学生进行英语演讲的难点在于即兴演讲。而即兴演讲是一种最能反映人的思维敏捷程度和语言组织能力的口头表达方式。演讲的成败取决于演讲者的语言能力。因此,演讲教学必须是以培养学生的语言应用能力和思维能力为重点组织实施。教师需精心挑选训练教材，在模拟场景下组织学生进行高强度的演讲训练.才可有效地实现这一教学目的。  相似文献

The authors examined the experiences of 10 peer‐nominated exemplar counselor advocates using grounded theory methodology (Strauss & Corbin, 1998 ). Analysis by the authors yielded a model of how exemplar counselor advocates develop a social justice interest and provided key insights on how counselor educators can enhance social justice interest in their students. 为了探讨半胱胺对宁乡猪肥育后期生产性能的影响,将48头宁乡猪随机分为3组,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和对照组,每组2个重复,每个重复8头.试验Ⅰ组在对照组日粮的基础上每天添加半胱胺1次,剂量为100mg/kg体重.试验Ⅱ组在对照组日粮的基础上每5天添加半胱胺1次,剂量为100mg/kg体重.试验结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组日增重分别较对照组提高17.08%(p<0.05)和11.04%(p<0.05);瘦肉率分别提高11.28%(p<0.05)和6.40%(p<0.05).结论:在宁乡猪生长肥育后期日粮中添加一定量的半胱胺可以促进其生长、提高胴体瘦肉率和改善肉品质.  相似文献

Trade in Australian education services has expanded rapidly over recent years. The sector is the third largest exporter of Australian services. In 2001–2002, exports of education were about $A 4.2 billion. Government assistance to the sector includes export market development, regulation of education standards, and funding education activities; university research and development, for example. This paper examines the case for further government intervention in the export of education, and the appropriate forms of assistance if further government intervention is justified. Abstract

Key to guaranteeing the fundamental human rights of freedom of expression and information is the development of media competence, particularly in schools. Training teachers in the area of media competence is particularly important for developing these skills in the broader citizenry. In order to provide educators and educational policymakers with a useful diagnostic tool, we have designed a self-perception questionnaire. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of Peruvian education students (N = 501). On the one hand, the results confirm the construct’s coherence, validity and instrumental reliability. On the other hand, they allow us to propose a theoretically based update to the way in which this construct is interpreted and applied, confirming the multidimensionality of media competence. Finally, we use this empirical evidence to discuss the integral, transversal and ecological status of media competence.  相似文献   

How Prepared Are MSW Graduates for Doctoral Research? Views of PhD Research Faculty

ABSTRACT

This national survey of PhD faculty assessed the research preparation of entering doctoral social work students on a wide range of research knowledge and related skills. The prior literature shows that PhD programs repeat much BSW and MSW research course content. This study shows that the trend continues and has perhaps widened. PhD research faculty report that the typical entering PhD student displayed solid conceptual, ethics, and writing skills but lesser preparation for conducting quantitative and qualitative research, including methods related to understanding evidence-based practice. The research expectations of responding PhD faculty were low, reflecting limited retention and little production of research among typical entering doctoral students. These findings raise the issue of how effectively the social work profession prepares students for research and for future PhD education.  相似文献
