以柴胡种子为材料,经6-BA、60℃、KMnO。和对照4种方法进行萌发处理,在萌发处理过程中,测定了不同处理时间的柴胡种子中可溶性糖和淀粉酶活性的变化,初步探讨了在萌发过程中的生理生化变化规律.结果表明:可溶性糖的变化总体呈现降低的趋势;经6-BA处理、KMnO4处理和对照处理的种子中α-淀粉酶的活性总体呈升高趋势,只有60℃处理的种子中α-淀粉酶的活性呈下降趋势;4种处理的种子中β-淀粉酶活性总体统一呈升高的趋势,每种处理中总酶活性变化与β-淀粉酶相一致.  相似文献

以黄瓜品种"津研4号"为材料,研究了低温下黄瓜种子萌发过程中脂肪酶活性和脂肪酸含量的变化.结果表明:常温下黄瓜种子萌发过程中脂肪酶活性随时间呈现先升高再降低的变化趋势,脂肪酸含量随时间增加而增加;低温胁迫下脂肪酶活性、脂肪酸含量也呈现出与常温相同的趋势,但脂肪酶活性高峰出现的时间远远滞后于常温,脂肪酶的最大活性高于常温.  相似文献

目的 了解温度、试剂等条件对北柴胡种子萌发的影响.方法 通过不同时间、不同温度的水浸泡北柴胡种子及经1%KMnO4处理的种子进行对照.并利用石蜡切片法对北柴胡种子的内部结构进行观察.计算发芽率.结果 1%KMnO4处理后的种子的发芽率远高于20℃、40℃、60℃温水中浸泡后的种子发芽率.结论 北柴胡种子的胚处于较晚的发育阶段.通过1%KMnO4室温下浸泡24h后的种子子叶长度最长,所占胚乳的面积百分比最大.同时.萌发试验也表明,1%KMnO4处理后的种子其发芽率远高于其他方法.从而推测1%KMnO4可以促进北柴胡种子的萌发.  相似文献

成熟的苦瓜种子含水量较高,对脱水的反应既有别于正常性种子,又不同于顽拗性种子.室温下应用不同的方法脱水,虽然脱水速度不同,但都有利于苦瓜种于萌发.当含水量在6%以上时.随含水量降低,种子发芽率,发芽势和活力指数显著提高;超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性略有降低,脂氧合酶(LOX)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量缓慢上升.当含水量低于6%时,种子发芽率和活力指数下降.SOD活性迅速降低,LOX活性和MDA含量明显增加.温度较高的日晒脱水可显著降低苦瓜种子的发芽率和活力指数.使种子很快死亡;并显著降低SOD和LOX的活性.MDA含量增加明显.室温脱水和6%~9%的含水量有利于苦瓜种子的萌发和活力保持.  相似文献

研究发现当两种不同的玉米幼苗在28℃干旱下处理4d后,干旱处理的幼苗的存活率比未干旱处理的幼苗低,这说明此干旱条件使玉米幼苗受到伤害而降低其存活率.而且,在干旱胁迫过程中,干旱处理过的幼苗的谷胱甘肽还原酶活性发生了变化,在胁迫初期谷胱甘肽还原酶活性上升,而在胁迫后期活性下降.测定酶液中的蛋白质发现,干旱胁迫使蛋白质含量降低.这些结果表明,在干旱初期谷胱甘肽还原酶参与抗旱性的构建,后期由于蛋白质的降解而使谷胱甘肽还原酶活性降低.  相似文献

以K326品种为材料,探索烤烟种子萌发活动中有关酶活性及相关物质的变化动态,结果表明:呼吸强度、淀粉酶与可溶性总糖和还原糖,蛋白酶与总游离氨基酸,脂肪酶与脂肪酸,以及过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸(pro)、丙二醛(MDA)等的活性或含量都随种子萌发进程呈上升趋势,虽然其间有所起伏,但高峰期大都在第84~168h之间,仅POD、总游离氨基酸与MDA含量在萌发中期才开始明显上升,直到萌发结束时达高峰期.淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性与各自催化水解的产物含量相关性显著,粗脂肪含量随萌发进程而下降,与脂肪酸含量呈极显著负相关.萌发集中在46~68h,发芽势96%,同步指数0.94.萌发动态符合Logistic生长曲线方程.  相似文献

以辣椒种子为实验材料,用不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)浸种和对辣椒幼苗进行根部处理,研究100mmol/LNaCl胁迫对辣椒种子活力及抗盐性的影响.结果表明:一定浓度SA可以缓解辣椒种子盐害,提高其发芽率、发芽势,保护细胞膜的通透性,降低种子浸出液电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,缓解辣椒幼苗细胞膜脂过氧化.但超过一定浓度的SA则会抑制辣椒种子的萌发,使种子浸出液电导率和丙二醛含量升高.  相似文献

以甜玉米种子为试验材料,研究了人工老化时间对种子活力及抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,不同甜玉米种子的发芽势、发芽率都逐渐降低,在种子老化6d后,种子发芽率降低了46%~50%;而种子发芽指数、活力指数变化趋势则因品种而异;在甜玉米种子成熟老化过程中,VE含量先升高再降低,甜玉米种子中的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性均逐渐升高,并且随着老化程度的加剧,不同甜玉米种子中的SOD、CAT酶活性差异不明显,而POD酶活性则和种子发芽率呈负相关。  相似文献

采用单因子试验方法,研究天仙子种子浸提液对苏丹草的化感作用,揭示天仙子入侵草地的内部机制.结果表明:天仙子种子浸提液对苏丹草种子萌发有明显的抑制及伤害作用,随着处理浓度的增加,种子萌发率显著降低.苏丹草的根长、株高、地下和地上生物量随处理浓度的升高有降低趋势,根冠比保持不变;苏丹草植株中叶绿素含量随浸提液浓度的升高变化不显著;丙二醛和脯氨酸含量随浸提液浓度的升高而增加.天仙子可以通过种子释放的化学物质抑制其周围物种的生长,达到竞争取胜的目的.  相似文献

在种子萌发的适宜温度25℃下,用不同浓度的中性盐Na2SO4浸泡甘草种子,结果显示:盐胁迫对甘草种子的萌发具有抑制作用.在低盐浓度范围(50~100 mmol·L-1)内,种子的发芽率随着Na2SO4溶液浓度的升高而降低;在高浓度范围(200 mmol·L-1和300 mmol·L-1)时,甘草种子的发芽率均为0,表明高浓度Na2SO4强烈抑制甘草种子的萌发;甘草种子在蒸馏水中生长最好.解除盐胁迫后,50 mmol·L-1和100 mmol·L-1 Na2SO4胁迫处理的种子萌发恢复率分别为6.8%和3.3%,高浓度200 mmol·L-1和300 mmol·L-1 Na2SO4胁迫处理的甘草种子萌发恢复率达51.1%和50.0%,说明甘草种子的萌发恢复率随着原盐浓度的增加呈升高趋势.  相似文献

通过比较分析凤仙花种子经不同的处理后的萌发率、发芽势、平均萌发时间和萌发指数,发现Prech ill处理、0.2%KNO3处理对种子的萌发有显著影响,对发芽势和萌发指数均有较大的提高:0.2%KNO3和Prech ill同时处理对凤仙花种子萌发影响最大,效果最好;光照处理对种子萌发没有明显的影响。  相似文献

冬青叶鼠刺成年植株周围实生幼苗较少,将其种子在实验室进行萌发试验,初步探究其萌发特性。结果表明,当年成熟种子在25℃度的恒温培养箱中第5天开始发芽,13天发芽结束,不同个体间发芽率差异较大,最高可达91.40%,最低26.75%;同批次种子存放0、6和12个月后,发芽率分别为91.40%、52.31%和19.78%,发芽指数为61.5、31.29和9.67;不同浓度的H202、Na2Se03、CuS04、KMn04和H。B03试剂处理种子后,对该树种子萌发无促进作用;不同样地植株的种子活力有差异。  相似文献

运用GA、IBA、PP333、S—3307及其不同浓度处理毛叶枣(Zizyphus mauritiana Lam.)的砧木种子。试验结果表明,所有植物生长调节剂处理都比对照(清水处理)能使种子萌发率不同程度地提高,尤以10mg/L S—3307效果最好,种子萌发率高达88.7%。同时,生长调节剂抑制幼苗根长但显著增加了根数。本试验认为在生产上可采用10mg/L S3307或100mg/L IBA浸种处理,以利提高毛叶枣砧木种子萌发率和幼苗健壮生长。  相似文献

Chickpea is an important food legume crop of Turkey and is largely grown for human consumption on low moisture or salt-affected soils.The objective of the study was to find the effects of NaCl stress at electrical conductivities of 4.5,8.6,12.7 and 16.3 dS/m and seed sizes (7,8 and 9 mm) on germination and early seedling growth of three popular chickpea cultivars (AKN-97,Gokce and Uzunlu-99).Mean frequency of germination,germination time,germination index,root length,shoot length and seedling fresh weight showed seed size-dependent responses of cultivars to salt stress.In general,small seeds germinated and grew more rapidly compared to medium and large seeds of the same cultivars against all levels of salt stress,with the best results in cultivar Uzunlu-99.No effect of NaCl treatments was observed on frequency of germination; however,a drastic decrease in early seedling growth was recorded at increased NaCl concentrations.Regression analysis results showed a significantly positive rela-tionship (P<0.01) between seed size and mean germination time,whereas a significantly negative relationship was recorded between seed size and germination index,root length,shoot length.Moreover,linear regression values apparently confirmed that increased seed size in each cultivar affected decreased germination index,root and shoot lengths with enhanced mean germination time.Thus,it was concluded that the use of small seeds could considerably reduce the production costs of chickpea in salt-affected soils.  相似文献

The changes of kernel nutritive components and seed vigor in F1 seeds of sh2 sweet corn during seed development stage were investigated and the relationships between them were analyzed by time series regression (TSR) analysis. The results show that total soluble sugar and reducing sugar contents gradually declined, while starch and soluble protein contents increased throughout the seed development stages. Germination percentage, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index gradually increased along with seed development and reached the highest levels at 38 d aider pollination (DAP). The TSR showed that, during 14 to 42 DAP, total soluble sugar content was independent of the vigor parameters determined in present experiment, while the reducing sugar content had a significant effect on seed vigor. TSR equations between seed reducing sugar and seed vigor were also developed. There were negative correlations between the seed reducing sugar content and the germination percentage, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index, respectively. It is suggested that the seed germination, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index could be predicted by the content of reducing sugar in sweet corn seeds during seed development stages.  相似文献

以鸡冠花、金盏菊两种花卉种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度NaCl溶液(0、50、100、150、200、250mmol/L)胁迫下种子发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽势、主根长、下胚轴长、侧根长、幼芽叶绿素含量及根系活力等相关指标的变化规律.试验结果表明:鸡冠花种子在NaCl浓度≤100 mmol/L时,各指标与对照差异不显著,说明鸡冠花对低浓度盐胁迫有一定适应性,而高浓度的盐胁迫对其有很强抑制作用;随着NaCl浓度升高,金盏菊各项测量指标均受到一定程度抑制.说明不同露地花卉种子在发芽期的耐盐力表现出明显的差异,且鸡冠花耐盐能力显著强于金盏菊.  相似文献

A number of studies have shown the existence of cross-tolerance in plants, but the physiological mechanism is poorly understood. In this study, we used the germination of barley seeds as a system to investigate the cross-tolerance of low-temperature pretreatment to high-temperature stress and the possible involvement of reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging enzymes in the cross-tolerance. After pretreatment at 0 °C for different periods of time, barley seeds were germinated at 35 °C, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activities of ROS scavenging enzymes were measured by a spectrophotometer analysis. The results showed that barley seed germinated very poorly at 35 °C, and this inhibitive effect could be overcome by pretreatment at 0 °C. The MDA content varied, depending on the temperature at which seeds germinated, while barley seeds pretreated at 0 °C did not change the MDA content. Compared with seeds germinated directly at 35 °C, the seeds pretreated first at 0 °C and then germinated at 35 °C had markedly increased activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), catalase (CAT), and glutathione reductase (GR). The SOD and APX activities of seeds germinated at 35 °C after 0 °C-pretreatment were even substantially higher than those at 25 °C, and GR activity was similar to that at 25 °C, at which the highest germination performance of barley seeds was achieved. These results indicate that low-temperature pretreatment can markedly increase the tolerance of barley seed to high temperature during germination, this being related to the increase in ROS scavenging enzyme activity. This may provide a new method for increasing seed germination under stress environments, and may be an excellent model system for the study of cross-tolerance.  相似文献

分别采用沙子研磨和98%浓硫酸浸泡方法对野生大豆种子进行处理,研究其对野生大豆种子萌发的影响.用沙子研磨2 min或用98%的浓硫酸对种子处理2 min、4 min、6 min、8 min、10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min,然后在25℃的培养箱中连续培养、观察7天.实验结果表明可以明显提高野生大豆种子的发芽率,尤其是经过50min浓硫酸处理,野生大豆种子的发芽率有明显的提高,发芽率最高达98%.  相似文献
