美国临床实践型教师培养模式研究

为解决传统教师教育模式带来的诸多现实问题,美国全国教师教育认证委员会于2010年提出了临床实践型教师教育模式,模式设计基于10项原则和8大关键要素,而且建立了质量保障机制。借鉴美国教师教育改革的经验,我国教师教育改革应突出中小学教师教育的主体地位、建立实践取向的教育实习保障机制,加强教师教育数据信息系统的支持,并加强大学、政府、中小学合作共同体建设。  相似文献   

中美信息技术与课程整合项目的比较及启示

文章对美国新发布的ACOT2项目报告的核心内容做了概述,对项目所开展的一种新的学习方式:基于挑战的学习(Challenge Based Learning,简称CBL)进行了追述,分析了CBL的构成要件和实施过程。最后,将ACOT项目与国内课程整合项目从项目指导理念、项目目标、项目推进方式、项目实验学科和课程整合模式等五个方面进行了比较分析,试图找出两国在整合项目上的不同取向,并尝试对我国教育信息化发展提出几点启示。  相似文献   

A Guided Problem‐Based Learning (PBL) Approach: Impact on Critical Thinking

The impact of the Guided Problem Based Learning (Guided PBL) approach on Critical Thinking (CT) skills in a core business analysis course was examined. The implementation of this approach included using a textbook created for this purpose, which presents problems first, with blank spaces for students to work them out. Discussion of the concepts and theory needed to understand and solve the problems, as well as the solutions, come later in the book. This book is referred to as the Reversed Textbook. Students attempt to answer questions or solve problems in class with instructor guidance as needed, before discussion of theory. Student learning in sections taught prior to implementing the Guided PBL method was compared with student learning in sections taught with the method. Results indicate that the approach motivated learning and improved student performance on a departmental final exam by an average of 9%. When measured on CT questions alone, the improvement was on average 24%. Finally, the Guided PBL approach also improved group task performance by 6%. All the improvements were statistically significant.  相似文献

基于IR&D类型的中国区域TFP影响要素实证研究

应用面板数据回归模型,分析了不同类型R&D活动对TFP等影响的程度和方向,企业R&D投入对TFP作用的效果最大,且时于TFP的作用东部地区大于中、西部地区;技术交易带来的TFP效应居其次,且对TFP的作用西部地区大于中部,中部地区大于东部;而政府R&D投入的TFP弹性在三个地区均为负值.这些差异给区域科技政策的制定提供了参考依据.  相似文献

Use of hierarchical linear modeling and curriculum-based measurement for assessing academic growth and instructional factors for students with learning difficulties

The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how to apply the Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) technique to multi-wave Curriculum-Based Measurement (CBM) measures in modeling academic growth and assessing its relations to student- and instruction-related variables. HLM has advantages over other statistical methods (e.g., repeated measures ANOVA, Structural Equation Modeling) in modeling academic growth. The advantages include allowing more flexible research designs in collecting multiple data points and estimating growth rates and their relations to correlates in more reliable, accurate ways. CBM, as a multi-wave progressmonitoring system, also has distinctive psychometric features that facilitate longitudinal research on academic skill development. These features include provision of multiple data points within short time periods, good validity and reliability, and sensitivity for detecting small degrees of change. Finally, research questions related to assessing the academic growth of students with learning difficulties and using assessment results to improve educational practices for them are discussed  相似文献
