以新制度经济学的理论为理论依据,综合运用了公共选择理论和政府经济学的理论,主要考察了改革开放以来体育制度变迁中的政府行为失范现象,并着重分析了政府行为在体育制度变迁中在制度方面和事件处理方面失范的原因。我国体育制度变迁以来,政府行为失范存在3种形式:政府行为缺位、政府行为越位和政府行为错位。究其原因主要有社会环境、部门缺陷、制度的特性及行为选择不当等。  相似文献

Giant magnetic field from moiré induced Berry phase in homobilayer semiconductors

When quasiparticles move in condensed matters, the texture of their internal quantum structure as a function of position and momentum can give rise to Berry phases that have profound effects on the material’s properties. Seminal examples include the anomalous Hall and spin Hall effects from the momentum-space Berry phases in homogeneous crystals. Here, we explore a conjugate form of the electron Berry phase arising from the moiré pattern: the texture of atomic configurations in real space. In homobilayer transition metal dichalcogenides, we show that the real-space Berry phase from moiré patterns manifests as a periodic magnetic field with magnitudes of up to hundreds of Tesla. This quantity distinguishes moiré patterns from different origins, which can have an identical potential landscape, but opposite quantized magnetic flux per supercell. For low-energy carriers, the homobilayer moirés realize topological flux lattices for the quantum-spin Hall effect. An interlayer bias can continuously tune the spatial profile of the moiré magnetic field, whereas the flux per supercell is a topological quantity that can only have a quantized jump observable at a moderate bias. We also reveal the important role of the non-Abelian Berry phase in shaping the energy landscape in small moiré patterns. Our work points to new possibilities to access ultra-high magnetic fields that can be tailored to the nanoscale by electrical and mechanical controls.  相似文献

陕西省的重污染企业为研究对象,从技术变迁的角度出发,通过分析陕西省重污染企业技术变迁模式及其与转型升级模式之间的关系,进而提出陕西省重污染企业的五种技术变迁式转型升级模式：生产流程重组、废弃物治理流程升级、产品升级、管理升级、销售模式升级;并进一步对构建的转型升级模式的运作机理进行具体阐述,利用SEM模型对各模式的转型升级效果进行实证分析,结果表明五种模式对企业转型都具有正向影响,且生产流程重组和管理升级影响效果比较明显;促进企业生产流程的智能化、管理的信息化成为陕西省重污染企业进行转型升级的重点。  相似文献   

Coexistence of plastic and partially diffusive phases in a helium-methane compound

Helium and methane are major components of giant icy planets and are abundant in the universe. However, helium is the most inert element in the periodic table and methane is one of the most hydrophobic molecules, thus whether they can react with each other is of fundamental importance. Here, our crystal structure searches and first-principles calculations predict that a He₃CH₄ compound is stable over a wide range of pressures from 55 to 155 GPa and a HeCH₄ compound becomes stable around 105 GPa. As nice examples of pure van der Waals crystals, the insertion of helium atoms changes the original packing of pure methane molecules and also largely hinders the polymerization of methane at higher pressures. After analyzing the diffusive properties during the melting of He₃CH₄ at high pressure and high temperature, in addition to a plastic methane phase, we have discovered an unusual phase which exhibits coexistence of diffusive helium and plastic methane. In addition, the range of the diffusive behavior within the helium-methane phase diagram is found to be much narrower compared to that of previously predicted helium-water compounds. This may be due to the weaker van der Waals interactions between methane molecules compared to those in helium-water compounds, and that the helium-methane compound melts more easily.  相似文献   

运动对骨骼肌线粒体通透性转换孔及细胞凋亡的影响

目的观察耐力训练和一次性力竭运动对大鼠骨骼肌线粒体通透性转换孔(mitochondrial permeability transi-tion pore,MPTP)相关因素及细胞凋亡的影响。方法 24只大鼠随机分为3组:对照组(C组)、耐力训练组(T组)和一次性力竭组(E组)。T组进行无负重游泳训练,6次/周,共6周,训练时间从每天45 min逐渐增加到90 min;E组正常笼内饲养6周后进行一次力竭性游泳运动。通过紫外分光光度仪检测MPTP的开放;Western blot检测细胞色素c(Cyt c)的释放;RT-PCR检测Bcl-2和Bax mRNA;双光束紫外分光光度仪检测线粒体Ca2+的转运。结果与对照组相比:(1)T组线粒体吸光度值和Ca2+的转运量无显著性变化,Cyt c的释放量与Bax mRNA的表达显著减少,Bcl-2 mRNA的表达显著增加;(2)E组线粒体吸光度值显著减少,Cyt c释放量及Ca2+转运量显著增加,Bcl-2mRNA表达显著下降,Bax mRNA表达显著增强。结论 耐力运动可能通过上调Bcl-2/Bax基因表达,减少Cyt c释放,稳定MPTP开放,从而减少细胞凋亡;一次性力竭运动可能通过下调Bcl-2/Bax基因表达,MPTP异常开放,增加Cyt c和Ca2+释放,促进细胞凋亡。  相似文献
