Abstract At a time when increasing numbers of elders need and continue to rely on social work services, it is important to build enthusiasm among students to prepare them for future work with this special population. A three-pronged approach to teaching about aging, which is built on the strengths perspective, critical social construction, and a human rights and social justice focus, is recommended. For each part of the method, a theoretical rationale is outlined, and specific readings, films, music, class exercises, and written assignments to enhance the learning process are presented and discussed. 相似文献

梳理了目前学术界对体育强国的认识分歧,并分析了造成这种学术分歧的政治和评估技术原因.政治原因有可能导致人们高估或低估中国体育的实力地位,而评估技术方法不一致又导致没有统一的评估标准.体育实力地位是一国体育实力与他国体育实力相比较而得出的实力大小,并依此实力大小进行的国际排序.实力差距决定实力等级排序,但实力等级排序并不能反映实力差距的性质.目前学术界对体育强国认识分歧主要是由于评估标准不一致而造成的,一个是以竞技体育实力差的绝对量为标准,而一个是以实力差的结构性质为标准. 相似文献

AbstractThis study explored the relative salience of students’ personal strengths and teacher support in predicting academic risk status. The participants were Secondary One (S1, Grade Seven) students from Singapore who scored below the cohort’s mean score in a national test administered at the end of primary education, and were identified as low risk (n = 309) or high risk (n = 396), based on their S1 achievement score in the English Language subject. Logistic regression analysis was conducted with academic risk status as criterion variable and the following potential predictors: students’ background variables (i.e. socio-economic status, cognitive ability and initial achievement), personal strengths, teacher–student relatedness, and teacher autonomy and competence support. After controlling for the effects of the students’ background variables, teacher trust emerged as the strongest (negative) and most stable predictor of high-risk status; teacher alienation and teacher–student communication were found as significant positive predictors of students’ placement in the high-risk group. 相似文献

目前经济全球化日益加快,这对我国企业海外直接投资既是机遇又是挑战,但我国对外直接投资数量有限,达不到利用两种资源和两个市场的目的。本文利用SWOT分析法对我国企业海外投资所具有的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁四种因素进行了分析,提出:国内企业必须转变观念,坚持“走出去战略”;在投资区域选择上,应根据本身实力及东道国投资环境,适时选择不同国家进行投资,以确保投资成功;应采取灵活多样的投资方式;重视人才队伍建设;海外公司应该实行当地化经营策略;政府应采取多项措施鼓励有实力企业“走出去”。 相似文献

用HXR方法计算了类锌等电子序列离子RbⅧ—YX的4s~2,4s4p和4s4d组态能级。通过对各能级值随Zc(Zc=Z-N+1)沿等电子序列的变化规律分析,找出了ΔE随Zc变化的一种新的拟合公式,运用此公式和我们自己设计的FORTRAN程序对上述组态各能级值进行了详细的拟合计算。给出了4s~2-4s4p,4s4p-4s4d组态能级跃迁的谱线波长和相应的振子强度。从计算结果分析,我们的计算结果与实验值符合得较好。 相似文献

Most of the literature on the strengths perspective has addressed issues of practice; far less has been written about the role of the strengths perspective in social work education. Empirical studies have tended to focus on content analysis of texts and syllabi rather than data obtained directly from social work faculty. To address this gap, the author conducted a study of faculty teaching Master of Social Work foundation courses. Findings indicate that instructors vary in how implicitly or explicitly they use the strengths perspective, using a range of concepts to capture the notion of strengths. They consider the strengths perspective most useful as a mediator between theory and topic, serving a different function in different courses. 相似文献
