试验研究了中草药提取物"益绿素"对鸡免疫器官发育的影响。选用160只1日龄健康雏鸡随机分为试验组和对照组,中草药提取物"益绿素"分别按0%和0.2%添加到对照组和试验组鸡的基础日粮中,试验期30d。试验结束时从各组随机抽取30只鸡进行屠宰,采集鸡的胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊等样本。应用组织学方法制作组织切片,显微观察中草药提取物"益绿素"对鸡免疫器官发育的影响。结果表明对照组鸡的胸腺皮质较试验组薄,胸腺小体较试验组多,淋巴细胞排列较为疏松;试验组鸡脾脏红髓和白髓界限清晰,脾小体明显,动脉周围淋巴鞘厚,对照组鸡脾小体少且小动脉周围淋巴鞘较薄,淋巴细胞排列较疏松;对照组鸡法氏,囊皱襞缩小,并有退化萎缩现象;试验组鸡法氏囊皱襞较宽,法氏囊小结较大。中草药提取物"益绿素"作为饲料添加剂对鸡免疫器官的发育有明显的促进作用。  相似文献

The protein encoded by CC chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. This receptor was identified as a gene induced by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and is thought to be a mediator of EBV effects on B lymphocytes. This receptor is expressed in various lymphoid tissues and activates B and T lymphocytes. It has been shown to control the migration of memory T cells to inflamed tissues, as well as stimulate dendritic cell maturation. To map the CCR7 gene in chicken chromosome, a 6 000 rads chicken-hamster radiation hybrid panel (ChickRH6) was used. PCR of samples from ChickRH6 revealed that the location of CCR7 gene is linked to the maker SEQ0347 (6 cR away) with LOD score of 16.6 and that the marker SEQ0347 is located on chromosome 27 at 27 cR of RH (radiation hydrid) map. We compared the corresponding human mRNA sequence with the predicted coding sequence of chicken CCR7 gene, and found that the assembled contig shared a high percentage of similarity with that of the human gene.  相似文献

本试验研究了半胱胺对鸡生长性能及淋巴器官发育的影响.试验选用1日龄草杂鸡160羽,随机分成2组,每组80羽;半胱胺分别按0和0.6g/kg添加到对照组鸡和试验组鸡的基础日粮中;试验期为30天.试验结果表明,试验组鸡的增重较对照组高2.44%,差异显著(p<0.05);对照组鸡胸腺的髓质区较大,试验组鸡的胸腺小体较对照组鸡少;试验组鸡脾脏中红髓和白髓的界线较对照组鸡清晰,试验组鸡脾脏脾小体、脾索和脾窦较对照组明显;试验组鸡法氏囊皱褶较对照组大,对照组鸡法氏囊小结出现髓质和皮质分界线,而试验组鸡法氏囊小结没有出现髓质和皮质分界线.本试验的结果说明半胱胺对草杂鸡生长性能及淋巴器官的发育具有促进作用.  相似文献

观察鸡传染性贫血病弱毒苗多次免疫对肝线粒体中抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:20只SPF鸡随机分为2组,每组10只,免疫组鸡用鸡传染性贫血弱毒苗免疫四次,每次间隔2W,对照组鸡用同剂量的生理盐水。最后一次免疫后10d取肝脏制备线粒体,利用测试盒测定肝线粒体中的GSH-PX活性、SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:对照组肝线粒体中GSH-Px活性、SOD活性和MDA含量分别为20.444±2.64U/mgprot、15.59±1.33U/mgprot和7.32+1.89nmol/mL,免疫组肝线粒体中GSH-Px活性、SOD活性和MDA含量分别为24.85±3.53U/mgprot、24.284±4.17U/mgprot和5.264±1.24nmol/mL。与对照组相比,免疫组肝线粒体中GSH-PX活性显著提高(P〈0.05),SOD活性极显著提高(P〈0.01),MDA含量显著减低(P〈0.05)。结论:鸡传染性贫血病多次免疫可提高机体抗氧化能力。  相似文献

为研究饮水添加不同剂量党参、淫羊藿提取物对青脚麻鸡盲肠组织结构的影响,将420只14日龄青脚麻鸡,随机分为7个组,每组60只,分别饮水添加党参、淫羊藿提取物2g/L、1g/L、0.5 g/L,对照组饮用自来水,于饲饮后第28、35、42、49、56日龄处死,取盲肠标本并用Bouin液固定,制作石蜡切片,HE染色,显微观察并摄影。结果表明,1g/L组淫羊藿提取物和2g/L组党参提取物对盲肠组织结构变化最为显著,可引起盲肠扁桃体的弥散淋巴组织和淋巴小结增多、变大,淋巴细胞密集。说明1g/L组淫羊藿提取物和2g/L组党参提取物可增强青脚麻鸡盲肠黏膜的正常免疫屏障结构。  相似文献

The effects ofpolychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) on reproduction of adult cocks were studied by gavaging peanut oil or PCBs (Aroclor 1254, 50 mg/kg) once a week for six consecutive weeks. Physiological parameters were recorded and gonads were removed at the end of experiment for histological examination. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the control and treatment group in body weight, respiration rate, heart rate, body temperature, and the numbers of red and white blood cells. However, there was a marked decrease in the testicular weight and serum testosterone level after PCB treatment. Morphological studies manifested severe damage of the seminiferous tubules by PCB. The number of the germ cells at the different developmental stages was decreased and condensed nuclei were observed in most of these cells. This study revealed that the reproductive function of the adult cocks is sensitive to PCBs, which inhibited mainly spermatogenesis and testosterone secretion.  相似文献

Objective

Information regarding the development of the enteric nervous system (ENS) is important for understanding the functional abnormalities of the gut. Because fertilized chicken eggs provide easy access to embryos, chicken models have been widely used to study embryonic development of myenteric plexus; however, no study has been focused on the postnatal period. The aim of this study was to perform a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the nitrergic neurons in the myenteric plexus of developing chickens in the postnatal period.

Methods

Whole-mount preparations of the myenteric plexus were made in 7-d, 15-d, and 40-d old (adult) chickens of either sex (n=15). The myenteric plexus was studied after nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) histochemistry using light microscopy, digital photography, and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software. The numbers of positively stained neurons and ganglia were counted in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, caecum, and colon in the different age groups. Data were expressed as mean±standard deviation (SD), and statistical analysis was performed using a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test.

Results

The positively stained neurons showed various morphologies and staining intensities, and formed bead-shaped and U-shaped arrangements in the myenteric plexus. The densities of neurons and ganglia increased with age. However, the number of positive neurons per ganglion increased. The number of NADPH-d-positive neurons was highest in the colon, followed by the ileum, the jejunum, the duodenum, and the caeca in all age groups.

Conclusions

Developmental changes in the myenteric plexus of chickens continue in the postnatal period, indicating that the maturation process of the gastrointestinal function is gradual. In addition, no significant difference is happening among different intestinal segments during postnatal development, suggesting that the function of different intestinal segments had been determined after birth.  相似文献
