In this paper, we deal with the cooperative output regulation problem of linear multi-agent systems on a directed network topology subject to both stochastic packet dropout and time-varying communication delay. On the basis of introducing a queuing mechanism, a distributed state feedback control algorithm is proposed. Then the continuous-time multi-agent systems with piece-wise constant control are converted into discrete-time systems. Under some standard assumptions, the necessary and sufficient conditions under which the tracking errors of followers approach to the origin asymptotically are proposed for different exosystems. This paper deals with the problem of non-fragile guaranteed cost control for a class of uncertain stochastic nonlinear time-delay systems. The parametric uncertainties are assumed to be time-varying and norm bounded. The time-delay factors are unknown and time-varying with known bounds. The aim of this paper is to design a memoryless non-fragile state feedback control law such that the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable in the mean square for all admissible parameter uncertainties and the closed-loop cost function value is not more than a specified upper bound. A new sufficient condition for the existence of such controllers is presented based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. Then, a convex optimization problem is formulated to select the optimal guaranteed cost controller which minimizes the upper bound of the closed-loop cost function. Numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed techniques. 相似文献

The problem of robust stabilization for a class of dynamic systems with time-varying state delay as well as parametric and input uncertainties is considered in this paper. Several delay-independent stabilizability criteria and memoryless state feedback controllers are presented to guarantee the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop uncertain time-delay systems. It is shown that if all uncertainties and delay terms are matched, then the mentioned systems can always be stabilized, or can be stabilized with a specified decaying rate. 相似文献

在使用随机前沿估计的双曲线距离函数测度地区环境效率的基础上,应用更适合于环境变量的敛散性分析的非线性时变因子模型分析了地区间可能存在的环境效率俱乐部收敛现象.结果发现地区间环境效率存在着四个收敛俱乐部;进一步使用Ordered Probit模型分析表明人均GDP、对外开放程度、区域创新能力和产业结构是俱乐部形成的主要决定条件. 相似文献

In this paper, the global exponential robust stability is investigated for Cohen-Grossberg neural network with time-varying delays and reaction-diffusion terms, this neural network contains time-invariant uncertain parameters whose values are unknown but bounded in given compact sets. Neither the boundedness and differentiability on the activation functions nor the differentiability on the time-varying delays are assumed. By using general Halanay inequality and M-matrix theory, several new sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness, and global exponential robust stability of equilibrium point for Cohen-Grossberg neural network with time-varying delays and reaction-diffusion terms. Several previous results are improved and generalized, and three examples are given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results. 相似文献
