This paper presents a standard scalable and reconfigurable design for testability (SR DfT) in order to increase ac- cessibility to deeply embedded A/MS cores and to limit application of costly off-chip mixed-signal testers. SR DfT is an oscilla- tion-based wrapper compatible with digital embedded core-based SoC test methodologies. The impact of the optimized oscilla- tion-based wrapper design on MS SoC testing is evaluated in two directions: area and test time. Experimental results are presented for several SoCs from the ITC’02 test benchmarks with inclusion of eight analog filters.  相似文献

On the basis of software testing tools we developed for programming languages, we firstly present a new control flowgraph model based on block. In view of the notion of block, we extend the traditional program-based software test data adequacy measurement criteria, and empirically analyze the subsume relation between these measurement criteria. Then, we define four test complexity metrics based on block. They are J-complexity 0; J-complexity 1; J-complexity 1+; J-complexity 2. As the technology of IP-core-reused has been widely used, a lot of intellectual property (IP) cores have been embedded in different layers of system-on-chip (SOC). Although the cycles of development and overhead are reduced by this method, it is a challenge to the SOC test. This paper proposes a scheduling method based on the virtual flattened architecture for hierarchical SOC, which breaks the hierarchical architecture to the virtual flattened one. Moreover, this method has more advantages compared with the traditional one, which tests the parent cores and child cores separately. Finally, the method is verified by the ITC’02 benchmark, and gives good results that reduce the test time and overhead effectively.  相似文献

测试用例的数量和质量决定软件测试的成本和有效性。在G算法和H算法的基础上,引入测试用例-测试需求映射关系重要性度的概念,本文提出了一种测试用例集最小化生成算法。该算法用于简化三角形分类程序的测试用例集,简化后的测试用例集是最小的测试用例集。实例分析证明该算法是有正确、有效的。  相似文献

基于FPGA的验证平台能够缩短SoC芯片的开发时间,提高验证工作的可靠性,并具有可重用性。利用Xilinx公司的FPGA作为一个基于标准总线连接的IP模块验证平台,并将待验证IP模块综合后下载于FPGA中.通过软硬件协同验证的方法,验证了待测IP模块的正确性。通过介绍SPI模块的验证方法.给出了基于FPGA的SoC/IP验证的软件设计思路。  相似文献

In this paper, the design and verification process of an automobile-engine-fan control system on chip (SoC) are introduced. The SoC system, SHU-MV08, reuses four new intellectual property (IP) cores and the design flow is accomplished with 0.35 btm chartered CMOS technology. Some special functions of IP cores, the detailed integration scheme of four IP cores, and the verification method of the entire SoC are presented. To settle the verification problems brought by analog IP cores, NanoSim based chip-level mixed-signal verification method is introduced. The verification time is greatly reduced and the first tape-out achieves success which proves the validity of our design.  相似文献

Building an abstract model of the web application is the chief task of software test based on model, which is an efficient way for testing the web application. One problem with current web application test technologies is the lack of tools for modeling the whole web software, especially the lack of support for describing web application from the view of action and function. This paper is concerned with providing the support for development and test of the web application. The presented novel model, named component-based and tree-oriented web application development model (CBTOWADM), abstracts the web application as a tree based on its system function and business process. CBTOWADM not only simplifies the design and development of the web application, but also acts as the model middleware for software test. Recent changes to educational policy which have focused attention on the use of high stakes testing as performance and accountability measures have renewed interest in test anxiety both in the UK and the USA. The aim of this paper is to provide a critical examination of the test anxiety construct, and explore the ways in which test anxiety is written about and conceptualised in the existing literature. It is intended that this paper would provide a companion to the comprehensive reviews that already exist, to provoke scholarly thought and debate around the existing literature, than to provide an additional review. Discussion is based around five themes: (1) how test anxiety is differentiated from the anxiety construct in general; (2) the differing conceptions of test anxiety in the literature; (3) the relationship between test anxiety and other, related constructs; (4) how measurement concerns have driven development of the test anxiety construct; and (5) the focus on worry and performance deficits leading to definitional problems. Two directions for future work are highlighted: first, to continue the exploration of test anxiety with other related constructs; and second, to develop qualitative approaches to the study of test anxiety.  相似文献

Thermal Response Test by Improved Test Rig with Heating or Cooling Soil   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
An improved test rig providing both the heat and cold source was used to perform thermal response test(TRT), and the line source model was used for data analysis. The principle of determining the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of test well can keep the heating or cooling rate constant, along with a reduced size of test rig. Among the influencial factors of the line source model, the temperature difference was determined as the most important, which agreed with the test results. When the gravel was taken as the backfill material, the soil thermal conductivities of heating and cooling at the test place were 1.883 W/(m·K) and 1.754 W/(m·K), respectively, and the deviation of TRT between heating and cooling soil was 6.8%. In the case of fine sand, the thermal conductivities of heating and cooling were 1.541 W/(m·K) and 1.486 W/(m·K), respectively, and the corresponding deviation was 6%. It was also concluded that different velocities of water had less influence on TRT than the temperature difference.  相似文献

Abstract

We compared achievement gains of mildly handicapped and nonhandicapped third graders in a full‐time integrated program, Team Approach to Mastery (TAM), with gains of similar students in regular classrooms and resource‐room programs. Comparisons of residualized gain scores on the Comprehensive Test of Basic Skills showed that nonhandicapped students made substantially greater gains in full‐time integrated TAM classrooms than both mildly handicapped students in the same classrooms and nonhandicapped students in regular classrooms. Although mildly handicapped students in integrated TAM classrooms tended to experience greater gains than students in resource rooms, differences were significant only in math. Overall, results indicated the effectiveness of the TAM model, particularly when achievement gains of nonhandicapped and mildly handicapped students are contrasted with those reported in a more popular, and complex, integrated classroom model.  相似文献

降转时间试验台是对小型涡喷发动机进行维护的重要设备,用于测量发动机的降转时间。老式的降转台系统复杂、造价成本高。为此提出了一种新的降转时间试验台的设计方案。该方案采用转速测量模块代替老式试验台电路模拟部分,采用带报警输出的新式计时器替代老式降转时间试验台电路的数字电路部分。试验证明,该设计能够替代老式试验台完成降转时间的测定,满足精度要求的同时,降低了设备的成本。  相似文献

A structural equation model of relationships among testing-related motivation variables (test value, effort, self-efficacy, and test anxiety), test-taking strategies (test tactics and metacognitive strategies), gender, and math test performance were examined with a sample of 10th graders (N = 438; 182 males and 256 females). In general, motivation variables influenced the use of test-taking strategies and demonstrated stronger impacts on math performance than did test-taking strategies. Gender differences were found in self-efficacy and test anxiety. With a few surprising but culturally relevant results that warrant further investigation, the current study extended previous works on antecedents of academic achievement to testing situations within the self-regulated learning theory.  相似文献

In this study, we examine the effects of individual-level culture on the adoption and acceptance of e-learning tools by students in Lebanon using a theoretical framework based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). To overcome possible limitations of using TAM in developing countries, we extend TAM to include subjective norms (SN) and quality of work life constructs as additional constructs and a number of cultural variables as moderators. The four cultural dimensions of masculinity/femininity (MF), individualism/collectivism, power distance and uncertainty avoidance were measured at the individual level to enable them to be integrated into the extended TAM as moderators and a research model was developed based on previous literature. To test the hypothesised model, data were collected from 569 undergraduate and postgraduate students using e-learning tools in Lebanon via questionnaire. The collected data were analysed using the structural equation modelling technique in conjunction with multi-group analysis. As hypothesised, the results of the study revealed perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), SN and quality of work life to be significant determinants of students’ behavioural intention (BI) towards e-learning. The empirical results also demonstrated that the relationship between SN and BI was particularly sensitive to differences in individual-cultural values, with significant moderating effects observed for all four of the cultural dimensions studied. Some moderating effects of culture were also found for both PU and PEOU, however, contrary to expectations the effect of quality of work life was not found to be moderated by MF as some previous authors have predicted. The implications of these results to both theory and practice are explored in the paper.  相似文献

对软件测试建立动态运行模型,提出基于逻辑统计特征描述的软件测试方法。通过软件运行的统计特征对软件运行状态在可行域中的风险进行评估,从而得到软件测试的一个量化安全指标。最后从工程角度提出了有现实意义的软件测试框架,并从数学上证明了该框架的有效性。有一个隐含前提,就是程序应该是实际系统的拟合,程序功能模块的划分对实际系统所具有的逻辑约束与自身稳定性不构成破坏。  相似文献

The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a key model describing teachers' intentions to use technology. This meta-analysis clarifies some of the contradictory findings surrounding the relations within the TAM for a sample of 45 studies comprising 300 correlations. We evaluate the overall fit of the TAM and its structural parameters, and quantify the between-sample variation through meta-analytic structural equation modeling. The TAM fitted the data well, and all structural parameters were statistically significant. On average, the TAM variables explained 39.2% of the variance in teachers' intentions to use technology. Several sample, measurement, and publication characteristics, including teachers’ experience and the representation of the TAM variables, moderated the relations within the TAM. Overall, the TAM represents a valid model explaining technology acceptance—however, the degree of explanation and the relative importance of predictors vary across samples. Implications for further research, in particular the generalizability of the TAM, are discussed.  相似文献
