【目的】为科技期刊激励外审专家措施提供系统理论支撑。【方法】 依据扎根理论的思想,选择16名科技期刊外审专家进行访谈,对访谈数据进行整理分析和对比,找到影响科技期刊外审专家审稿意愿的因素,进行归类和关系确定后,构建科技期刊外审专家审稿意愿模型。【结果】 外审专家的审稿意愿受到效价性因素和成本性因素的双重影响,效价越高审稿意愿越强,而成本越高审稿意愿越低;效价性因素包括学术地位、学术水平、掌控感、启发思维、情感体验和社会贡献,而成本性因素包括时间成本和精力成本。【结论】 科技期刊应提高掌控感、启发思维等审稿效价并降低审稿的时间和精力成本。 相似文献

This paper is aimed at exploring teachers’ perceptions and practices of peer support in Bangladeshi primary schools. It also looks into the contrast between the perceptions and practices, and the underlying reasons behind such deviations. The study collects data from teachers who are undergoing a large-scale teacher development project called English in Action. The project provides face-to-face and distance learning support to the teachers, as well as promotes the idea of context-based learning through peer support in both primary and secondary schools in Bangladesh. This study adopted a mixed method approach. The quantitative part looks into teachers’ perceptions and practices in regards to peer support. A close-ended questionnaire was used to understand the extent teachers feel peer support is important and their actual engagement with colleagues for the support activities. Qualitative methods including observations, focus group discussions, and interviews are used to identify the activities that teachers do together with their colleagues in a school and the barriers to such activities. The results show that, teachers define peer support in a specific way and consider it as very important for their professional development. 审稿人队伍的质量和工作效率直接影响科技期刊的学术质量和出版周期。为此,培养一支优质、高效的审稿人队伍是科技期刊发展的重要保障。本文以《仿生工程学报》为例,探讨英文科技期刊如何建立审稿人队伍,并通过提高稿件初审质量、加强与审稿人的沟通、加大审稿贡献奖励力度、满足优秀审稿人需求等方法来提高审稿人的满意度和审稿积极性,从而留住优秀审稿人乐于为期刊服务。此外,还介绍依托国外同领域优秀期刊,运用Web of Science数据库有针对性地发掘出高学术影响力的作者并吸纳其为审稿人的方法,以不断壮大审稿人队伍,获得优质高效的审稿意见,从而提高期刊的学术质量。 相似文献

This paper studies the grant peer review process employed by the Turkish regional development agencies, which is adapted from a review procedure of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Union. To model this process, we consider a Bayesian strategic-form game played by three reviewers who observe both a common and a private score signal about an evaluated project and assign their scores to minimize the sum of their disutilities from the false acceptance and false rejection of the project. We numerically compute the Bayesian Nash equilibria of this game and conduct several comparative statics exercises, after calibrating the model parameters accordingly. We also introduce two simpler review processes and compare their performances to that of the calibrated process in terms of outcome statistics, involving pass and fail rates of the evaluated projects, and manipulation statistics, involving the reviewers’ manipulation rate and size of scores. 相似文献
