传统仓库主要依据人工装卸管理作业,特别是对于一些大型物资,不仅浪费大量的人力、物力,工作效率低,还具有较大的安全隐患。自动化立体仓库的研发制造和投入使用可以弥补传统仓库的不足。现以自动化立体仓库系统为研究对象,分析其工作原理,结合计算机、可编程控制器和通信技术,设计了一套基于西门子S7-300PLC的自动化立体仓库控制方案,利用PROFIBUS-DP总线实现立体仓库控制系统及上位机与下位控制系统间的通信。另外,为了监控和管理立体仓库的运行状态,通过在VB.NET环境下实现上位机监控程序设计,主要以手动和自动两种方式控制。最终达到立体仓库智能化信息管理的基本要求,不仅操作方便、节省空间,而且能有效降低成本、提高生产效率、增加经济效益。 相似文献

Through the use of interactive radio and other media, Health Unlimited through its implementing agencies, the Cambodia Health Education Media Services and Cambodia Health Education and Development is working towards increasing knowledge of reproductive and sexual health among Cambodian adolescents. It also seeks to promote the use of reproductive and sexual health services for the youth; improve youth involvement in developing information, education and communication (IEC) materials on reproductive health; and increase the capacity of nongovernmental organizations, government agencies and the private sector to develop IEC for the youth. The strategies being pursued include exploring the role of radio and using nongovernmental organization expertise in radio show production and sharing IEC messages with the media. The main activities being carried include the production of interactive radio magazine programs for the youth along with magazine supplements, training of health and media staff and providing them with work experience, and involving the youth in media production by using an interactive format and focus group discussion. 相似文献

While school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV) is increasingly on the agenda of international development agencies and national governments, there is little evidence on the policy processes that can more effectively address violence. Drawing on data from studies conducted during an innovative three year action research project with UNICEF and governments in Ethiopia, Togo, Côte d’Ivoire and Zambia, this paper explores the struggles of actors and organisations engaged in developing and implementing policies linked to SRGBV at national, mid and local levels. We examine interlinked political, conceptual and resource challenges that frequently hinder the multi-dimensional work needed to respond to and prevent the many forms of everyday violence in girls’ and boys’ lives. Finally, we explore the potential for strengthening government structures, and networks across sectors and state and non-state organisations, that are able to support the creative work of school communities to recontextualise policies, in order to generate more effective multi-dimensional policy enactments. 相似文献

Combined with the theoretical learning and practical training needs of controllers,four functional modules of student learning subsystem,teacher management subsystem,administrator subsystem and intelligent learning subsystem are designed. Through in-depth learning algorithm and cloud computing,accurate statistics and analysis of land and air call instructions are carried out,and the workload is calculated. Finally,the command level of controllers is compared with that of machine learning evaluation.
