ABSTRACT

Glocalization describes the adaptation of international products around the particularities of a local culture, and extends to areas beyond political campaigns and cultural communication. Chinese continuing resources are effectively influenced by glocalization, which reflects the changing society in China and Chinese overseas communities, as well as the changing practice in Chinese studies all over the world. Glocalization brings unexpected challenges to a library's cataloging service, and a number of issues need to reach our awareness and be solved. We have to face squarely its influence, and look for an appropriate solution in handling Chinese continuing resources under glocalization.  相似文献   

The Suasory Force of Sticky Messages: An Application to the Application of Sunscreen

Stickiness refers to the set of persuasive message properties: simple, unexpected, concrete, credible, emotional, and stories (SUCCES). Heath and Heath (2007) argue that a sticky message is expected to be more memorable and hence more persuasive than a non-sticky message. A 2 (sticky v. non-sticky message) x 3 (pretest v. posttest v. delayed test) longitudinal experiment is employed to examine the persuasiveness of sticky messages on applying sunscreen. Results of a mixed model analysis of variance show that the sticky message produces attitudes and behaviors more favorable to the message recommendation than the non-sticky message. Specifically, a time × message induction non-additive effect was found, which sustained only in the sticky message condition across time. Despite this interesting effect, its explanation remains elusive.  相似文献

转移情境对高校体育教师知识转移的验证研究

采用实证研究方法,以高校体育教师为调研对象,从知识距离、激励机制、组织文化和转移方式4个维度出发,探讨转移情境对高校体育教师知识转移绩效的主要影响因素.结果显示:激励机制未对知识转移绩效产生直接影响,知识距离、组织文化和转移方式3个变量均对知识转移绩效产生显著正向影响;激励机制通过作用于其它3个变量而间接影响知识转移绩效.建议通过建立与高校体育教育协同发展的知识培训体系、知识服务机制和激励奖励机制加快高校体育教师知识学习和知识流动,完善高校体育教师知识结构.  相似文献

基于机载LiDAR数据的建筑屋顶点云提取方法

机载激光雷达技术已经成为快速获取城市建筑三维数字模型的有效手段，而建筑物屋顶点云提取则是建筑物三维数字模型重建的关键。为有效剔除植被和墙面点云，以及消除地形起伏对建筑点云提取精度的影响，提出一种层进式屋顶点云提取方法。首先对LiDAR点云进行滤波，在此基础上利用点云回波特性和点云法向量检测并删除非地面点中特征明显的植被点和建筑物墙面点，然后利用连通成分分析法对非地面点聚类得到初始建筑点，最后结合DTM并利用建筑物面积和高度信息分离得到建筑物屋顶点云。试验结果表明，本方法能有效地从机载点云数据中快速提取建筑屋顶点云，有效率可达85%以上。  相似文献

Over the past three years or more, the authors have been examining the impact of technology interventions on students and teachers – from cultures where English is a second language. It is their hypothesis that students and teachers from non‐English speaking nations suffer severe disadvantages when technological interventions are superimposed on existing traditional pedagogical models. This paper is the latest in a series that examines extent pedagogies, primarily in Asia, and the pressures of having to re‐conceptualize what has been a tradition for centuries. It traces significant educational origins to their cultural roots and examines contemporary initiatives that, if implemented, may well disrupt. It offers possible solutions that, if approached with reconciliation as its focus, might offset catastrophic results and, in fact, achieve pedagogical symbiosis.L'impact de la technologie: symbiotique ou asymbiotique selon des cultures différentes. Durant les 3 dernières années ou plus, des auteurs ont examiné les interventions sur les étudiants et les enseignants appartenant à des cultures où l'anglais est une seconde langue. C'est une hypothèse que les étudiants et enseignants de pays non anglophones souffrent de plusieurs d´esavantages quand les interventions technologiques sont imposées sur les modèles pédagogiques traditionnels. Über die letzten drei Jahre oder mehr haben die Autoren die Wirkung von Technikeingriffen auf Studenten und Lehrer aus Kulturen geprüft, in denen Englisch eine zweite Sprache ist. Es ist ihre Hypothese, daß Studenten und Lehrer aus nicht englisch sprechenden Nationen schwerwiegende Nachteile erleiden, wenn mit technologischen Eingriffen vorhandene traditionelle pädagogische Modelle überlagert werden. Dieses Papier ist das letzte einer Serie, die umfangreiche pädagogische Gebiete untersucht, in erster Linie in Asien, und den Zwang prüft, das wieder konzeptualisieren zu müssen, was Jahrhunderte eine Tradition gewesen ist. Es verfolgt signifikante Bildungsursprünge hin zu ihren kulturellen Wurzeln und prüft zeitgenössische Initiativen, die, wenn durchgeführt, das gut unterbrechen können.
