为了探究新疆春小麦育成品种的遗传基础,对已被新疆维吾尔自治区审定的24个春小麦品种的主要农艺性状进行了遗传变异和相关性分析.结果表明:供试材料农艺性状的变异系数取值介于5.01%～28.95%之间,多样性指数集中在0.80以上;与产量构成因素有关的某些穗部性状(主穗粒数、主穗粒重、株粒重)间存在极显著的正相关性,株高同这些穗部性状间的正相关性也分别达到了极显著和显著水平. 相似文献

以课题组选育的26份旱地小麦高代新品系为材料,大田种植条件下测定冻害率、抽穗期、穗数等10个主要农艺性状,分析了各性状的变异程度及其之间的相关性,并基于10个农艺性状进行了聚类分析。结果表明:冻害率的变异系数最大(115.8%)、株高的变异系数最小(5.4%);冻害率与产量、穗粒数显著负相关,与饱满度、千粒重显著正相关,饱满度与千粒重极显著正相关;通过聚类分析,将供试材料分为5个类群,品系12(第Ⅰ类群),品系1、6、10(第Ⅱ类群)综合性状优良,可根据各自农艺性状特点加以改造利用。 相似文献

小麦叶锈病是河南省小麦的重要病害之一.2009～2010年对河南省南阳市小麦叶锈病发生进行了系统调查.2009年病害始发于4月8日,此时田间病叶率为0.56%;4月22日～29日病害进入快速增长期,仅7d病叶率由4.11%速增至34.11%,病情指数由0.51攀升至6.57.5月6日病叶率和病情指数分别达78.78%和29.95,之后增速逐步减缓.2009年病情消长表现出＂S＂型曲线特征.2010年叶锈病的初发期与2009年相比约推迟了一个月,且病情显著减轻.通过对气象因子进行比较,推测2月～4月份的平均气温异常偏高是造成2009年南阳市小麦叶锈病严重发生的主要原因之一. 相似文献

摘要：用^60Co-γ射线诱变小麦扬麦14,对M,代290个穗行进行了主要农艺性状的变异及多元分析。结果表明：各性状的变异幅度是不同的,变异系数从大到小依次为：穗粒重〉退化小穗数〉行粒重〉穗粒数〉穗数〉穗长〉千粒重〉小穗数〉株高;变异率从大到小依次为：行粒重=穗粒数〉穗数〉穗长〉株高=千粒重〉小穗数〉穗粒重〉退化小穗数。穗数、小穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重与行粒重相关极显著。主成分分析结果表明,有6个主成分入选,分别为粒数、穗数、粒重、退化小穗、穗长、株高因子,其累计贡献率为91．78％。当遗传距离为39．60时,290个穗行分为各具特征的7类,高产类型应从类群Ⅵ的8份材料中进行筛选;矮秆、密穗类型应从类Ⅶ的1份材料中选择。 相似文献

采用花粉管通道法介导外源耐盐基因SeNHX1导入4个小麦品种（品系）BN-64、YM-34、BM-1和AK-58中,并对转基因D0代的主要农艺性状进行了统计分析.结果表明,与对照相比,转基因D0代植株的种子（D1代）千粒重、株高、穗长、旗叶面积均有所提高;D0代植株与对照组相比,株高差异均达到显著水平,甚至极显著水平;穗长除BM-1差异不显著外,其余受体均达显著水平.叶面积差异均达到显著水平;叶长除YM-34外,其余受体差异均达到极显著水平.叶宽与受体相比均无明显差异. 相似文献

为探索近年来河南省大麦产量及主要农艺性状的演变规律,为河南省大麦生产和高产育种提供借鉴,以13个啤酒大麦品种(系)为材料,进行主要农艺性状与产量的统计分析.结果表明:主要农艺性状与产量的相关程度为有效穗﹥穗粒数﹥穗长﹥千粒质量﹥株高,对产量影响最大的因素是有效穗,与产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.671 6),其次是穗粒数(r=0.254 1),株高与产量呈负相关(r=-0.094 8);偏相关分析结果表明,大麦有效穗与产量偏相关系数达极显著正相关,穗粒数与产量呈显著正相关;有效穗对产量形成的直接作用最大,通径系数为0.982 1.增加有效穗数,兼顾其他农艺性状是提高大麦产量的有效途径. 相似文献

对4个辣椒品种种子进行5个不同浸种时间处理,结果表明,不同浸种时间对各个品种种子发芽率均没有影响.但对其发芽势和发芽指数影响达到极显著水平,在0～16h范围内,随着浸种时间的延长,其发芽势和发芽指数均呈逐渐降低的趋势. 相似文献

为探明影响黄淮流域粳稻品质的主要性状间的相互关系,以提高优质粳稻育种的预见性和可靠性,利用相关分析、主成分分析及聚类分析等分析方法,对河南省2010—2012年20个粳稻新品种的11个性状进行研究.结果表明:各性状中变异系数较高的有垩白度(64.46%)、垩白粒率(49.67%)、透明度(47.33%)、胶稠度(11.37%)和碱消值(10.20%),其他性状的变异系数较低,垩白度、垩白粒率、透明度对稻米品质的影响很重要;将11个品质性状提取垩白因子、精米因子、粒型因子、出米因子和胶稠度因子5个主成分,其累积方差贡献率为84.74%;20个品种被划分为4个类群,第Ⅰ类含4个品种,第Ⅱ类含8个品种,第Ⅲ类含3个品种,第Ⅳ类含5个品种.第Ⅱ类属优质类,其中新稻062235的综合品质居参试品种之首,达到优质粳稻国标一级标准.在优质粳稻育种实践中应以降低垩白度及垩白粒率为主攻目标. 相似文献

对河南省具有超高产潜力的五个冬小麦品种进行了冠层结构与产量的研究.结果表明不同品种的冠层结构、产量之间存在显著差异.适当加大穗下节间长度,提高株高构成指数,降低叶片与茎杆角度及叶片披垂度,延迟冠层绿色叶面积的下降速度,有利于提高产量,并对今后如何改善品种的冠层结构与光合性能、提高品种产量等问题进行了探讨. 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius.
