准双曲面齿轮在高速运转时的噪声问题,国内外各生产厂家和各高等院校都在从事研究与攻关,提出了各自的观点。本文经综合分析准双曲面齿轮降噪的各种观点,并在生产实际中通过各种降噪试验,结果表明,一是可以通过加高齿高为齿轮齿顶修缘提供一个多余的齿高量,从而降低或消除啮入噪声;二是可以加长齿长方向的重叠系数,使重叠系数尽可能大,至少超过2.0,这样能有效降低噪声。  相似文献

The stress and the elastic deflection of internal ring gear in high-speed spur planetary gear units are investigated. A rim thickness parameter is defined as the flexibility of internal ring gear. Six evenly spaced linear springs are used to describe the fitting status between internal ring gear and the gearcase, The finite element model of the whole internal ring gear is established by means of Pro/E and ANSYS. The loads on meshing teeth of internal ring gear are applied according to the contact ratio and the load-sharing coefficient. With the finite element analysis (FEA), the influences of flexibility and fitting status on the stress and elastic deflection of internal ring gear are predicted. The simulation reveals that the principal stress and deflection increase with the decrease of rim thickness of internal ring gear. Moreover, larger spring stiffness helps to reduce the stress and deflection of internal ring gear. Therefore, the flexibility of internal ring gear must be considered during the design of high-speed planetary gear transmissions.  相似文献

A virtual computerized numerical control C CNC) processing system is built for spiral bevel and hypoid gears. The pre-designed process of the solution to locate the way of realization is investigated. A kind of combined programming method and principle of solid modeling are chosen. Multienvironmental programming thought and the inter-connected mechanisms between different environments are applied in the proposed system. The problems of data exchange and compatibility of modules are settled. Environment of the system is founded with object oriented programming thought. AutoCAD is located as the graphic environment. Matlab is used for editing the computation module. Virtual C ++6.0 is the realization environment of the main module. Windows is the platform for realizing the multi-environmental method. Through establishing the virtual system based windows message handling mechanism and the component object model, the application of multienvironmental programming is realized in the manufacture system simulation. The virtual gear product can be achieved in the accomplished software.  相似文献

齿轮的齿形误差是影响齿轮传动噪声的主要因素。本文研究了齿轮的齿形误差、特别是压力角误差对齿轮传动噪声的影响,根据齿形压力角误差对齿形误差进行了补充,规定了齿形误差的符号,提出了齿轮副综合齿形误差的概念,认为影响齿轮传动噪声的关键是相啮合的一对齿轮的齿轮副综合齿形误差而不是单个齿轮的齿形误差,并对其原因作了初步的定性分析。  相似文献
