Physical properties of a crystal are related to its constituent chemical bonds,which show the interaction of all constituent atoms. Chemical bonding behaviors and bond parameters of a crystal are the important indices that can reasonably express this kind of interaction. Therefore, studying constituent chemical bonds of a crystal is a fundamental method to understand its structure-property relationships, it also would be potentially applicable to the predictions of properties of new crystals and the designing of new type of functional crystal materials. In my doctoral dissertation, starting from the constituent chemical bonds of crystals and using the structure-nonlinear optical (NLO) property relationship as a useful guide, the author carried out basic researches toward the goal of materials designing i.e.crystal engineering. 相似文献

采用传输矩阵的计算方法,研究了一维光子晶体掺杂结构对光传输特性的影响,利用MATLAB绘制不同结构参数的一维光子晶体第一带隙透射率图谱.通过绘图发现：对称一维光子晶体的周期结构（（BA）m（AB）m）,在带隙内部出现光子局域,在中心波长处产生共振隧穿效应;增加对称周期层数,能够降低隧穿效应的透射率,降低光子局域带宽;提高掺杂层折射率,降低光子局域带宽,局域中心向短波方向移动;增大入射角,光子局域中心向短波方向移动;选择适当的结构参数能够实现在1 550 nm光波附近的窄带滤波器的设计. 相似文献

Acoustic wave propagation in piezoelectric crystals of classes?43m and 23 is studied. The crystals Tl3VS4 and Tl3TaSe4 (43m) of the Chalcogenide family and the crystal Bi12TiO20 (23) possess strong piezoelectric effect. Because the surface Bleustein-Gulyaev waves cannot exist in piezoelectric cubic crystals, it was concluded that new solutions for shear-horizontal surface acoustic waves (SH-SAWs) are found in the monocrystals using different electrical boundary conditions such as electri- cally “short” and “open” free-surfaces for the unique [101] direction of wave propagation. For the crystal Tl3TaSe4 with coefficient of electromechanical coupling (CEMC) Ke2=e2/(C×g)～1/3, the phase velocity Vph for the new SH-SAWs can be calculated with the following formula: Vph=(Va Vt)/2, where Vt is the speed of bulk SH-wave, Vt=Vt4(1 Ke2)1/2, Va=aKVt4, aK=2[Ke(1 Ke2)1/2-Ke2]1/2, and Vt4=(C44/ρ)1/2. It was found that the CEMC K2 evaluation for Tl3TaSe4 gave the value of K2=2(Vf–Vm)/Vf～0.047 (～4.7%), where Vf～848 m/s and Vm~828 m/s are the new-SAW velocities for the free and metallized surfaces, respectively. This high value of K2(Tl3TaSe4) is significantly greater than K2(Tl3VS4)～3% and about five times that of K2(Bi12TiO20). 相似文献

在果汁的悬浮式冷冻浓缩过程中利用洗涤塔洗涤冷冻浓缩后产生的冰晶表面夹带,可以提高浓缩果汁出品率.本文通过对自然融解状态的洗涤塔中的冰晶检测,对比测得洗涤塔中不同位置的可溶性固形物的损失关系.并对荔枝汁在不同压力下的洗涤效果进行分析,得出洗涤压力控制在0.4--0.7kg/cm2是一个较为合理的分界值.上述研究结果为在实际生产过程中洗涤冰晶表面残留果汁,减低冰晶表面夹带,减少生产消耗,提供理论及试验依据. 相似文献

从理论上研究了有背景光辐照的光伏光折变晶体中非相干耦合光伏空间Manakov孤子对。结果表明：当两个耦合孤子的总强度远小于背景光时,孤子的耦合方程将转化为Manakov方程,推出了有背景光辐照的光伏光折变介质中的亮-亮、暗-暗和亮-暗Manakov孤子解,并对Manakov孤子对的特性进行了详细的讨论。 相似文献
