以ZnSO4.7H2O和Na3PO4.12H2O为原料,采用低热(70℃)固相化学反应,超声波作用下洗涤,一步合成出磷酸锌空心纳米球,利用XRD、TEM和IR等手段表征了其结构和形貌。实验结果表明:由反应混合物得到的空心球为单一物相的Zn3(PO4)2.4H2O,直径60~130nm,壁厚5~10nm。  相似文献

在室温条件下,采用洋葱表皮作为内外模板,以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O、Pb(NO3)2和Na3PO4·12H2O为原料,一步合成纳米磷酸锌和纳米磷酸铅,利用XRD、SEM等手段表征其结构和形貌。实验结果表明:内外双模板分别得到的是不同形貌的纳米磷酸锌和纳米磷酸铅产物。  相似文献

以氯化铜(CuCl2.2H2O)和尿素为原料,用水热法合成CuO微纳米结构材料,并对制备的微纳米CuO的结构及形貌进行了X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(IR)分析,对产物进行表征及分析,并探讨了纳米结构CuO的生长机制.结果表明:通过简单改变反应溶剂,成功实现了CuO微纳米形貌的调控.当反应溶剂为水体系时,产物尺寸为40 nm且比较均匀,得到的产物为单斜晶相的纳米CuO,具有工业化生产潜力.  相似文献

以FeCl2·4H2O为原料,水合肼为沉淀剂和形貌控制剂,在乙醇溶液中进行反应,制备出Fe3O4纳米棒。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产品的结构、形貌和尺寸进行了表征。并对Fe3O4纳米棒的形成条件进行了考察,实验结果表明:[FeCl2·4H2O]:[N2H4·H2O]、反应体系的pH、反应温度和反应时间对Fe3O4纳米棒的形成有重要影响。  相似文献

以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为前驱体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为结构导向剂和碳源,用固相法在有氧环境和低温条件下,制备Ce O2@C纳米核壳结构.XRD、FESEM和TEM分析表明,产物粒径在10~30 nm,并且具有一定的多面体外形,表面碳层约2 nm.结果表明,利用SDS的—SO4-基团和Ce3+的键合作用,能够诱导Ce O2的有序生长,形成具有特定晶面的纳米颗粒.  相似文献

通过改变溶剂,利用氯化锌(ZnCl2)和三氯化铁溶液(FeCl3·6H2O)在140℃水热反应12 h,制备得到了Fes (OOH)16Cl1.3,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物的颗粒尺寸和形貌进行表征和分析.结果表明:反应溶剂分别为纯水→水/乙醇→水/乙二醇时,产物的颗粒尺寸变化为:250 nm→200 nm→100 nm.同时探讨了ZnCl2催化剂对产物尺寸的影响.  相似文献

以Na_2WO_4·2H_2O和Zn(NO_3)2·6H_2O为原料,利用机械球磨固相反应技术,制备纳米ZnWO_4光催化剂.通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对所制得样品的物相和形貌进行表征,研究制备条件对产物组成和结构的影响,并对其光催化性能进行初步探讨.结果表明,在室温条件下,不需要添加任何辅助试剂,采用机械球磨固相法成功地制备出ZnWO_4纳米片.同时,光催化实验也表明,ZnWO_4纳米片在紫外光照射下具有较好的光催化性能,3 h后甲基橙的降解率达到91%.  相似文献

通过实验制备出了Fe3O4、Fe3O4/C、Fe3O4/C/Pd纳米粒子,并将其应用于Suzuki偶联反应.以Fe3O4为载体通过溶剂热法将C包覆在Fe3O4上,再在得到的复合材料上包覆Pd得到Fe3O4/C/Pd催化剂.通过X-射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物进行表征,并对结果进行粒径形貌分析.实验结果表明,Suzuki反应在以DMF/H2O(V/V=1)为溶剂,Na2CO3为碱时,在反应温度为80℃下,反应5 h时催化剂的催化性能最佳.  相似文献

以Sr(OOCCH3)2·H2O,Ti(OC4H9)4·Nb(C2H5O)5为原料,用溶胶-凝胶工艺成功地进行了SrNb0.05Ti0.95O3(SNTO)薄膜的制备,溶胶薄膜经过575℃-725℃/60min退火形成立方钙钛矿结构。用XRD、SEM等进行了结构和形貌表征,证明了该薄膜是纳米晶体结构,制定了SNTO薄膜的最佳退火工艺。SNTO薄膜的介电特性分析:掺杂Nb5+能使SrTiO3转化为n-半导体。  相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.  相似文献
