基于DEA模型的高等职业院校校内实训基地建设绩效评价研究

实训基地建设是高等职业教育办学工作的重要组成部分,是提高实训教学质量的基本保障。以江苏农林职业技术学院每个系为1个决策单元,通过建立数据包络分析模型,对8个决策单元的校内实训基地建设进行绩效评价。结果表明,8个决策单元的实训基地运行状况较为理想,技术效率DEA有效的结果优于规模效率。通过绩效评价能使实训基地管理效率得到不断提升,实训资源配置更加优化。  相似文献   

基于LabVIEW的自助实验平台的构想与实践

构想了一种自助实验平台,学生能够自行登录注册,进行或设计实验过程,处理实验数据并自动生成实验报告。平台基于LabVIEW实现,采用了模块化设计,有较好的移植性,缩短了实验时间。介绍了基于LabVIEW设计的主程序模块、实验模块和报告生成模块,并将实验平台应用到水箱液位测控实验中,得到了实验结果。基于LabVIEW的实验平台在硬件上能与各种处理器进行实时通信,在软件上既能方便地进行实验数据的处理,也能对实验信息进行存储,因此,在实验系统和管理信息系统上都有易于扩展的优势。  相似文献

WPBL教学法与PBL教学法在生理学教学中的比较研究

目的在前期研究问题为基础的学习（problem-based learning,PBL）基础上,进行基于网络的以问题为基础的学习（web problem-based learning,WPBL）与PBL教学法的比较研究,以为教学改革的研究提供实践基础和理论依据.方法2011级药学2、3班各54人共108人,分为WPBL教学组和PBL教学组.WPBL教学组对教学内容采用WPBL教学法实施教学,PBL教学组对教学内容采用PBL教学法实施教学.课程结束后,对两组学生的考试成绩进行统计学分析,并对教学方法和教学效果通过问卷调查方式进行评价.结果WPBL组与PBL组比较,学生的考试成绩优于对照组（P＜0.01）,及格率两者比较差异不显著（P＞0.05）;教学方法和效果评价方面,WPBL法比PBL法在提高学生分析解决问题的能力、学习的主观能动性和积极性,有效信息的摄取和师生间的交流方面存在更大的优越性（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论WPBL教学法在生理学教学的应用中比PBL法有更大的优越性,值得推广.  相似文献

Novel mutation c.980_983delATTA compound with c.986C>A mutation of the FRMD7 gene in a Chinese family with X-linked idiopathic congenital nystagmus

Objective

To screen mutations in FERM domain-containing protein 7 (FRMD7) gene in two Chinese families with X-linked idiopathic congenital nystagmus (XLICN).

Methods

Common ophthalmic data and peripheral blood of two Chinese XLICN families (families A and B) were collected after informed consent. Genomic DNA was prepared from the peripheral blood of members of the two families and from 100 normal controls. Mutations in the FRMD7 gene were determined by directly sequencing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products.

Results

We identified a novel mutation c.980_983delATTA compound with c.986C>A mutation in the 11th exon of FRMD7 in family B, and a previously reported splicing mutation c.782G>C (p.R261G) in family A. The mutations were detected in patients and female carriers, while they were absent in other relatives or in the 100 normal controls.

Conclusions

Our results expand the spectrum of FRMD7 mutations in association with XLICN, and further confirm that the mutations of FRMD7 are the underlying molecular mechanism for XLICN.  相似文献   

Improvement of enamel bond strengths for conventional and resin-modified glass ionomers: acid-etching vs. conditioning

Objective:This study deals with the effect of phosphoric acid etching and conditioning on enamel micro-tensile bond strengths(μTBSs)of conventional and resin-modified glass ionomer cements(GICs/RMGICs).Methods:Forty-eight bovine incisors were prepared into rectangular blocks.Highly-polished labial enamel surfaces were either acid-etched,conditioned with liquids of cements,or not further treated(control).Subsequently,two matching pre-treated enamel surfaces were cemented together with one of four cements[two GICs:Fuji I(GC),Ketac Cem Easymix(3M ESPE);two RMGICs:Fuji Plus(GC),RelyX Luting(3M ESPE)]in preparation forμTBS tests.Pre-treated enamel surfaces and cement-enamel interfaces were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results:Phosphoric acid etching significantly increased the enamelμTBS of GICs/RMGICs.Conditioning with the liquids of the cements produced significantly weaker or equivalent enamelμTBS compared to the control.Regardless of etching,RMGICs yielded stronger enamelμTBS than GICs.A visible hybrid layer was found at certain enamelcement interfaces of the etched enamels.Conclusions:Phosphoric acid etching significantly increased the enamelμTBSs of GICs/RMGICs.Phosphoric acid etching should be recommended to etch the enamel margins before the cementation of the prostheses such as inlays and onlays,using GICs/RMGICs to improve the bond strengths.RMGICs provided stronger enamel bond strength than GICs and conditioning did not increase enamel bond strength.  相似文献

Gender,Sports, and New Media: Predictors of Viewing during the 2008 Beijing Olympics

The 2008 Beijing Olympics was the most watched television event in U.S. television history, and represented a broad expansion and emphasis on online sports content. This study examined audience's multiplatform experience with the 2008 Beijing Games, particularly the interactions between and among gender groups, viewing the Olympics, and use of new media. Results indicate that although men and women were significantly different in sports viewing and media use in general, they shared similarities in seeking Olympic content on various media platforms.  相似文献
