该网络系统的研究是采用B/S动态网页技术,利用其原理和方法对系统进行开发,并且采用最新的ASP.N ET编程原理和方法,灵活运用数据库对系统进行管理。整个系统功能采用分块模式,系统功能各异,简便易行。这套系统的实现将为高等院校体育选项课的实施及体育教学管理提供了方便有利的条件,提高了高校体育教学管理水平。  相似文献

Stability robustness of linear output feedback systems with both time-varying structured and unstructured parameter uncertainties as well as delayed perturbations

This paper investigates the stability robustness of linear output feedback systems with both time-varying structured (elemental) and unstructured (norm-bounded) parameter uncertainties as well as delayed perturbations by directly considering the mixed quadratically coupled uncertainties in the problem formulation. Based on the Lyapunov approach and some essential properties of matrix measures, two new sufficient conditions are proposed for ensuring that the linear output feedback systems with delayed perturbations as well as both time-varying structured and unstructured parameter uncertainties are asymptotically stable. The corresponding stable region, that is obtained by using the proposed sufficient conditions, in the parameter space is not necessarily symmetric with respect to the origin of the parameter space. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the application of the presented sufficient conditions, and for the case of only considering both the delayed perturbations and time-varying structured parameter uncertainties, it can be shown that the results proposed in this paper are better than the existing one reported in the literature.  相似文献

The role of facial microexpression state (FMES) change in the process of conceptual conflict

This paper explores whether facial microexpression state (FMES) changes can be used to identify moments of conceptual conflict, one of the pathways to conceptual change. It is known that when the preconditions of conceptual conflicts are met and conceptual conflicts are detected in students, it is then possible for conceptual change to take place. There were 102 university and high school students who were involved in this research, and about 80% of the participants held erroneous preconceptions on the scientific topic chosen. The results showed that FMES changes were detected in the majority of the students who made erroneous predictions as they underwent conceptual conflict. Furthermore, the lack of FMES change was shown to indicate a lowered likelihood of conceptual change, while the presence of FMES change doubled the likelihood of conceptual change. The results confirm that FMES can be useful in determining learners’ awareness of conflicting concepts and their progress towards scientific understanding. This interpretative study of a Grade 8 science classroom in Western Australia investigated students' understandings of the nature of the classroom learning environment. Student and teacher interviews about selected items in a learning environment questionnaire are used to reveal several patterns in participants' understandings of their environment. We conclude with some theoretical insights about how individuals experience their environment and some methodological implications for future classroom environment research. Purpose-driven Assessment of Cataloging and Metadata Services: Transforming Broken Links into Linked Data

Abstract

In response to the impact of emerging technologies, this article examines the relationship between strategic planning and the assessment methodologies of cataloging and metadata services and explores (or “suggests” if appropriate) how to assess cataloging and metadata activities more effectively and relevantly. Besides literature review, the author conducted surveys for more than seventy librarians and follow-up interviews with three library administrators. The results indicate the gap between strategic planning and assessment for cataloging and metadata services, and identify the significance of impact and users’ needs in strategic planning for the assessment of cataloging and metadata services. These elements are critical in transforming the broken links in the current cataloging assessment into a purpose-driven assessment corresponding to users’ needs and evolving technologies.  相似文献   

Algebraic criterion for robust controllability of continuous linear time-delay systems with parametric uncertainties

The robust controllability problem for the continuous linear time-delay systems with structured parametric uncertainties is studied in this paper. A new sufficient algebraic criterion for the robust controllability of uncertain linear time-delay systems is established. The proposed sufficient condition can provide the explicit relationship of the bounds on system uncertainties for guaranteeing the controllability property. Three numerical examples are given to illustrate the application of the proposed sufficient algebraic criterion and to compare the results with those obtained from the approaches in the literature.  相似文献
