系数学分析,给出不同温度下进行保温层厚度变化设计的热阻检测模型,进行试件实验和数值计算。试验结果表明,采用该模型能准确分析出寒冷地区屋面保温层厚度与热阻性能关系,能有效实现保温层厚度和热阻性能的最优化配比,节省建筑开支的同时提高建筑的保温性能。  相似文献
