建设学习型城市是我国的社会建设和管理体制的创新,是提升城市竞争力的重要途径。文章在定义学习型城市内涵的基础上,根据社会发展的实际,构建了18个学习型城市建设指标题项,并运用SPSS软件,基于南昌市实证调研对学习型城市活动开展前后的绩效程度进行进一步检验。研究结果显示,指标体系的构建相对合理,且2/3的指标在学习型城市建设实施前后有显著差异,明显改善,也符合一定的社会现象。基于前述的实证分析,探寻学习型城市发展的新路径应该从更新观念、完善机制、优化实践等三个方面得到落实保障。  相似文献

"基本形成学习型社会"指标体系的构建需要从我国的基本国情和学习型社会建设实际出发,以更好地引导、推进学习型社会的理论研究与实践探索。通过对我国2009年31个省市学习型社会状况试测,结果显示,我国与"基本形成学习型社会"的目标水平存在很大距离,经济发展水平不是建设学习型社会的充要前提。其中,受教育程度、学习条件是影响我国实现"基本形成学习型社会"战略目标的重要因素,特别需要优先发展公共文化场所,稳步提高人口受教育程度,大力提高从业人员受高等教育比例以及互联网普及率;持续加强职工全员培训、农村劳动力转移职业技能培训。  相似文献

This article reviews the findings of 20 studies designed to evaluate learning strategies courses in higher education. It focuses on the relationship between the objectives of these courses and their effects. For this purpose a model is used which distinguishes four categories of study activities,strategic study activities (formulating the general study goals),operational study activities (designing a study plan),executive study activities (executing the study plan), andreflective study activities (evaluating the study process and the study results). The most interesting finding to emerge from the analysis of these studies is the fact that only five courses focus on strategic and/or operational study activities. It is also noteworthy that in most cases no effects on study results were reported; the effects most often reported were those on the comprehension and retention of texts selected for the research. Few findings have been reported on the interaction between training in the study activities and such factors as concentration, time management, self-confidence, study motivation and study conceptions.  相似文献

Two different methods of practice are available in the learning of simple information, test practice or study practice. Of these two methods of learning, research has generally shown that test practice is superior to study practice. However, this research has not considered the testing advantage with respect to the fact that test learning is uncertain (i.e. if recall fails, nothing appears to be learned) or with respect to the fact that study learning depends greatly on the duration of the study event. The following work clarifies these issues by presenting an integrated computational model of the relative costs and benefits of testing compared to study presentation [based on the ACT-R theory of declarative memory; Anderson, J.R. & Schooler, L.J. (1991). Psychological Science 2: 396–408; Pavlik Jr., P.I.. & Anderson, J.R. (2005). Cognitive Science 29: 559–586]. This model was applied to determine how test and study practice can be optimally employed to improve learning and provides a framework for understanding the effects of mnemonic strategies in simple memory tasks.  相似文献

There is strong assortative mating by field of study. To examine to which extent this is due to self selection or to a causal effect of access to specific ”marriage markets”, we use data from participants in admission lotteries of four oversubscribed studies in the Netherlands. For each of the four studies, we find that the winning compliers of an admission lottery are significantly more likely than the losing compliers to have a partner from the lottery study, whereas losing compliers are only marginally more likely to have a partner from the lottery study than would occur under random matching. These results indicate that assortative mating by field of study is largely due to marriage market access and that self selection plays a minor role. JEL-codes: I26, J12, J13.  相似文献

Although governments and universities worldwide recognise the value of study abroad as a means to prepare graduates to live and work in a globalising world, there is a wide gap between the rhetoric and reality. The reasons for this are complex, but one factor, not often discussed, is the role academics play in study abroad. This paper explores academics' perceptions of study abroad in universities within two higher education systems: Australian and Czech. Findings from both countries are considered across four themes: academics' perceived value of study abroad; ‘internationalising’ academic staff; academics' concerns about student equity and integrating study abroad into the curriculum at home. 大学英语教学的终极目标之一是培养大学生自主学习的意识和能力。以往的研究关注自主学习理论的探讨以及影响自主学习的学习者因素,忽视教师这一重要主体是如何认识自主学习以及在实践中的具体情况和遇到的问题。事实上,一方面,教师对学生自主学习能力的培养有重要作用;另一方面,教师信念和教师行为又存在着不一致的情况,并会对学生的学习产生影响。本文采用问卷调查、课堂观察和访谈的综合研究方法,对西南某211高校的32名大学英语教师进行信念和行为的双向考察,研究结果表明大学英语教师对学生自主学习的信念和其教学行为之间存在脱节的现象。本文拟从教学方法和课型差异两方面论述产生这一现象的原因以及英语课程培养学生自主学习能力的特殊性,希望对教师教育、英语课程设置和教材编写等提供参考。  相似文献

This study attempted to explore Turkish headteachers’ and teachers’ burnout and job satisfaction relating to work status, gender and years work-experiences. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is difference between headteachers’ and teachers’ burnout and job satisfaction in terms of work status, gender and years work-experiences. In this study, quantitative approach was used. A total of 290 subjects (80 headteachers and 210 teachers) responded to the survey. As research instruments, the Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), were used to measure dimensions of headteachers’ and teachers’ burnout. The study results indicated that headteachers have more job dissatisfaction and depersonalisation than teachers. Males have less emotional exhaustion but higher depersonalisation than their female counterparts. Subjects participated in this study seemed to be different on depersonalisation and personal accomplishment dimensions on the scale in relation to their work years. More experienced subjects have higher depersonalisation and less job satisfaction than their less experienced counterparts. In contrast, more experienced subjects have higher personal accomplishment than the others.  相似文献
