??In the cognitive approach to information science,information needs are seen as an incomplete or anomalous state of,or a defect in the user' knowledge structres .The fundamental knowledge necessary to represent information needs is domain knowledge .The limit of expressing the defect in one's knowledge structure and the significant different between those two kinds of knowledge structures of the users and of the creators of the information objects are the main reasons for many unsuccessful information retrieval.For information systems,how to respond to an anomalous state of konwledge,to reflect and to support the domain as well as the language knowledge structure become thus a very important issue. 相似文献
