根据教育部高校图工委事实数据库中各馆自报数据,选取2015年度高校图书馆年度经费数据进行分析.图书馆年度经费包括文献资源购置费、文献资源加工费、设备资产购置费、设备设施维护费、办公费等,除此之外,笔者还使用了生均文献资源购置费作为衡量高校图书馆经费的一项指标.文献资源购置费是高校图书馆年度经费支出的主要部分,馆均值为4 825 438元,占比超过80％.而文献资源加工费在高校图书馆年度经费支出中仅占1.1％,占比明显偏低.高校图书馆办公经费馆均值为146 488元,占比接近2.5％,表明办公经费在合理支出范围内.高校图书馆间应当通过区域集资购买利用率低的文献资源,增强非书资料购置费的比例,要重视文献加工费所占比重,高校图工委应建立各图书馆扫描数字化资源的云检索平台. 相似文献

<正> 高校图书馆是学校教学科研的三大支柱之一,在高等教育事业的发展中起着十分重要的作用。但是,由于经费紧张,高校图书馆的文献资源建设举步维艰,正在沦为“旧书馆”,如不及时采取措施,势必拖整个高等教育的后腿。一、高校图书馆文献资源建设现状1.书刊价格飞涨,文献购置费不能同步增加,文献购置量急速下降据我们调查,大多数院校图书馆的文献购置费在最近几年中还是有所增加的。以国家教委直属高校为例,1991年与1986年相比,文献购置经费翻番的有3校,增加50%以上的8校,增加25%以上的10校,略有增加的10校,持平的1校,只有4校1991年的购书费低于1986年的水平。 相似文献

This essay, in moving toward a model for collection development within both specific collections and library systems as a whole, seeks to demonstrate the full range and complexity of relevant factors. SUMMARY Ariel files are the starting point for electronic delivery of interlibrary loan articles through ILLiad, Virginia Tech's interlibrary loan system. Despite some advantages to electronic delivery of articles to their desktops, a large majority of ILL customers continue to prefer print on paper delivery rather than electronic delivery. This fact has implications for introducing additional electronic services. Correctly choosing what services to impose on library customers, and what services to offer as value-added options, is fundamental to maintaining the credibility of libraries during these times of rapid change. 相似文献

This article describes a study of the two most popular plagiarism-detection software platforms available on today's market—Turnitin (http://www.turnitin.com/static/index.html) and SafeAssign (http://www.safeassign.com/). After a brief discussion of plagiarism's relevance to librarians, the authors examine plagiarism-detection methodology and conduct a review of the current literature regarding plagiarism-detection efficacy. To evaluate detection efficacy for Turnitin and SafeAssign, the authors constructed a brief study in which twenty sample papers containing portions of plagiarized material were submitted to each platform. The results show that Turnitin had the highest overall success at plagiarism detection with an 82.4 percent detection rate. Additionally, both platforms had a combined false-positive detection rate of 16.8 percent. The authors conclude that close review of material suspected of plagiarism is still essential for proper identification. 相似文献
