虚拟社区用户知识付费意愿实证研究 总被引：4，自引：4，他引：0
[目的/意义]探索虚拟社区用户知识付费意愿的影响因素,有助于更加深入了解用户在虚拟社区中的知识付费行为,帮助内容创作者和虚拟平台运营商洞悉用户需求,为提高知识服务质量和优化资源配置提供参考。[方法/过程]基于感知价值理论,对虚拟社区用户知识付费行为进行研究,构建知识付费的结构方程模型,揭示影响用户知识付费的关键因素及其机理;采用问卷调查法,搜集321份有效样本数据,在此基础上,利用偏最小二乘结构方程模型方法分析数据。[结果/结论]虚拟社区用户的感知价值显著正向影响其付费意愿;感知利得（感知有用性、感知信任）显著正向影响感知价值,感知利失（感知风险、感知成本）显著负向影响感知价值,且感知价值在感知利得和感知利失对用户付费意愿起到了完全中介作用;口碑负向调节感知价值对付费意愿的影响。 相似文献

基于感知价值理论,以隐私关注为调节变量,构建社会化阅读APP用户感知价值和隐私关注对持续使用意愿影响模型,并以大学生为研究对象进行问卷调查。实证分析发现,感知收益的四个维度对于用户感知价值有不同程度的促进作用,感知成本则负向影响用户感知价值;感知价值和隐私关注对用户持续使用意愿有显著影响;隐私关注负向调节感知价值与用户持续使用意愿之间的正相关关系。 相似文献

在短视频浪潮的推动下,Vlog(Video Blog)开始走入大众视野,因其呈现出更强的审美区隔,成为继直播、短视频之后,国内视频社交的又一形态,掀起新的风潮。因此,选择Vlog为研究对象,从Vlog用户角度方面出发以满意度和沉浸体验为中介变量,实证分析Vlog用户感知价值与使用行为、忠诚度的关系,构建Vlog用户忠诚度影响因素模型。研究发现,情感价值和社交价值对沉浸体验和满意度都存在显著的正向影响;沉浸体验对观看行为和互动行为都存在显著的正向影响;满意度对观看行为存在显著的正向影响;观看行为和互动行为对情感忠诚和行为忠诚都存在显著的正向影响。 相似文献

以感知价值为前因变量,引入习惯作为满意度和持续行为间作用关系的调节变量,构建移动阅读用户的持续行为结构方程模型。研究发现,移动阅读平台应以内容为核心,牵引提升用户在持续阅读中的情感价值、社会价值和功能价值的感知水平,促进其感知价值,从而影响满意度。习惯,作为社会化阅读惯习的浅层呈现,可正向调节满意度对持续行为的影响,进一步提升用户的持续行为。 相似文献

近年来,各种电子书阅读客户端日益成为用户重要的阅读工具,对人们的阅读习惯和阅读行为产生了重要影响,但针对这类客户端开展的用户使用和评价的研究成果却很少。本文在感知价值四维度模型的基础上,结合电子书阅读客户端的主题特性,将感知价值划分为社会价值、价格价值、内容价值、互动价值和界面设计价值。利用问卷调查法,考察这些不同维度的感知价值变量对用户电子书阅读客户端的满意度和忠诚度的影响。研究结果表明:①用户对电子书阅读客户端的满意度显著影响其忠诚度;②互动价值、界面设计价值和价格价值均显著影响满意度,但互动价值与满意度的关系是负向的;③内容价值不仅通过满意度正向显著影响忠诚度,而且也直接作用于忠诚度;④社会价值对满意度和忠诚度均不存在显著影响。图3。表2。参考文献68。 相似文献

Readers' advisory databases are used by public librarians to assist patrons in finding books based on the facts of the plot, the factors used to describe the appeal of the book, or read titles similar to another book they have read. Librarians depend on these databases to give a complete view of the titles available given these limiters, and may assume that identical searches in each database would give similar results. This study compares search results from four databases to see the extent of crossover within those results, using fact-based searches, appeal factor searches, and read-alike searches. 相似文献

This paper discusses issues surrounding the conservation of contemporary art within the private sector using a real example, a freestanding hinged and lacquered screen. The artwork developed severe damage whilst on display in a private collection when a section of the lacquer cracked and delaminated from the bottom of one of the panels, taking paint with it. This significantly compromised its pristine appearance, and preliminary observations suggested that restoration using traditional consolidation, retouching and varnishing techniques was highly unlikely to be successful. Initial contact with the artist led to negotiation with the original fabricator's studio. This highlighted the challenges involved in reinstating the badly damaged paint and resin using an approach that would still be acceptable within the code of ethics of the conservation profession, and the potential problems of sharing information with experts who are not conservators. Part painting, part sculpture and part furniture, the screen does not fall into the standard divisions of conservation practice. Its eventual treatment demanded collaboration between specialists in paintings, sculpture, lacquer work, and conservation science. The paper addresses three areas of importance to the conservation of contemporary art: the challenges of working as an interdisciplinary team to deal with complex (and sometimes conflicting) ethical approaches and material requirements; the difficulty in balancing the desire to preserve original materials with the need to produce a pristine result, and the importance of the artist's ratification of conservation to the market value of the work. 相似文献

Although the segmentation of publics is a standard practice in public relations programming, practitioners face challenges in using traditional approaches to identify and engage vastly different publics. Responding to the need for new approaches that consider global, cultural, and technological trends in consumer publics, this study provides evidence to a proposed intersectional approach to the segmentation of publics. Thirty-one women of different racial, socioeconomic, age, and relationship backgrounds were interviewed to explore how they perceived their multiple, overlapping identities influence their health decision making. Findings suggest that publics experience co-occurring oppression and privilege in varying contexts: in representations of them, in policies that affect them, and in structures that enable or hinder their ability to improve their health. The findings suggest that intersecting social structures shape disparate health public relations, intersecting policies widen the policymaker–public gap, and intersecting representations reflect a paradox of segmentation. 相似文献

Summary The presentations of librarians in thirty-five children's books published between 1909 and 2000 in the United States were described, compared, and analyzed to discover indications of attitudes and beliefs about librarians and to discern evidence of changing roles within the profession of librarianship. In regard to gender and ethnicity, most of the librarians depicted are female and Caucasian, including those in books from recent decades. Consistency in work tasks of librarians is seen throughout the century, but the tools used to perform the work show consistent evolution. Librarians emerge as caring, friendly, and energetic professionals who have positive interactions and relationships with patrons. 相似文献

This essay addresses why Rosie O'Donnell's “coming out” as a lesbian, as a gay parent, and as an advocate for gay adoption generated such little and lukewarm response, arguing that O'Donnell's lesbianism was rationalized in the public discourse by powerful preexisting narratives that constructed her as both maternal and childlike. These narratives converged with the narrative alterity of O'Donnell's homosexuality in such a way as to sharpen and strengthen established heteronormative discursive margins. The O'Donnell case contributes to an understanding of how dominant narratives negotiate competing narratives of resistance and offers an opportunity to examine mediated representations of “coming out.” 相似文献

This study aims to explain the reasons for the transformation of women's news in contemporary China. It concludes that in comparison with women news's in the Maoist period, present-day women's news is represented in a fragmented way. This article analyses the differences among the individual, professional, and institutional aspects in news production, while emphasizing the complicated interaction among feminism, state, and market to illuminate the reasons behind women's news transformation. Due to the immanent masculinity of both state and market, feminism in China has to face a state–market complex, that is, double pressure. Comparing with state and market, the influence from feminism to journalism is quite weak and there is a long way to go before feminism realizes its own agenda for media transformation. 相似文献
